With most browsers, 圧力(をかける)ing 加える, minus or 無 while the 支配(する)/統制する 重要な (ctrl) is held 負かす/撃墜する will change the texts size. (大きくする, 減ずる, 回復する to default, それぞれ.) (This is more fully explained, and there's another tip, at my 力/強力にする Browsing page.)
I am not by nature an 組織するd or disciplined 労働者.
But when it comes to programming, I have to be 組織するd and disciplined, or I get very little done.
Intelligent use of folders (aka "directories") is an enormous help to me in 組織するing my work.
I recommend this essay very 早期に in my Lazarus tutorials, and I am sorry to trouble you with a わずかに コンビナート/複合体 支配する when you are just getting started, but it really is "necessary".
You will probably struggle a bit to understand all that I am 説. Do the best you can. And revisit this essay from time to time as you become more familiar and proficient with Lazarus. Things that are hard to follow now will make better sense later. But getting to 支配するs with other things will be 妨げるd until you しっかり掴む what is here. It is one of those "chicken and egg" things.
You will, if you take my advice, have three main folders for your Lazarus work. (At least one of them will have many many folders in folders, and folders in folders in folders... etc... like a hall of mirrors.
When I put it as I just have, it might seem a bit 圧倒的な. But using my system is 現実に much simpler than it may sound to you at the moment. My system lets you divide and 征服する/打ち勝つ your work.
My system lets you think about one thing at a time, but even as you do that, "the big picture" can be reasonably (疑いを)晴らす in your 長,率いる.
I should say more about these... 特に the second... but I get so little feedback or "likes" and such in 会議s, on social マスコミ, that I wonder how many people even read them?
The first "main folder" is the one you 任命する/導入する your Lazarus IDE in, when you first 始める,決める yourself up for Lazarus programming.
Wherever you put it, I would recommend that you do as little as possible within it. Keep this folder JUST for what the nice people at Lazarus and FreePascal have done for us.
It seems that every time I 任命する/導入する something, Microsoft has changed the 支配するs. In any 事例/患者, if you have to migrate to a new machine, you should probably do a fresh 任命する/導入する of things like the Lazarus IDE.
So put as few of your "personal tweaks" to these things in the folder of their main "engine".
But of course, you are not just in thrall to Microsoft (Or Apple, or the people behind your Linux), there's also the "things" that the providers of "Lazarus" do to... did I mean for?... you.
I would LIKE to be able to have 多重の 見解/翻訳/版s of things like Lazarus on my system.
ANYWAY... The last time I 任命する/導入するd the Windows 見解/翻訳/版 of Lazarus, it ended up in...
C:\使用者s\[[my 使用者 ID]]\文書s\Prgms\3rdParty\LazSys
... but somehow the Windows menu system held...
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Lazarus19406
That "19406" is a datestamp (6th of April, 2019). While not as good as the 見解/翻訳/版 ID of my Lazarus IDE, it does at least put me in with a chance of, when it becomes necessary, having a second, separate Lazarus 取り付け・設備 on the PC in question.
BUT ALL OF THAT IS NOT A MAJOR CONCERN! 任命する/導入する your Lazarus somewhere, anywhere... but then try to LEAVE THAT FOLDER ALONE. Let Lazarus do what it wants inside it. But anything you do, in particular, any code 令状ing you do: Do it under a separate main folder.
I hope it won't 関心 you for a long time to come, but 結局 you will want to 任命する/導入する "libraries" created by others.
You may have noticed I called Lazarus itself a "3rd party" 一括? It is "3rd party" in that it didn't come from Microsoft or from me, hence "3rd party" there.
You can... but I wouldn't recommend it to a novice... 追加する extra "libraries" to Lazarus. If you do that, it 伸び(る)s extra features, with very little knowledge needed on your part.
For 追加する-ons to the 追加する-on... i.e. libraries to 延長する Lazarus... I would 示唆する a main folder for the things you are 追加するing from a different "3rd party"... different from the 3rd party that 供給(する)d you with the Lazarus IDE.
It can be a bit of a chore to "tell" Lazarus "about" where to find the enhancements the libraries will 供給する. But it can be done.
(And of course, within this second main folder, you have sub-folders, one for each "3rd- 3rd party" library. If you 可決する・採択する this system, then when you have to migrate to a new PC, it will be much easier. And the day WILL come. Sorry, but you know it will.)
So! You are putting the Lazarus IDE in one place. 追加する-on libraries in another.
The third "main folder" is for your 事業/計画(する)s!!.
I 令状 programs (使用/適用s) in several languages. And, doomed to Windows as I am, I like to have everything that I 支配(する)/統制する under the "文書s" folder.
So, within "文書s", I have a folder called "Prgmming". Within that I have a folder called "Lazarus"
And within that, many, MANY folders... one for each program (aka, in my usage, 使用/適用) that I've written.
I 約束 not to go very far 負かす/撃墜する the rabbit 穴を開ける of how I 指名する my programs, but I will just touch on that before getting 支援する to the main story.
There was a time when 指名するs needed to be VERY short. It is still helpful to keep them reasonably short. (Hence my use of "Prgmming" vs "Programming" a moment ago... the folder 指名するs in the path 主要な to a 選び出す/独身 とじ込み/提出する are part of "the 指名する" in some 状況s where "keep it short" is 関連した.
Almost all of my programs have mysterious 指名するs like lt001, fm023, ds142
Those would be...
A 詳細(に述べる): The number. Decide at the 手始め... will you have more than 99 programs in this 部類? If in 疑問, say, "I might". And then, with the first programs in the 部類 use 主要な 無s in the 指名する, as you see above. I took a chance, decide that I wouldn't do more than 99 programs for 1-Wire 半導体素子s... but such parsimony with 無s usually comes 支援する to haunt me.
So... 支援する to the main story...
Recap: We have three main folders for Lazarus. We've dealt with the first two. We've started to talk about the one where your work goes.
(If the 分割 isn't 完全に (疑いを)晴らす, consider this: You have an office 控訴 任命する/導入するd on your PC. (I like Libre Office.)
The ソフトウェア that lets you, say, 令状 a letter, is "somewhere" on your machine. Someplace more of いっそう少なく "hidden", I hope. It will entail hundreds of とじ込み/提出するs. You really don't want them "in your 直面する", on a daily basis. And if they are "hidden", there is いっそう少なく chance that you will Do Something and break the system.
So... you DON'T know where your office 控訴's programs are, but you DO know where to find the copies you saved of letters you've written.
That's all I'm talking about here. The stuff that makes Lazarus work is "hidden". The stuff you've written WITH Lazarus is in the folder I'm talking about now.
But!
A Lazarus program is a bit more コンビナート/複合体 than a mere letter! It will 伴う/関わる many とじ込み/提出するs.
With letters, you might use folders to divide and 征服する/打ち勝つ.... you could have one folder for "商売/仕事" letters, and a separate folder for letters to friends.
For Lazarus you need to 始める,決める up a folder for each program (使用/適用) that you 令状.
We're almost done! But we've come to a bit that's 平易な to 行方不明になる, so go get that cup of coffee. Come 支援する 警報...
In your folder for your Lazarus work, for the programs you will 令状, you have one folder for each program.
Let's say I was going to 令状 another text 巧みな操作 program... number 143 it would be at this moment in time. And let's say that it is to count the frequency of letters in a big text とじ込み/提出する. (That, by the way, makes a good beginner's 演習. And the (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) it would 抽出する does have its uses (even if they are a bit... arcane?))
In whatever you've called your "MyLazarusProgramming" folder, you'd make a folder called...
tm143-CountLetterFrequency
(Yes... I've been a bit profligate with the length of the 指名する of that folder. I am "spending" a little of the room for 作戦行動 that I built up for myself by 存在 careful どこかよそで.
AND WITHIN THAT.... we create ANOTHER folder...
tm143
THEN we start up Lazarus, start our program, and very 早期に on we save what we've done so far. (I 普通は start each program by putting a "やめる" button on the main form, and then I do the first "save".)
Be careful about how you 開始する,打ち上げる the "save". Don't do anything "clever". Either use Ctrl-S, or the menu's とじ込み/提出する/ Save, or the "floppy disk" icon on the toolbar, 狭くする red 禁止(する)d, white 禁止(する)d, blue 禁止(する)d with a gray rectangle in it.
The first save does a few "extra" things that don't (普通は) arise again in a given 事業/計画(する)'s life.
First it asks WHERE you would like to save the 事業/計画(する). Don't be fooled! The 過程 looks very like 単に saving, say, a letter. But much more is going on that would be happening if you saved a letter. More is going on even than what will happen 今後 when you are saving your work so far on the Lazarus program you have just started.
You can, if you look, tell that you are saving the 事業/計画(する). There are at least two 指示,表示する物s:
The 肩書を与える of the dialog is "Save PROJECT..." (my caps, for 強調), and...
The 提案するd とじ込み/提出する 指名する has the ".lpi" 拡張. (Lazarus's grandparent, Delphi) uses a different 拡張, by the way, if you happen to be working with that IDE.)
早期に in the course of a new program's life, do your first save.
Start by moving to the 同等(の) of...
.../MyLazarusProgramming/tm143-CountLetterFrequency/tm143
REMEMBER: There are TWO folders with 指名するs starting "tm143", one of them inside the other.
(You can create the necessary folder within the Save dialog, if you 港/避難所't 始める,決める them up ahead of time.)
... And call the 事業/計画(する) "tm143.lpi". (You can leave the ".lpi" off... because, just under where you 明示する the 指名する, the dialog is telling you that it will save it as an .lpi とじ込み/提出する.)
Then, perhaps alarmingly, until you get used to it, a second Save とじ込み/提出する dialog will pop up.
Superficially, it looks just like the one you just used!
But this is doing something different... 公式文書,認める the dialog's 肩書を与える 妨げる/法廷,弁護士業, and the "Save as type", and the default 指名する's 拡張...
This is saving your source code. Yes! I know! You 港/避難所't written any yet! But Lazarus has created a "爆撃する", a "骸骨/概要" of source code. In Pascal 条件 (Lazarus is 設立するd on Pascal) the "source code" lives in a "部隊".
When the second save starts, you should find yourself in the same folder you saved the 事業/計画(する) とじ込み/提出する in. And you should save the 部隊 as "tm143u1.pas". The "u1" stands for "部隊 1".
So! We have two folders with tm143 in their 指名するs. (One inside the other)
We have a とじ込み/提出する called "tm143.lpi", and one called "tm143u1.pas".
Very 早期に on in my work on your program, I would change the 指名する of the program's form to tm143f1. ("f1" for Form 1"... you got that, 権利?)
You need to 支援する up your work... frequently. Beginners in particular need to do this. 事業/計画(する)s will frequently just go 完全に awry. Do you really want to go all the way 支援する to Square One, 定期的に? Do a 支援する-up every so often, and you only need to backtrack a little ways.
You don't even have to shut 負かす/撃墜する what you are doing in the Lazarus IDE to do the に引き続いて...
Go into the operating system's ordinary とじ込み/提出する 管理/経営 公共事業(料金)/有用性. (In Windows once called "Windows Explorer", which was much too の近くに to "Internet Explorer". Since Win10 (機の)カム along, "とじ込み/提出する Explorer". Perhaps the one good thing about Win10. Harumph.)
演習 負かす/撃墜する to the 同等(の) of...
tm143-CountLetterFrequency
... i.e. the one 持つ/拘留するing...
tm143
... the folder that has LOTS of stuff in it... stuff put there by Lazarus. (tm143.lpi, tm143.pas, a folder called "backup"... which you LEAVE ALONE, it is NOT "your" backup!), etc.
権利-click on that FOLDER. Select "copy"
Then 権利-click someplace "blank" in the "tm143-CountLetterFrequency" folder, select "Paste" That will give you a new folder...
tm143-copy
改名する that along the に引き続いて lines. There Are 推論する/理由s for the things that may seem 半端物.
tm143BU[[date]][[-time]]
"BU" for backup
For [[date]] I would ALWAYS use FIVE characters...
The [[time]] part is optional, but if 現在の, should be separated from the date by a hyphen, and use FOUR digits, but no 結腸. 8:07am would be 0807. 8:55pm would be 2055.
When you've made your backup, you can just go 支援する to what you were doing in the Lazarus IDE.
DO NOT "mess", by 手渡す, with the stuff inside the "inner" "tm143", i.e. stuff in the folder in the "tm143-CountLetterFrequency" folder.
Exceptions to the "do not mess" 支配する: You can... and probably should... 追加する text とじ込み/提出するs inside the inner folder. Use them to make 公式文書,認めるs on how the program 作品, things still to be done, etc. (In 新規加入, of course, to 公式文書,認めるs about the same sort of things in rems inside the program's source code.)
Just don't mess with things Lazarus has made.
But you can "do things" with the "inner" "tm143"... AS LONG AS...
You might need to do things with the folder "tm143" if you need one of your backups.
To go 支援する to an earlier 見解/翻訳/版, proceed as follows... Don't, by the way, try to "memorize" this... 人物/姿/数字 out the logic, and remember that.
As I said: FIRST shut 負かす/撃墜する Lazarus.
Then 改名する your 現在の "tm143" folder something like "wentWrong20412-0815tm143"
権利-click on the most 最近の backup that seems a good place to go 支援する to.
Choose "Copy"
権利-click someplace "blank" in the "tm143-CountLetterFrequency" folder, select "Paste". 改名する the result as "tm143".
Presto! You're 支援する to where you were when you made the backup! And you even still have the 支援する-up that you are using to save you bacon, so if goes astray again, you still have the 見解/翻訳/版 that was working when you did the 支援する-up.
Of course, it isn't just your Lazarus work that needs 支援 up, is it. (Although Lazarus work entails extra 推論する/理由s to do backups.)
And are all your backups on your PC? What if the hard 運動 fails? What if your PC is stolen?
外部の, USB-connecting, hard 運動s cost very little, considering how 価値のある a 支援する-up is. And for really important stuff, have two! Do a 十分な copy of your とじ込み/提出するs, and ask a neighbor to put that hard 運動 on a high shelf for you. People do get burgled. People do have 解雇する/砲火/射撃s. Use the other 運動 for 2ndry copies of BUs for a while, until the copy at the neighbors gets "stale", then 交換(する) them over.
If not, you will be the first person to use a computer for more than a year who hasn't. I hope that the essay you've just read will help you have only small 悔いるs when Mr. Murphy "get" you.
