Toolbars have been with us for a long time now, and they are wonderful things... if you manage to be in 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 of your toolbars.

In many 事例／患者s, there are many different toolbars 利用できる for a window. When this is the 事例／患者, there is usually (as is the 事例／患者 here) a "toolbars" sub-menu under the "見解（をとる）" menu item for the window. You can have no toolbars showing, or one or many.

Keep the mouse button 負かす／撃墜する. 圧力（をかける） and 解放（する） the 重要な 示すd "Esc" on your keyboard. Then 解放（する） the mouse button.
Okay! How Go 支援する, try moving the toolbar to the middle of the window by doing what I wrote.
