Specification
The UNO-Url is used to 演説（する）／住所 a 明確な／細部 UNO 反対する in a different 過程. It 許すs services such as the com.sun.星／主役にする.橋（渡しをする）.UnoUrlResolver to 地図／計画する the 演説（する）／住所d 反対する from a remote 過程 into the 地元の 過程 by setting an interprocess 関係 and by using a 確かな 肉親，親類d of 議定書 on this 関係.
The UNO-Url consists of four parts separated by 結腸 and semicolon.
- The constant string 'uno:'. This identifies the url as UNO-Url and is needed to distinguish a uno-url e.g. from an http or ftp url.
- A string which characterizes the type of the 関係, that shall be
used to 接近
the other 過程. 直接／まっすぐに after this string can optionally follow a comma separated 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）
of 指名する-value pairs, where 指名する and value are separated by a '='.
The 関係-type-string and the 指名するs may only consist of ASCII letters and digits. They are not 事例／患者 極度の慎重さを要する. The value part is an 独断的な Unicode string, which is encoded in UTF8. Any character except letters, digits and
!$&'()*+-./:?@_~must be 変えるd to%xx, where xx is the hexadecimal 代表 of the UTF8 byte. There are 機能（する）／行事s defined (see Uri class) which support such 転換s.The connection_services 文書 explains 現在／一般に supported 関係 types and parameters and how the 関係 types can be 延長するd.

A string which characterizes the type of 議定書 that is used to communicate over the

to 接近 an 独断的な UNO-反対する (for example as it would be possible in with CORBA's IOR).
Valid characters are letters, digits, and
!$&'()*+,-./:?=@_~. Other characters are forbidden, such that this string can be taken as is (no 転換 or escaping 要求するd).
