This essay will explain a way to 追加する （製品，工事材料の）一回分s of 記録，記録的な／記録するs to an 存在するing （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する.
The （製品，工事材料の）一回分 of 記録，記録的な／記録するs to be 追加するd will be held in a 選び出す／独身 CSV とじ込み／提出する.

2) The value in the "明言する／公表する person lives in" field, hereafter called LivesInState, must be in the 基準 始める，決める of USPS abbreviations.... NY, CA, PA, MA, etc. (Everyone lives in the USA, for the sake of this discussion.)
So.... let's say I've typed up the に引き続いて as a （製品，工事材料の）一回分 of 記録，記録的な／記録するs to be appended to the database....
860-787-5555, MA, Fred 608-878-6666, CA, Alice 111-222-3333, XX, Henry 113-555-1212, NY, Euphiagenia
... and saved it in a とじ込み／提出する called "BatchOfData3Oct16.txt".
All you need to do is to copy/paste that to a spreadsheet... I've 実験（する）d this with, 明白に, OpenOffice's "Calc".
You then do a copy/paste from the spreadsheet. (Sorry... you can't "go direct".)
So. We'll assume you have your database already 始める，決める up.
Enter some data into a text とじ込み／提出する, separating the fields in each 記録，記録的な／記録する with commas.
Whether you put the field 指名するs in the first "記録，記録的な／記録する" of the （製品，工事材料の）一回分 とじ込み／提出する is up to you... there are プロの／賛成のs and 反対／詐欺s. The description that follows is based on DOING that. But, if you adapt the 指示／教授／教育s わずかに, you don't have to. The 指名するs you use do not have to 正確に／まさに match the field 指名するs, as used in the database.
Your life will be EASIER if you arrange the fields in the （製品，工事材料の）一回分 記録，記録的な／記録するs in the same order as the fields are 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）d if you open the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する FOR EDIT.... but it isn't "necessary".
Open the （製品，工事材料の）一回分 of 記録，記録的な／記録するs in the text とじ込み／提出する in a text editor. Select them all, 圧力（をかける） Ctrl-C (or use the trick of your choice) to copy what you have selected.
Open a fresh spreadsheet page. You aren't going to keep what goes into the spreadsheet, which should be good news. (You can if you wish.. but you don't need to.)
権利-click on a 独房, and choose "Paste".
In Calc, this opens the "Text 輸入する" dialog.
Most of the settings can be left in their default 明言する／公表するs.
In "separator 選択s", select "comma" for the field separator, and deselect the others on 申し込む／申し出.
IMPORTANT, and "a trick":
At the 底（に届く） of the dialog, there is a section 長，率いるd "Fields", and, in it, a grid showing what you 提案する to paste.
And a combo-box called "Column Type". You want to 始める，決める all the columns to "Text" (I think... I try to keep things SIMPLE... in MY wants, "text" 作品 井戸／弁護士席, because it 最小限に減らすs the "things" the computer "does for (to?) me".)
THIS IS THE TRICK: If you click on the little box at the extreme upper left of the grid, above the 列／漕ぐ／騒動 numbers, to the left of the column headings, you can 始める，決める the column type of ALL of the columns in a 選び出す／独身 click.
Notice how the combo-box becomes enabled when you click the box I 示すd? Now use the combo-box to 明示する "Text" for the column type. Notice that ALL the columns were 始める，決める to "text" in one click? (井戸／弁護士席, two if you count clicking the corner box!)
Moving on....
Click "承認する", and you should see the data you had in the text とじ込み／提出する nicely arrayed in the spreadsheet. If you had a comma WITHIN one of your fields, where it just meant "comma", not "field separator", you will have a nuisance on your 手渡すs. The 平易な 解答: Don't use commas! There is another... putting 引用するs around the field. In many circumstances that will "work" for you... but in some, it won't. I don't use commas because life is "十分な" enough already. If you want to use the "引用するs" answer, you aren't 存在 猛烈に 無謀な, but I am not going to 追加する any その上の 公式文書，認めるs for your 事例／患者.
So! 記録，記録的な／記録するs which are making their way to the database （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する are now in a spreadsheet. This would be a 広大な／多数の／重要な moment to ざっと目を通す them, 小衝突 up any little typos... unless the 起こる／始まるing text とじ込み／提出する is going to be held as the ultimate "backup". (If that's the 事例／患者, edit the text とじ込み／提出する, repeat the 輸出（する）- to- spreadsheet.)
最高潮の場面 the 独房s 持つ／拘留するing the 記録，記録的な／記録するs.
Open the ooBase main 事業／計画（する） 経営者／支配人 window.
Go to the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs.
権利 click on the... 権利! (訂正する)... （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する.
Choose "Paste". (Not, as you might imagine, "Paste Special". Append a whole （製品，工事材料の）一回分 of 記録，記録的な／記録するs to a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する, without even 開始 it?? Seems pretty "special" to me!)
A wizard will 解雇する／砲火／射撃 up, asking sensible questions...

Once you've got those settings made, click "Next".
The next window will have a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of the fields in the （製品，工事材料の）一回分 とじ込み／提出する of 記録，記録的な／記録するs (left 手渡す 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）) and the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する's fields (権利 手渡す column).
If you entered the field data into your （製品，工事材料の）一回分 とじ込み／提出する in the same order as the appear in （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する's DESCRIPTION, your work is much easier. But it isn't "hard" if you didn't.
Use the chevrons to move things up or 負かす／撃墜する in the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）s... you can move items in EITHER 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）... until the things that correspond are all on the same lines as each other.
Click "Create"...
... and that will APPEND the 記録，記録的な／記録するs to the 以前 "created" （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する!
The 広大な／多数の／重要な 証拠不十分 of this approach is that Base must in some 事例／患者s 拒絶する 記録，記録的な／記録するs. The most obvious 原因（となる） would be if contents of the 最初の／主要な 重要な field in a 記録，記録的な／記録する you are trying to append is the same as the contents of that field in one of the 記録，記録的な／記録するs already in the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する.
If this 状況／情勢 arises, Base is not, as far as I've been able to 解釈する／通訳する it, 完全に 一貫した. I'm always much happier if I get NO （民事の）告訴s during the "append" 過程. I tend to make a 公式文書，認める of how many 記録，記録的な／記録するs are in the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する BEFORE the append, how many there are in the （製品，工事材料の）一回分 とじ込み／提出する, and looking to see that Before + In-（製品，工事材料の）一回分 = Number-Of-記録，記録的な／記録するs-After, just as a check on "things".
その上に, I 港／避難所't discovered something that must be there somewhere: A 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of what 記録，記録的な／記録するs failed the database's 試みる／企てる to 従う with my order to append them.
Two more ありふれた 原因（となる）s of 記録，記録的な／記録するs 存在 拒絶するd:
1) Length 強制s. The （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する will have had lengths 規定するd for the さまざまな fields. In our example, we had the "指名する" field, length 10 characters. If we try to send a new 記録，記録的な／記録する to the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する with "Metcalfe-Gibson" in the 指名する field, it won't be 受託するd. (I 現実に had a "day 職業" database many years ago which I had to re-work because that 指名する was too big for the space I'd 配分するd in the 初めの design of the database. We were very frugal with space, in those days.)
2) Trying to put a word into a number. All of the fields in the spreadsheet were 宣言するd to be TEXT. If we have "123" in one of those fields, and "send" it to the database as 述べるd above, all will be 井戸／弁護士席. If, however, we put "abc" in that field, although the spreadsheet will be やめる content, the database will 拒絶する the 記録，記録的な／記録する.
That's it! (Please 令状 in, if anything above... within the 限界s I 始める，決める out for the 演習... didn't work for you, or was 不正に worded, and too 成果／努力 to make sense of.
