What TCP/IP library to use?

TWICE... once in July 2022, and 以前 in Feb 17, I was going 支援する to TCP/IP work after having been away for a while. I'd used Synapse before, 遭遇（する）d no hassles, so went 支援する to it. But first I took a moment at the page について言及するd above to consider 代案／選択肢s.

I （機の）カム away still liking Synapse. Because...

解放する／自由な. Seems to be 公正に／かなり 広範囲にわたって used by Lazarus/FPC programmers. Also 作品 with Delphi. 作品 on Windows, Linux, Mac OS X. Supports many 議定書s. (TCP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SNMP, NTP, POP3, PING, IMAP, LDAP, FTPS, DNS). (Having made that last point, I should 追加する: I 一般に 避ける "do everything" programs. But for a 道具, I'd rather work hard to get started, in return for the 限界 of what I can do, now that I've got past the start of the learning curve, is 広範囲にわたる. I don't want to have to start with a new 一括 when my wants grow.

It's "任命する／導入する" couldn't be いっそう少なく invasive. (Read my "How to 任命する／導入する Synapse" page to 明らかにする that.)

Synapse has been around for a while. (A web-地位，任命する from 2012 speaks of it 存在 old then.) I 港／避難所't been able to find a normal "会議" for Synapse! It does have an old skool email based discussion channel, with a way to search old discussions for what you want an answer to. (And you can, of course, start a new thread.) There are many 地位，任命するs with "Synapse" in them at the main Lazarus 会議, but no 献身的な sub-board.

I have in the past used the excellent ICS... for Delphi work. The people there do not want to know about Lazarus. The 態度 is "罰金, use ICS if it 作品 for you. But don't talk to us about Lazarus 明確な／細部 問題／発行するs." (It does work with Lazarus, up to a point, by the way. And it is a HUGE, and very 円熟した, 代案／選択肢.)

You can't "play" all day... learn to use the Libre Office/ Open Office database. 解放する／自由な. Multi-壇・綱領・公約.

And lastly... Making 地図／計画するs... how we did it before GPS Indulge me? This discusses a worthwhile, fun (if 現在のd intelligently) activity for kids, which can be undertaken on many levels... a simple 20 minutes, or weeks of engaging activity. (Also known to コースを変える susceptible adults.)
