This is an 早期に 見解／翻訳／版 of a page to explain DE49- PicPgBuilder, and 招待する you to try it... for 解放する／自由な.

DE49 is a program which 発展させるd from something I wrote for my own needs. It was written いつか before June 2014. I have had it running more or いっそう少なく continually since then first on a Windows 98 PC, more recently on Windows 10.

I have a number of IP cameras, all sending images to an FTP server running in the same Windows PC as a web server I have running. That web server is "connected" to the internet 経由で the 魔法 of DDNS at http://mon7nc.dyndns.org

DE49 periodically looks in selected folders of the FTP server, and 組み立てる／集結するs a page showing the most recently FTP'd IP （機の）カム image from each camera. At the same time, it moves any other .jpgs in the folder to a sub-folder called "Older". (This helps 最小限に減らす the 過程ing time for each update.)

Most of the things I've について言及するd so far can be configured 経由で DE49's ini とじ込み／提出する... How many folders are checked, which folders are checked, how often they are checked.

The images are not "live"... I don't want to waste internet bandwidth 持続するing live ビデオ 料金d... but, for as many cameras as are 現在／一般に working, and sending images to the FTP server, the images are likely to be 最近の. (When the image was 蓄える／店d on the FTP server, によれば the time at the server, is 陳列する，発揮するd as part of the page. My rather cryptic labels on the images... "IVA199", etc., mean something to me. You can make the labels on your page whatever you want them to be.

Some of the cameras are 始める，決める up to take a new picture every hour during the day. (Some are 始める，決める up 不正に, and take a picture every hour, and thus いつかs the image is all 黒人／ボイコット, or a messy thing resulting from IR LEDs 反映するing off a window pane.)

Some of the cameras are 始める，決める up to send an image when they （悪事，秘密などを）発見する 動議... so an "old" image may 単に be the result of the camera not seeing any 動議 for a while.

One of the beauties of the DE49 approach is that you are not 軍隊d to 受託する one size which is supposed to fit all. Different cameras (or other image sources) have different features. As long as the image source can periodically save an image to a とじ込み／提出する, DE49 can use it as a source for the webpage that it creates.

(Continuing for a moment with "sources of images"... I have other programs which, for 8instance, create a graph with readings from 天候 sensors... 気温s, windspeed, etc. They create and save images. DE49 can "地位，任命する" those images on the webpage it creates.)

Try it?

It is much more fun if you have a webserver already in place, but you don't need one. And you don't need an FTP server.

You do need something that is saving at least one image to a とじ込み／提出する from time to time.

You could then 始める，決める up DE49 to create a web page to 陳列する，発揮する that image... but, without a webserver (which you can 追加する, for 解放する／自由な... 加える some serious work!), you will only be able to see the resulting webpage on the PC where it is created, or, if you've opened the folder it is in to filesharing, on the LAN the PC is on. But, if that is where you are, you can start with that modest beginning, and then "grow" your system to make what DE49 is creating 明白な on the web. It will mean that you have to 始める，決める up a webserver with a folder DE49 can 令状 to. It is not ロケット／急騰する Science, nor need it cost anything except your time... and...

• an "always on" internet 関係
• a 乗り気 to leave the web serving PC on all the time
• a 乗り気 to take a chance that you might make a mistake, an open your system to attacks from the web. (Care, a good firewall, and anti-malware ソフトウェア, 定期的に updated, are all that you need to mitigate that 危険.)
• the 当局 to make some of the system settings 伴う／関わるd. (Kids working on a school computer are likely to find their 手渡すs tied.)

You can do it!

I hope you are still reading. Sorry to be so "消極的な", but I didn't want to drag you into something that was going to be beyond you.

If you are still reading, I think you are ready to download DE49-PicPgBuilder.zip, with the exe and some supporting text とじ込み／提出するs.

Create a folder... I would 示唆する using C:/ForDE49... and unzip what's in the .zip とじ込み／提出する to it. (Whatever folder you decide to use, I would 避ける using the "事実上の" folders, like "My 文書s", or any subfolder of one of them.)

Run DE49.exe. The first time it runs, it gives you a message, creates an .ini とじ込み／提出する, and then shuts 負かす／撃墜する. That ini とじ込み／提出する needs tweaking for your system... mostly to say where images are to come from, where they are to go to... (You tweak it with a text editor. Notepad (comes with Windows) will do. I much prefer Textpad, from Textpad.com (they do a 解放する／自由な 裁判，公判, with only sensible 限界s). (Most of my work... 含むing 令状ing this... is done with Textpad.)

After you have tweaked the ini とじ込み／提出する, DE49 will run 普通は when you 開始する，打ち上げる it. (If it all goes horribly wrong, just 削除する DE49ini.txt to make a fresh start.)

In the 解放する／自由な デモ 見解／翻訳／版 of DE49, the web page it creates can 陳列する，発揮する just one image. But you can use it for as long as you wish.

If you decide you like it, you can 昇格 to the 十分な 見解／翻訳／版 upon a small 支払い（額） to me... let's say $10, for now... All that you need to do to 昇格 is to 修正する two lines in the ini とじ込み／提出する... you don't have to download anything, you don't have to reinstall anything.
