You may find that the database 存在 shipped with OpenOffice (ver.2 and higher) delights you as much as it has me. This page tries to help you use it.
Forget anything you may have heard about Adabas, which （機の）カム with 星／主役にする Office, the 商業の 見解／翻訳／版 of Open Office 1. The 現在の Open Office's database, "Base", aka "ooBase", is 関係のない. This page is "browser friendly". Make your browser window as wide as you want it. The text will flow nicely for you. It is easier to read in a 狭くする window. With most browsers, 圧力（をかける）ing 加える, minus or 無 while the 支配（する）／統制する 重要な (ctrl) is held 負かす／撃墜する will change the texts size. (大きくする, 減ずる, 回復する to default, それぞれ.) Any time you have data in an ooBase （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する or a query, you can, incredibly easily, and flexibly, have that same data in...
And the 機械装置 for all of these 移転s is the same! Learn one simple trick, and you have a 道具 with many uses! With just the basic trick, or one other 類似の one, you can move data between many of the Open Office 使用／適用s. You can always get something from "A" to "C". Admittedly, occasionally you have to go 経由で "B".
The simplest 選択 is to go 経由で an ooCalc worksheet. You "paste" (as in "copy and paste") to an ooCalc worksheet. If you want to do this from an ooBase （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する, it "just happens", troubling you with no choices. You 権利-click on the 入ること／参加（者） for the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する (or query) in the ooBase 事業／計画（する） 管理／経営 window, click "copy", move to an ooCalc page and "paste". (You can 罰金 tune the results after the data is in the worksheet.)
Data from ooWriter to ooCalc: If your data is in a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する in ooWriter, you 簡単に select the columns and 列／漕ぐ／騒動s you want, 圧力（をかける） ctrl-C (to copy), move to an ooCalc sheet, click on the 独房 which will be the upper left corner of the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する in the ooCalc sheet, and then 圧力（をかける） ctrl-V (to paste).
Data from ooBase to ooCalc: If your data is in an ooBase （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する or query, just go to the ooBase main 事業／計画（する） 経営者／支配人 window, 権利 click on the 指名する of the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する or query (don't try this for a form, it won't work, or for a 報告（する）／憶測 unless you want to 調査する things I 港／避難所't 調査するd!), click on "copy", and then proceed as before: Go to an ooCalc sheet, click on the 独房 which will be the upper left corner of the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する in the ooCalc sheet, and then 圧力（をかける） ctrl-V.
Data from ooBase to ooWriter: If you are copying an ooBase （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する or query to an ooWriter 文書, you can paste the data as a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する, or as fields, or as text. "As a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する" will be the answer in many 事例／患者s. (I must remember to come 支援する and 調査する the "Fields" 選択, though... I think it will be 広大な／多数の／重要な for "clever" things!) The "as text" 選択 許すs you to "組み立てる／集結する" a small template, and "rubber stamp" things into the ooWriter 文書 with layout and headings pre-決定するd (by you). The "stamp" can be used again and again, once for each 記録，記録的な／記録する, with "bits" filled in from the database. Again... another time, I'll try to come 支援する to this for you!)
If copying an ooBase （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する or query "doesn't work", be sure you are "only" trying to use copy/ paste on a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する or a query. You can't copy/ paste forms. (When you try, there's just no result. I 疑問 you can copy/ paste 報告（する）／憶測s, either.)
Data from ooBase to ooImpress: If you are copying the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する or query to an ooImpress 贈呈 or ooDraw 文書, you can "only" paste the data as a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. Before you complain... 令状 the code to make the office 控訴 to even that. Do the 使用者s of Micro$oft's office 控訴 移転 data between apps this easily? (And, oh by the way, remember that for many 使用者s, the database "for MS Office", is 接近, which costs even more, on 最高の，を越す of the 購入（する） of the other 使用／適用s.) (While I'm （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域ing up on Micro$oft, let me について言及する that I've learned from someone who knows that 現在の 見解／翻訳／版s of Excel no longer come with built in 地図／計画する charting 機能（する）／行事s. Now, Open Office doesn't have built in 地図／計画する charting, either, but there's a good plug-in for about $10. I bet the Excel third party 追加する-ons cost more than that. Of course, they'll probably do "everything"... but do you want to 支払う／賃金 for things you'll rarely use?)
By now you probably 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う that you can also put a copy of the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する or query into a different database, too. The copying trick 作品 very わずかに 異なって if you want to copy from a database to a database, but the differences are so trivial that I won't 侮辱 your 知能 by 令状ing them up.
That may be all that you need. However, even more needs can be met when you know that any data in an ooCalc spreadsheet can be saved to a variety of 判型s (duh!)... but remember (or learn!) the advantages of the CSV 判型.
Either open an 存在するing database, or put together something simple as a little 実験（する）. You only need to have one （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する and one query 抽出するing data from that （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する.
Don't shut the database, but do の近くに any windows showing what's in the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する or query. (You don't have to do this, but I want you 焦点（を合わせる）d on the 必須のs here.
The ooBase main 事業／計画（する） 経営者／支配人 window should still be 明白な. (I.e. The three pane window with a "仕事s" pane in the upper 権利.)
Click on "（米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs" in the "Database" window along the left 辛勝する／優位 of the ooBase main 事業／計画（する） 経営者／支配人 window.
The lower 権利 pane should now be "（米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs", and in it you should see the 指名する of at least one （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. 権利 click on one of those 指名するs, and then click "Copy" from the menu that comes up.
Now start a new spreadsheet.
権利 click in one of it's 独房s.
Click on "Paste". にわか景気! The （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する you decided to copy appears in the ooCalc page. Each 記録，記録的な／記録する a 列／漕ぐ／騒動, each field a column. And the new stuff in the worksheet even appears under headings created from your database （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する's field 指名するs!
Don't の近くに ooCalc just yet. We'll want the worksheet we just created when we return to the topic of CSV とじ込み／提出するs.
Start a new (or open an 存在するing!) ooWriter 文書.
権利 click somewhere on the "page".
Do ctrl-V (or 権利-click, and click on "Paste").
A dialog will come up. For now, choose to 挿入する the 構成要素 from the database as a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する.
There will be two パネル盤s on the dialog. The 指名するs of the fields of your database （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する or query will be in those windows. The fields in the left 手渡す window are 利用できる. The ones in the 権利 手渡す window are fields which will be in the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する- of the ooWriter 文書- which you are creating. (I'll call that "the wp （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する" 今後, to distinguish it from the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する (or query) in the database which is the source of the paste we are doing.)
To move fields between the two windows, use the button(s) between the two パネル盤s on the dialog to move fields between the "利用できる" and "to go to the wp （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する" 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）s.
Don't worry about the other choices at the 底（に届く） of the dialog. Just click "承認する", and you should find that your ooWriter 文書 has 伸び（る）d a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する, filled with data from your database. It's just an ordinary ooWriter （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する, and you can tweak it to your heart's content. Don't, however, 推定する／予想する it to be "魔法". Changes to the data in the database which are made after you've copy/ pasted the data across to the ooWriter 文書 will not appear in the ooWriter 文書. (If you want that sort of "魔法", I 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う you can get it if you master the "挿入する data as fields" 機械装置. You'll probably, when needed, have to do something to 誘発する／引き起こす re-全住民 of your ooWriter 文書 with freshly collected data.)
If you try to open a CSV とじ込み／提出する from ooWriter, ooDraw or ooImpress, you will get the dialog box we spoke of 以前, but the CSV とじ込み／提出する opens in ooCalc. You then select the 部分 of the sheet that you want, do copy, move 支援する to the main 使用／適用, and do paste... and find you've 挿入するd an 反対する into what you were working on. I'm not very clever about working with 反対するs, so can't tell you a lot about that... except that I think "too much" is "going on". I don't want to work with 反対するs! So here's my "解答":
Select as much of the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する as you want.
権利 click.
Click on "copy"
Go into ooBase... use a "scratchpad" database, or remember to clean up after yourself.
As we did so long ago at the start of this....
In the ooBase main 事業／計画（する） 経営者／支配人 window, click on "（米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs" in the "Database" pane, and then 権利 click in the "（米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs" pane at the lower 権利.
Click on "paste".
Answer the questions, thus creating a new （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する.
You don't even have to open it.
Once it is created, 権利-click on it, click "copy".
Go 支援する to ooWriter, ooImpress or ooDraw. 権利-click and click "Paste". Presto! Your （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する is 挿入するd as a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する, not as a 汚い(?) old 反対する!
Just in の近くにing: a quick tip for ooWriter. If you are having trouble 削除するing a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する, call up the "航海士" from the edit menu (or 圧力（をかける） F5). 演習 負かす／撃墜する to the 文書's （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs. 権利 click on the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する you want to 削除する. Click on "（米）棚上げする／（英）提議する" in the sub-menu, and click the "削除する" that becomes 利用できる!
