Description
FileTypesMan is an 代案／選択肢 to the 'とじ込み／提出する Types' tab in the 'Folder 選択s' of Windows.

I tried to 再生する the problem on my systems, but in all 実験（する）s this 'Choose Icon' window worked 完全に 罰金.
Moreover, the 'Choose Icon' window is 陳列する，発揮するd by calling API of Windows operating system (PickIconDlg)
, so this bug is 現実に a problem of Windows operating system, it's not a bug inside FileTypesMan.

Start Using FileTypesMan
FileTypesMan doesn't 要求する any 取り付け・設備 過程 or 付加 DLL とじ込み／提出するs.
ーするために start using it, 簡単に copy the executable とじ込み／提出する (FileTypesMan.exe) to any folder you like,
and run it.
After running it, you should wait a few seconds until the とじ込み／提出する types 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） is 負担d.
If the 負担ing 過程 is too slow, it's recommended to turn off the icons 負担ing (選択s->Don't 負担 Icons in menu),
so in the next time that you run FileTypesMan, the 負担ing 過程 will be faster.
The main window of FileTypesMan 含む／封じ込めるs 2 panes.
The upper pane 陳列する，発揮するs the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of all 拡張s/とじ込み／提出する types 登録（する）d on your computer.
When you select a 選び出す／独身 とじ込み／提出する type in the upper pane, the lower pane 陳列する，発揮するs the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of all 活動／戦闘s of
the selected type.
'取って代わる とじ込み／提出する Type For Selected 拡張' 選択 (F4)
いつかs, when you 任命する／導入する a new ソフトウェア, it automatically 取って代わるs the とじ込み／提出する types associated with さまざまな とじ込み／提出する 拡張s.
This means that when you 二塁打-click the とじ込み／提出する, the new 任命する／導入するd 使用／適用 is opened, instead of the old one.
The icon of the 拡張 is usually also 取って代わるd to the icon of the new 使用／適用.
The '取って代わる とじ込み／提出する Type' feature 許すs you to 始める，決める the とじ込み／提出する 拡張 支援する to the 初めの とじ込み／提出する type.
ーするために do that, select the 願望（する）d とじ込み／提出する 拡張 in the main window of FileTypesMan, and 圧力（をかける） F4.
You'll get a long 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of 利用できる とじ込み／提出する types on your computer. Find and select the previous とじ込み／提出する type
that 扱うd the 拡張, and choose 'Ok'.
Desktop Refresh
Each time that you make a change in the 所有物／資産／財産s of a とじ込み／提出する type, FileTypesMan
automatically 始める a general desktop refresh, so your changes will take 影響する／感情 すぐに,
even for opened Explorer windows.
However, on slow computers, this desktop refresh might 消費する a fair 量 of CPU 資源s, and
even hang the entire operating system for a few seconds.
If you want to 避ける this desktop refresh on every change that you make, 簡単に
無能にする the (a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃 refresh, by unchecking the 選択 under the に引き続いて menu: 選択s->(a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃 Desktop Refresh.
You can always 始める a desktop refresh when you need it, 簡単に by selecting 'とじ込み／提出する->Refresh Desktop Now' from the main menu.

If you don't 明示する this 選択, the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） is sorted によれば the last sort that you made from the 使用者 interface.
The <column> parameter can 明示する the column 索引 (0 for the first column, 1 for the second column, and so on) or
the 指名する of the column, like "Type 指名する" and "拡張".
You can 明示する the '~' prefix character (e.g: "~拡張") if you want to sort in descending order.

Translating FileTypesMan to other languages
