Camera which connects to your PC 経由で Internet or LAN
Introduction:
Ever 手配中の，お尋ね者 to attach a webcam to your PC... but have the webcam many feet from the PC? Doesn't work very 井戸／弁護士席, does it? In 6/05, I acquired what might be your answer: The Aviosys IP Kamera 9000. It has a built in web server. You 接近 one across the 逮捕する almost the same way as you probably 接近d this page, or you can 接近 one on your LAN. Or you can plug it into a NIC equipped PC with a crossover cable, if the PC has nothing else to do on a LAN.

Does it work? More or いっそう少なく, yes. Does it do all I'd hoped it would? Maybe... but I've yet to 打ち勝つ the poor translation of the documentation to get beyond playing with it. As a simple camera connected to a PC over a LAN, for watching what's happening at your 前線 door, or in the shop, for instance, it would be pretty good. I'm reasonably 確信して that you could even attach 4 cameras to one PC using just IPKams and the ソフトウェア 供給するd.
The 動議 （犯罪，病気などの）発見 so far eludes me.
Very 約束ing: If you have an "always on" broadband internet 関係, even if you don't have a static 演説（する）／住所, you may be able to put your Kamera "on" the internet, through the wonders of the (nearly) 解放する／自由な service 利用できる from dns.com. (I've done a separate page with 詳細（に述べる）s of what is, why you need an dyndns account.) While I 港／避難所't 実験（する）d the camera with the service, there's a sticker on the box 説 "Supports DDNS", and a page in the settings. They seem to relate to 統合するing the camera with the service at www.dyndns. Then again, the box says the camera "要求するs no PC to operate" (True. But you need a PC to see what the camera is seeing if you have the 9000A 加える, which lets you 追加する an 音声部の 料金d from the camera to the LAN, at the expense of the RCA connector for ビデオ out.) And the box says "Indoor/Outdoor"... 井戸／弁護士席... It will operate outdoors... but there are ways for little creatures to get inside the 9000A 加える, and no water, or even splash, proofing.
Don't think I "don't like" the camera. I just don't like the support that comes with it. And don't think I didn't try to take this up with the 製造業者s. In the past month, I edited a 6 megabyte 手動式の for another 会社／堅い, to make the English more idiomatic. With no 約束 of any 支払い（額）, up 前線... though they did "come through" by 許すing me to keep the piece of 道具 they had 貸付金d me for review 目的s. AVIOSys are いっそう少なく 利益／興味d in help, it would seem.
I do like the camera.... I just was over-希望に満ちた about what I would be able to make it do. It doesn't do very 井戸／弁護士席 with low light levels.... at least not very 井戸／弁護士席 in comparison with web and 数字表示式の cameras I've seen. If it has a way to turn on (a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃 （危険などに）さらす 補償（金）, I 港／避難所't 設立する it.
It is a solid and stylish little 一括, 手段ing about 3 cm x 6 cm x 11 cm. AVIOSys kindly 供給（する） not only a 小型の-tripod, but a 井戸／弁護士席 made screw-to-塀で囲む support with a ball 共同の which 許すs you to 目的（とする） the camera where you want it to point.
Getting it running....
Before I say more, before you make a mistake: Don't stick the 力／強力にする 料金d into the pink 音声部の-in socket, if you have the 9000 加える A! (I think you'll get away with it... but don't try!)
I really don't like "Put in the CD, click next, next, next" 一括s which do GOKW to your system. The AVIOSys レコード which comes with the camera gives you that 選択, if you are more 信用ing that me, or have a testbed machine that can be trashed. I even 調査するd some of the AVIOSys "(a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃" stuff without too much in the way of 悔いるs. Happily, for people like me, it also 作品 to put the CD in while you 持つ／拘留する 負かす／撃墜する "転換", wait for the CD to settle 負かす／撃墜する, and then use Windows Explorer to be selective.
There's something in the "道具s" folder called QQ2004.exe: DON'T run that, if you want my advice... You can guess your way through the lots of stuff that is unreadable on an English speaking machine.... but the end result RUNS in gibberish, too.
There's something in the "道具s" folder called SetupDI.exe... It didn't seem to do any good... or any 害（を与える）.
There's something in the "道具s" folder called ipEditV3.exe... This should not be necessary for you... but if IP_KamVid(1070) doesn't work for you.. as it didn't.. at first.. for me, then ipEdit gives you a 道具 to discover and reset the IP 演説（する）／住所 of the IP Kamera... your 決定的な first step into using it.
In "道具s\Disk1", I had "体制／機構.exe". Running just this enabled my machine to do useful things. It 任命する／導入するd AMCap, Infinity_Cam, IP_KamVid(1070), and VidCap32.
In "Doc" there are sub folders for 92xx, which is the 数字表示式の input / 生産（高） 装置 family made by AVIOSys, which I've also written about. The InfinityCam program has support for (a?) 9212, if you have one.
Also in "Doc", a sub folder with a pdf 手動式の for Infinity_Cam, the best ソフトウェア afaik for the IP Kamera. 価値（がある） a look.
In the root of the CD is an html 文書 called "main.htm". You can 接近 this 直接／まっすぐに, and, 井戸／弁護士席 負かす／撃墜する the page, there are some very useful FAQ answers.
More Getting Started
So... your basic ソフトウェア is 任命する／導入するd.
Connect the camera to your LAN, or to a PC with a crossover cable. Connect poser to the camera. Be sure the little "On/ off" switch on the camera is on.
If you can do this on a machine where you can take 負かす／撃墜する your firewall, so much the better. It is no fault of AVIOSys that we live in a world where doing this is 安全な only in 確かな circumstances, nor is it there fault if the camera doesn't "work" because your firewall 支配するs say "don't".
First you have to find out the IP 演説（する）／住所 of the camera, and, perhaps, change it to one that 控訴s you.
I used IPEditV3 because I had it, it worked. Before you try that, try IP_KamVid(1070) which is a better 道具... if it 作品 for you, as it did... 結局... for me. With either 道具, you may have to wait... 90 seconds?... for the ソフトウェア to "see" the camera. Once it has, be sure to click on the 入ること／参加（者） for the camera. When you select the camera's 入ること／参加（者）, you should see data fields fill with data. You can then alter them, e.g. the camera's IP 演説（する）／住所, and then 圧力（をかける） a button to say "Save these values into the camera." It is a bit like working with your PC's BIOS settings.
Once that's done, 開始する，打ち上げる Internet Explorer. I'd really rather work with オペラ or Firefox, but in my 事例／患者 (perhaps 予定 to my settings) I got much better results with IE, sigh. Point it at the camera's IP 演説（する）／住所. A page should open, 許すing you to その上の 罰金 tune the settings for your camera.
I'll try to tell you more of my experiences and give more advice.... but the time to work on this today has RUN OUT... sorry...

The search engine 単に looks for the words you type, so....

* Don't bother with "How do I get rich?" That will 単に return pages with "how", "do", "I"....
