Verifiable 無作為の 選択 (RFC 3797)
RFC 3797 述べるs "a method for making 無作為の 選択s in such a way that the unbiased nature of the choice is 公然と verifiable." In other words, it shows how to 選ぶ an item or items 無作為に from a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） without the person who 支配（する）／統制するs the 過程 存在 able to 直す／買収する，八百長をする it. The 含むd C source code takes some 成果／努力 to get going (it even has a bug), so this web 使用／適用 器具／実施するs the algorithm.

For 簡単, the UI assumes that you have taken the RFC's advice and used integer numeric forms of randomness.
