A 小旅行する Of A "支払う／賃金 to Download Firefox" 場所／位置
At Mozilla, we 定期的に get anguished emails from people who have paid to download Firefox, and have then discovered a) that it's 現実に 解放する／自由な, and b) that it's very hard to get the company they paid to stop 非難する their credit card. For those who have never had the misfortune to visit one of these 罠（にかける） 場所／位置s, I thought people might be 利益／興味d in a walkthrough of the 使用者 experience.
These 場所／位置s get their custom through advertising. We and the major search engine providers do a reasonable 職業 of keeping these people's adverts away from our trademarked 条件 and keywords but we can't be everywhere, and they can often be 設立する on smaller search engines.
Ah, thinks a 使用者 of info.co.uk: "Mozilla Firefox download - that sounds 権利." That first (sponsored) link goes to 解放する／自由な-download-place.org. They 申し込む／申し出 "Firefox 3.0.8" (an out-of-date 見解／翻訳／版) "Google Toolbar 含むd":

Anyway, 支援する up at the 最高の，を越す, if we don't notice that small print and we click "Download Now", we 結局最後にはーなる on yet another website - freedownloadzone.com. It is often the 事例／患者 that a website like freedownloadzone has lots of "feeder" websites like 解放する／自由な-download-place which turn up for さまざまな search queries or have さまざまな suggestive domain 指名するs, and which direct you to the central website which takes the money. org-eng.info is another 無作為の 場所／位置 which runs the same interface as the one you are about to see. Here are some more. The company behind all of them is a Jersey-based company called "Saphie Number 1" (which sounds like the 指名する of an off-the-shelf company to me).
At least here they are 申し込む／申し出ing Firefox 3.5 rather than 3.0.8. 公式文書，認める that the 肩書を与える of the 場所／位置 and the green text all still 示唆する that this isn't going to cost the 使用者 anything. So we fill in the form, click "Next Step" and now we get (red text 追加するd by me):
Now, there is talk of "会員の地位" and a "flat 料金". The 無線で通信する buttons and checkboxes here are 価値（がある） analysing carefully. I have labelled them with their actual cost to you - compare that with the text 供給するd by the website. The 会員の地位 will cost you somewhere between £17.88 and £29.94. However, the two checkboxes, which are labelled "£1.49", 現実に cost you an 即座の extra £17.88 each, and they are checked by default.
公式文書，認める that it carefully says underneath in grey that "your 会員の地位 is a onetime 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金". にもかかわらず the fact that most costs are broken 負かす／撃墜する per month, you don't get to 支払う／賃金 per month. It all comes off your credit card in one go.

This is amazing. There's another checkbox 負かす／撃墜する in the 底（に届く） 権利 corner, next to the green text, which 許すs them to 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 you another £9.88 per month - a per-月毎の 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 dwarfing all previous ones.
It still says "your 会員の地位 is a one-time 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 which will never be re-法案d" - but that's only the 会員の地位 部分 of it. The £9.88 is going to come off every month and, if you are still foolish enough to be 伴う／関わるd after a year, I bet they'll take another two lots of £17.88 for those first two checkboxes.
The only place that the total 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 is shown is in normal text as part of a 宣告，判決 on the 権利 of the page. Can you 位置／汚点／見つけ出す it? If you ask for the 決裂／故障, it shows:
£75.88 is $125.90 or €86.07. And that's before the recurring technical support 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 (公式文書，認める the qualifying "today" in the above screenshot). All that for a copy of Firefox!
This is where we have to stop - journalistic bravery goes only so far. Even I am not willing to 支払う／賃金 at least £75.58 to find out what happens next. Although I have heard that often these 場所／位置s, to 追加する 侮辱 to 傷害, direct their 使用者s to the 公式の／役人 download 場所／位置s for the 初めの ソフトウェア, so they don't even use their own bandwidth! But before we finish, let's just look at a few choice phrases from the 条件 and 条件s linked from this page:
freedownloadzone.com makes no （人命などを）奪う，主張する to 所有権 or other 支配（する）／統制する or 権利s to any ソフトウェア recommended by freedownloadzone.com or its スパイ／執行官s. All ソフトウェア 推薦s 言及する to either "Freeware" or ソフトウェア that is さもなければ 利用できる without 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 to individuals 捕まらないで for 明確な／細部 目的s.

Once you 服従させる／提出する your order for 会員の地位, it is nonrefundable. Only in 事例／患者s of 詐欺 will the 支払い（額） be refunded. This 政策 is in place 予定 to an 乱用 of credit card chargebacks and 窃盗 of （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）. All requests for refunds 予定 to 詐欺 MUST be made in 令状ing and 肉体的に mailed to freedownloadzone.

There's no について言及する of the "7-day money 支援する 政策" which you've seen touted on several of the 審査するs so far.
All this is one very good 推論する／理由 we need a strong trademark 政策 :-)
