Some general considerations:
Your sensors are going to be out in all 天候s. The mast they are on and the sensors themselves need to be 井戸／弁護士席 built. Do it 権利 now, and save yourself the annoyance of re-doing it 年４回の.
In many parts of the world, 雷 is a problem you'll need to consider. If your mast is struck by 雷, the bolt may 井戸／弁護士席 follow the wires into the house. Even if your mast is not struck, as we mostly know modern electronics are 極度の慎重さを要する to the EMPs that occur around 雷.

There is good ニュース報道 of using 1-Wire 装置s, but both the 調書をとる／予約する and the 場所／位置 look at other answers, too. In May 2007, it was やめる recently 開始する，打ち上げるd, but the 場所／位置 is not "under construction". There's lots of good stuff there.

Do you have an "always on" internet 関係, e.g. DSL or broadband? (Even a basic home 使用者 account is 罰金. You don't need a 直す／買収する，八百長をするd IP 演説（する）／住所.) Want to 始める，決める something up that lets you check all is 井戸／弁護士席 at your home or 商売／仕事.... from any internet 終点 in the world? (The 終点 needs nothing more than a 基準 browser.) You might want to dedicate an old Win98 "box" (Or let it run "on the corner" of a Win10 box.) to doing the work, but you don't have to. You'll probably want to spend a little money to attach one or more 1-Wire 気温 sensors to the system, but there are ways around even that expense. (As you can see from the "Win98" comment, this 製品 has been 利用できる for some time!)
