Description
DownTester 許すs you to easily 実験（する） your Internet download 速度(を上げる） in 多重の 場所s around the world.
It automatically 実験（する） the download 速度(を上げる） of the URLs that you choose, one after another.
It moves to the next download URL after the 明示するd number of seconds has been elapsed
or after it downloads the 明示するd 量 of KB - just によれば your preferences.

Start using downTester
DownTester is a portable 使用／適用 that can be used without any 取り付け・設備 過程.
簡単に 抽出する downTester.zip into any folder you want, and run the executable - DownTester.exe
If you want, you can also download DownTester with 十分な 任命する／導入する/uninstall support.

Here's some 指示／教授／教育s about how to choose your download URLs for your 速度(を上げる） 実験（する）s:
- First, go to the Web 場所／位置 of your internet service provider, and try to 位置を示す the download URL 供給するd for 速度(を上げる） 実験（する）, and
if you find it, 追加する this download URL into the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）. Many ISP companies 供給する a download URL for 速度(を上げる） 実験（する）. However, this 速度(を上げる） 実験（する） only shows
the download 速度(を上げる） between your computer and your ISP. It doesn't mean that you'll get the same 速度(を上げる） when downloading a とじ込み／提出する
from the other 味方する of the world.
- Go to the Web 場所／位置s of large companies and 位置を示す some とじ込み／提出するs to download. It's recommended to find とじ込み／提出するs larger than 5 MB ーするために insure

other countries.

The 指名する に引き続いて the URL is optional, and if you use it, it'll be 陳列する，発揮するd in the '指名する' column.
If you want to 追加する filenames that 含む／封じ込めるs space characters, instead of URLs, you must put the filename in 引用するs.
The URLs that you 追加する are automatically saved into the .cfg とじ込み／提出する, so DownTester will remember them in the next time that you use it.
Changing the order of the download 実験（する）s
By default, the order of the downloads during the 速度(を上げる） 実験（する） is 決定するd によれば the order that you 追加するd the URLs.
If you want to change the download order, you have click the 'Download Order' column header first.
After you do that, the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） will be sorted by the 現在の download order, and the 'Move Selected Items Up' and 'Move Selected items 負かす／撃墜する' 選択s will be enabled.
You can select one or more of the download items, and then move them up or 負かす／撃墜する によれば the download order that you want to 始める，決める.
Before you start your download 速度(を上げる） 実験（する）...
- Go to 選択s->前進するd 選択s and choose the 権利 settings for you.
By default, DownTester automatically stops every download after 20 seconds, which is usually enough to get an 正確な 速度(を上げる） result,
but you can change this setting if you wish.
- 立証する that all download 経営者／支配人s, 激流 使用／適用s, and others are の近くにd.

Download 速度(を上げる） Columns
DownTester 陳列する，発揮するs the download 速度(を上げる） in 2 different 部隊s:
- KB/Sec: (Kilobytes Per Second) - This column 陳列する，発揮するs the same download 速度(を上げる） that you usually see when you download a とじ込み／提出する
with Internet Explorer, Firefox or other Web browser.
- Mbps: (Megabits Per Second) - When you get an Internet account from your Internet company, the download 速度(を上げる）
is usually 明示するd in Mbps. By looking in this column, you can easily find out whether you really get the download 速度(を上げる） that
your Internet provider 約束d to you.
分析するing the results of your 速度(を上げる） 実験（する）
The most important data in the 実験（する） result （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する is the Mbps 速度(を上げる） column.
If both of your Internet provider and the remote download server 作品 適切に,
the Mbps 速度(を上げる） value that you get in this column should be very の近くに to the download 速度(を上げる） of your Internet account.
If the Mbps 速度(を上げる） of your 実験（する） is much lower than Mbps 速度(を上げる） of your Internet account (For example:
You have Internet account with download 速度(を上げる） of 3 Mbps, but you get only 2 Mbps in the download 実験（する）),
It's possible that you have a problem with your Internet account.
However, the problem might also be in the remote download server, so it's recommended to always make a 実験（する） with
多重の URLs.
If you are not sure whether the problem is in your ISP or in the remote servers, you can ask your friends or other people on a 会議 to
make a 実験（する） with the same URLs 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）, and compare their results with yours.
FTP: Passive 方式 vs Active 方式
DownTester also 許すs you to 実験（する） the 速度(を上げる） of FTP downloads (演説（する）／住所s begin with ftp://).
FTP downloads can work in 2 方式s, which in some 事例／患者s might give 完全に different results:
- Active 方式:
When downloading a とじ込み／提出する in Active 方式, the FTP server connects from port 20 into your computer in a 無作為の port number.
いつかs firewalls are configured to disallow any 後継の 関係. If your firewall is configured in this way,
you won't be able to make a download 実験（する） in Active 方式.
- Passive 方式:
When downloading a とじ込み／提出する in Passive 方式, your computer connects the FTP server in a 無作為の port number.
Some Internet providers gives high 優先 for 正規の／正選手 Web 場所／位置s (port 80) and other popular Internet 使用／適用s, while
giving very low 優先 for 関係 in 無作為の port number. This technique is known as "Traffic 形態／調整ing".
If your Internet provider uses this technique, you may get much lower 速度(を上げる） results with Passive 方式 FTP, because
the FTP clicnt connects in 無作為の port number which may get much lower 優先 than the 正規の／正選手 http downloads.
ーするために change the FTP 方式 in DownTester, go to 選択s->前進するd 選択.
実験（する）ing the 速度(を上げる） of 網状組織 株 and other 運動s
Starting from 見解／翻訳／版 1.10, DownTester also 許すs you to 実験（する） the 速度(を上げる） of 網状組織 株 on your LAN. (For example: \\MyComp\f$\temp\myfile.zip)
However, be aware that this 実験（する） calculates the 速度(を上げる） by using the number of bytes read from the とじ込み／提出する, instead of counting the number of bytes transferred over the 網状組織.
Moreover, you can use this feature to 実験（する） the 速度(を上げる） of any 運動 in your system, 含むing your 地元の 運動, your CD/DVD, your USB flash 運動, and so on...

Creating NSIS installer
DownTester 許すs you to easily create an installer that will 任命する／導入する DownTester with your 現在の configuration,
含むing all your download URLs and the 前進するd 選択s that you choose.
In the help menu, you can find 2 選択 for creating your custom installer:
- Create NSIS 取り付け・設備: Create 正規の／正選手 取り付け・設備 that by default, 任命する／導入するs DownTester in C:\Program とじ込み／提出するs\NirSoft\DownTester

Translating DownTester to other languages
ーするために translate DownTester to other language, follow the 指示／教授／教育s below:
- Run DownTester with /savelangfile parameter:
DownTester.exe /savelangfile
A とじ込み／提出する 指名するd DownTester_lng.ini will be created in the folder of DownTester 公共事業（料金）／有用性.
- Open the created language とじ込み／提出する in Notepad or in any other text editor.
- Translate all string 入ること／参加（者）s to the 願望（する）d language.
Optionally, you can also 追加する your 指名する and/or a link to your Web 場所／位置.
(TranslatorName and TranslatorURL values) If you 追加する this （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）, it'll be
used in the 'About' window.
- After you finish the translation, Run DownTester, and all translated
strings will be 負担d from the language とじ込み／提出する.
If you want to run DownTester without the translation, 簡単に 改名する the language とじ込み／提出する, or move
it to another folder.
License
