This page is "browser friendly". Make your browser window as wide as you want it. The text will flow nicely for you. It is easier to read in a 狭くする window. Before I start, my thanks to the good people at oooForum.org. Without them, and others at the new 会議, I would still be trying to build my first （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する.
The 支配する of this tutorial has come up at the 会議 many times. I've tried to do what is below many times. It was a 地位，任命する by VooBase at oooforum.org/会議 which was the final 押し進める to take me out of Ignorance into Enlightenment.
Oooforum.org seems to be gone. I have a page with news of my 現在の preferred 会議. 接触する me, by all means, if you wish, but for a general question, at a 会議 you can probably find the answer already を待つing you, if you just search the old 地位，任命するs, or get several minds to work on it, if you really do have a new question.
Imagine a very small police 軍隊... let's say it is in 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 of a island in the Caribbean.

警告: That tutorial is not a small one, and the one you are reading is a monster tutorial... but it covers a lot of 技術s and 概念s. Please be 保証するd that most of my tutorials are いっそう少なく 税金ing.
What the 長，指導者 of Police wants from his IT person is a simple form so that when a person is 伴う／関わるd in an 出来事/事件, the 長，指導者 can quickly, easily, get a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of all the 出来事/事件s in which that person's been 伴う／関わるd. The 長，指導者 wants a form with two lookups... one for first 指名する, one for surname. If he selects "Bloggs" from all the surnames in the 記録，記録的な／記録するs, the second lookup is re-居住させるd so that it only 持つ／拘留するs first 指名するs for which there is a Bloggs. When he selects "Fred" (having 以前 selected "Bloggs"), he should see (in a data sheet on the form) all of the 出来事/事件s Fred Bloggs has been 伴う／関わるd in. (The "出来事/事件s" lookup isn't 達成するd in the 予選 tutorial on this topic.)
For this tutorial I've 始める，決める up 始める，決める up and 地位，任命するd online a special database 持つ／拘留するing the 指名するs of people and "出来事/事件s". The 出来事/事件s （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 持つ／拘留するs a number for each 出来事/事件 (最初の／主要な 重要な for the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する), the ID of the person 伴う／関わるd, and a description of the 出来事/事件. This is VERY VERY 不正に Designed, as will become （疑いを）晴らす in a moment, I hope, but it WILL let you do a コンビナート／複合体 form of a 肉親，親類d you may not have met before. It will illustrate 技術s which will 準備する you to go even さらに先に in another tutorial which I hope one day to 令状. The tutorial I hope to 令状 will use the 井戸／弁護士席 designed 楽園 Police 軍隊 デモ database, which is another of the things I have online for you. That, however, for the moment doesn't have many forms.
You can download the database for this tutorial, 完全にする with the finished （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs, etc. After you have downloaded the database, you may need to 登録（する） it. (Main menu: 道具s | 選択s | OpenOffice.Org Base | Databases: New) If you decide to build the database from scratch, 登録（する） it. I had hoped that 登録（する）ing wasn't necessary, but I may be wrong, and it isn't hard to 登録（する） it "just in 事例／患者". (It worked, up to a point, just 罰金 without 登録（する）ing, July 16.) You will, I 恐れる, need to enable 大型のs for the "optional, extra" answer developed in the last 行う／開催する／段階s of this tutorial. (You don't need to enable them before you get to that part, if you are... as you should be... nervous about running too many 大型のs from unknown sources.)
The database uses three （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs.
The first is very boring: "People". It has three fields...
As usual, to be good 実験（する） data, it 支払う／賃金s to have several people with the same surname, several instances of a person called, say, "Fred". For this tutorial, it really would 支払う／賃金 you do download the database, which is already 居住させるd with suitable data.

The second （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する, "Citations" isn't 複雑にするd either... just three fields again, but it is at the heart of the 欠陥s in this database. What is supposed to go in the second field makes for unnecessary work for the 使用者, and dreadful 可能性のある for errors. What is supposed to go in the third field, in part, is Just Weird, but necessary to keep this tutorial "sensible". Once you have 完全にするd the tutorial, you will be 井戸／弁護士席 on the way to doing the same 職業... but the 権利 Way. The （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する isn't 複雑にするd, but using it will be a little 複雑にするd.
The "Citations" （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 構成するs...
Each 記録，記録的な／記録する in this （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する is going to 記録，記録的な／記録する that a person was 伴う／関わるd in some 出来事/事件. One of the Really Bad 面s inherent in the Bad Design of this database is that if two people are 伴う／関わるd in a 選び出す／独身 出来事/事件, there's no reliable or unambiguous way to tell that, or to look it up. But you an get a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of what 出来事/事件s any individual was 伴う／関わるd in! More on the "one 出来事/事件, several people" thing in a moment.
ID: This is the ID of the citation's 記録，記録的な／記録する. It is not the ID of a person. Don't get the さまざまな "ID"s 混乱させるd.
PersID: Each 記録，記録的な／記録する 記録，記録的な／記録するs that someone was 伴う／関わるd in an 出来事/事件. The PersID field will 持つ／拘留する the ID for a person, as coded in the People （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. If Lucy Bloggs has People.ID "2" (as she does, in the copy of the database you can download), then a "2" goes in the Citations.ID field for every 記録，記録的な／記録する of an 出来事/事件 Lucy was 特記する／引用するd for.
You can 始める，決める up a 関係 between People.ID and Citations.ID ーするために 妨げる 使用者s from entering numbers in Citations.ID which do not yet appear in People.ID... and you should use such data validation 道具s in a "proper" database. Even though this is only for illustrating something about building a type of form, I'd recommend that you do 始める，決める up the 関係 if you know how.
Nature: Here's the strangest distortion of "sensible" 操作／手術 in the database. Suppose we are entering a 記録，記録的な／記録する about an 出来事/事件 for which Lucy was 特記する／引用するd. As already explained, we put "2" in the Citations.PersID field. So we have already "said" that this 記録，記録的な／記録する relates to Lucy. Even so, we are going to repeat that （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）. (A Very, Very BAD idea.... we try to 避ける having data repeated in the database. For many 推論する／理由s.)
Let's say Lucy was 有罪の of littering. The 記録，記録的な／記録する in Citations would be:
That "LucyB" at the start of the Nature field's 入ること／参加（者） is a dreadful kludge. Just 耐える with me. In every 記録，記録的な／記録する, in the Nature field, put the 違反者／犯罪者's 指名する (abbreviated if you like), in brackets, before the description of the nature of the 罪／違反. All will be 明らかにする／漏らすd... much later.
I said that it is a Bad Idea to repeat data inside a database. The simplest 推論する／理由 can be illustrated with out Citations （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. Is would be 平易な to make an error, put "3" in when we meant "2" in the example just given, and create a 記録，記録的な／記録する which, for the data in the database you can download, is internally contradictory. The 記録，記録的な／記録する says in Citations.PersID that Charles Brown (People.ID=3) was the 違反者／犯罪者, 反して the "(LucyB)" in the start of the Citations.Nature 入ること／参加（者） says that the 記録，記録的な／記録する relates to Lucy. Such problems don't arise in 適切に designed databases. But, as I've said a few times, this database is good for illustrating a form design technique, so we'll live with the 欠陥s.

You know the 説 about some things 存在 like running into the surf? 井戸／弁護士席 this is one of them. Be strong!
The third （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する is just weird. Simple. But weird. But 価値（がある） It, because, as you will see if you are 堅い enough to stick with this, it makes something possible.
We will call it "模造の". (It isn't stupid, but it is in some ways "誤った"). It only has two fields....
The ID field will be of type integer, and it will be the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する's 最初の／主要な 重要な. But it does not need to be 自動車-incrementing. (That's explained in a moment.)
SNam_Holding: This field should be of type text, and however long Surname is in the People （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. The field will 持つ／拘留する a surname "plucked" from the People （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. (The "plucking" explained later.) 陳謝s for the dreadful 指名する. It arose 早期に in my 実験s, and I'm funking trying to change it at this late date. Often you can change 指名するs, with ooBase 首尾よく propagating those changes through to everywhere they need to be made... but I don't want to 危険 it here, now. Sorry.
I said this （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する was weird. It's no so much the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する that's weird, as how we will use it. It will only ever have a 選び出す／独身 記録，記録的な／記録する in it. The 記録，記録的な／記録する will change from time to time, but there won't be more than one. Readers with a programming background can think of this （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する as a 全世界の variable.
IMPORTANT DETAIL: Put something, anything into the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. Make sure there is no more than one 記録，記録的な／記録する, but make sure there is one 記録，記録的な／記録する. It can be, say, 1,"(Lucy)xx"
井戸／弁護士席! That's all the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs you need! Now for the form that is the 推論する／理由 we needed all of the above.
負担 the デモ database. Open the form "PeopleByLookupNoMacro", play with it. The way you use it is as follows:
Click on a surname. Then you must click on the "Save 記録，記録的な／記録する" and "Refresh" buttons on the 航海 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業. You can use the one on the form itself, or the one your ooBase brought up... if it did bring one up.
There are some asterisks over the 記録，記録的な／記録する 航海 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 on the form... a pair and a ３倍になる. (See illustration below) They were over the buttons you need to click for "Save 記録，記録的な／記録する" and "Refresh"... but I see just now, 7/16, as I run the database again on a new machine, that they are not 正確に positioned anymore. Sigh.
Once you have done the "Save 記録，記録的な／記録する" and "Refresh", you should see one or more first 指名するs in the first data sheet (the "thing" with "First 指名するs" as a 長，率いるing). You will probably see some citation 記録，記録的な／記録するs in the second data sheet... but if you've 追加するd 指名するs to the database, without 追加するing citations, you might choose someone who has been good, has no citations.
After the two button clicks, you should only see first 指名するs that occur in the database for people of the selected surname. One of those Firstnames will be selected as soon as you've done the button clicks. You can change to a different Firstname, if several appear, as they will for "Brown" in the database you can download. The second data sheet will automatically fill (and refill) with any citations 記録，記録的な／記録するd for different people as 急速な／放蕩な as you change the Firstname selected You only need to do the two button clicks if you are changing the Surname of 利益／興味..
That 商売／仕事 of clicking the "Save 記録，記録的な／記録する" and "Refresh" buttons is very tedious. And unnecessary... if you will learn to do 大型のs. Sorry. Scary, I know. I 避けるd them for years. Not too awful, 現実に, 特に since ooBase 3.1, because 3.1 introduced the feature 許すing us to 蓄える／店 大型のs within a database. The 大型の you need is very, very simple. How to do this 演習 with the 大型の, and 避けるing the 汚い "click the buttons" 必要物／必要条件 is just a tiny little 地位，任命する-script at the 底（に届く） of all this. You will be told how to do it that way, if you want to. And if you don't, the 解答 現在のd without 大型のs 作品, too.
At last! We are just about to start making the form.
Let me re-cap what it will have, what it will do....
使用者s will start by clicking on a 指名する in the Surname selector.
We would like that to bring up the First 指名するs associated with the selected Surname, and the citations of the first person in the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）. If, as in the illustration, we want to know about the citations of someone else, we just click on the appropriate First 指名する. To 達成する the result above, we first selected "Brown", and then "Charles" from the Browns.
The "(ChasBrown)" which is part of each citation 記録，記録的な／記録する on 陳列する，発揮する is "unnecessary".... but while we are working on the database, it helps us be sure that our form is selecting the 権利 記録，記録的な／記録するs.
A moment ago, I 述べるd what we want to happen. Sadly, without a 大型の, it won't work 正確に／まさに like that. As explained before, we have to do two little clicks after we change the surname of 利益／興味. Getting rid of the need for that can be done with a 大型の, as be explained at the end of this tutorial.
After you select, say, "Brown", you have to click on the "Save 記録，記録的な／記録する" button on the 航海 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業, and then on the "Refresh" button. They are the buttons with two and three asterisks over them, それぞれ.
It seems strange, but there's a 推論する／理由 for the next bit of news, which is good news. Although you have to do the two clicks on the 航海 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 to get the First 指名する and Citations data （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs to fill with the 権利 data, you do not have to do anything "extra" after clicking on the First 指名する appropriate to your enquiry.
Patience! We are nearly there. First I must digress on a little discussion to help you understand the basic 原則s. Without them, you might be able to follow a recipe, but you'd get stuck in some things you might want to do on your own.
I'm a pretty big fan of ooBase, but one thing annoys me. (Maybe it was 相続するd from earlier traditions.) The word "form" is used in at least two ways within the 状況 of ooBase.
The "thing" we have above is a "form". I hope you have been using forms since your earliest ooBase days... they are the Way To Go for mundane things, and 許す clever things, too. The ooBase main 事業／計画（する） 経営者／支配人 window, やめる rightly, 暗示するs that "Forms" are one of the four 根底となるs of database work.
So far, in every 事例／患者, I've been using the word "form" in it's first and usual sense.
There's another thing that gets called a "form" by ooBase. I'm going to call it a fform to distinguish the two.
You may not have come across the fforms yet, or if you have, you may not have paid much attention to them, or realized they weren't the same thing as "the" form you've been working with.
Start up a new form. As much as I like wizards for some 仕事s, いつかs they do too much behind the scenes. So, for this 演習 at least, eschew the wizards. Use "Create Form in Design 見解（をとる）".
That "form" is not a fform... although it 含む／封じ込めるs one... more on this in a moment.
Use the "Toolbars" item in the Form Design window's menu item "見解（をとる）" to 確実にする that the Form 支配（する）／統制するs and Form Design toolbars are 明白な....
(They may be "floating 解放する／自由な", or they may be "stuck" to one or another 味方する of the Form Design window. You can drag them to where you want them, and resize them.)
The "OO 見解／翻訳／版 3.1" in the illustrations was put there with photo 巧みな操作 ソフトウェア. This tutorial was reviewed in July 2016, using OO 4.1.1, and 成果／努力s were made to 令状 up anything that now 作品 異なって.
Click on the Form 航海士 button... it's the 5th one on the Form Design 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 above. 公式文書，認める that from here onward, if you see "Form", then I speak of a "Form" in the sense of "form" that you've probably met before. Since I did not say click on the "FForm 航海士 button...", I don't think that the Form 航海士 is (まず第一に／本来) about navigating fforms.... although that is a 第２位 役割 for the Form 航海士. You won't see the 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 "fform" anywhere within other ooBase documentation... it is my own 装置 for differentiating between the two things the word "form" is 適用するd to within ooBase work.
With a new form, opened in design 見解（をとる）, not started with the wizard, when you click on the Form 航海士 button, you will get a small window with the word "Forms" in it... I would call them fforms. We have ONE "form"... the "sheet of paper" we are going to put things on. Those "things" will be 含む／封じ込めるd in fforms. The Form 航海士 is your main way of getting to the fform you want.
If you have made some simple forms (one f) in the past, they will mostly have 含む／封じ込めるd one fform. In that fform, on your form, you will have had （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制するs (what the wizard calls data sheets) and/ or text boxes, 陳列する，発揮するing data, and probably some label fields just to identify the things on the 審査する.
If you used sub-fforms (what ooBase calls, ambiguously, a "sub-form"), then you are already into the world of forms... even if you didn't know it, and probably couldn't (much) 支配（する）／統制する it.
I'm going to put you in 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金. "All" you have to do is hang in there. Don't start skimming. Don't let your 注目する，もくろむs glaze.
Until you are told to, don't try running the form we are going to spend the next several minutes creating.
So far you have a new, but still empty form. You have the Form 航海士 open. It has "FForms" showing in it, only with just one "F".
権利 click on that, click "New", click "FForm" (ooBase （一定の）期間s it with just one F... that's the last time I'm going to explain that. You see "FForm" here, you look for "Form" on the ooBase page, but remember that it is not the "ordinary" form, it is the other thing. What that is should become more （疑いを）晴らす over the course of this tutorial.)
Beware: There will be a few places ahead where we are 指名するing things. In such places, I will have "FForm" here, and you are supposed to type FForm(two F's) (or a word 含む／封じ込めるing FForm) into your ooBase.
ooBase will 追加する a fform to the structure 陳列する，発揮するd in the Form 航海士. It will be given a default 指名する of "Form". 権利-click on it to 改名する it "MainFForm". (Use two F's). (After you do the 権利-click, and choose, "改名する", it isn't obvious, but the 指名する has been selected and opened up for editing... Just type the new 指名する. As soon as you type the "M", the "Form" that was there will disappear... finish the new 指名する, 圧力（をかける） enter.)
Before I give you your next 指示／教授／教育, a bit, I hope, of 解明: The "Form 支配（する）／統制するs" toolbar is not, as you might think 居住させるd with things to 支配（する）／統制する the form. It is 居住させるd with "支配（する）／統制するs" (noun) which can be placed on a form. It is a (mostly) palette of "pieces" for building forms. There are also some buttons on the toolbar which make things happen すぐに, like the one that is second on both of the toolbars illustrated above. They are just two copies of the same thing, by the way. (You click on that button to enter or leave design 方式.)
いつかs you see the 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 "palette" 存在 used as an 補欠／交替の／交替する for "toolbar".
存在 sure that MainFForm is selected in the Form 航海士, click on the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box icon on the Form 支配（する）／統制するs toolbar, and drag out a ListBox on your form.
(When I say "your form", I mean the big window which opened when you invoked "Create form in design 見解（をとる）". Your "piece of paper" where you are building what the 使用者 will interact with.)
If the ListBox wizard 開始する，打ち上げるs, 取り消す it. You should be left with a ListBox on the form, though!
(The form 支配（する）／統制するs toolbar has a "Wizards on/ off" button you can de-select, to 抑える the 開始する，打ち上げるing of wizards when you 追加する a 支配（する）／統制する to your form.)
By now, the ListBox is probably selected in the Form 航海士. I think it would be a little more 論理（学）の if "MainFForm" were selected, but it won't 事柄.
If the "More 支配（する）／統制するs" toolbar is not already showing, click on the "More 支配（する）／統制するs" button on the "Form 支配（する）／統制するs" toolbar, to 追加する the More 支配（する）／統制するs to your 審査する. (The button is third from the 権利 in illustration above.)
On the "More 支配（する）／統制するs" toolbar, click on the "航海 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業" icon (triangle-with-vertical-line, 権利-手渡す-most one below), and drag out a 航海 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 on your form.
In the Form 航海士, 権利-click on MainFForm. Click "New", "FForm".... and the Window should now have....

Save what you've done so far. Remember: It is saved within the database, as part of the .odb とじ込み／提出する. Call the form "fdb3cassel2-no-macroMine". (解放する／自由な Data Base, level 3 tutorial, about CAScading SELection.) (The database comes with a form already created and working called "fdb3cassel2-no-大型の" (No "地雷" at the end of the 指名する). It does what your's will do.)
改名する the last item in the Form 航海士 (i.e."Form"). 改名する it "SubFForm". It is a subfform, just like ones you may have created with the Form Wizard.
Be 確かな that "SubFForm" is selected. Find the "（米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制する" item on the More 支配（する）／統制するs toolbar. (Grid-thing- the 権利-手渡す-most-but-one in the illustration above.) Click on it, drag a "（米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制する" out, on the Form.
A "（米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制する" doesn't, 正確に／まさに, "支配（する）／統制する" a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. A "支配（する）／統制する" is just one of the "things" you can have on a fform. A （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制する is a "（米）棚上げする／（英）提議する Thingie", and there's one "behind" any grid of 記録，記録的な／記録するs from the database that is on any form the 使用者 取引，協定s with.
A "（米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制する" is the basis of what the Form Wizard calls a Data Sheet. Don't 推定する／予想する the one we just 追加するd to be "完全にする" yet.At this point, in the Form 航海士, you should see....

Because I have done things in the order I have, the items in the diagram are arranged in a nice order. The order doesn't really 事柄, though. It is the indenting that is important. (The order can be a 苦痛... if it isn't 権利 in something you do, don't bother fighting with it. If it isn't, now, as above: 捨てる what you've done so far; start again. Sorry!)
権利-click on "SubFForm". Click "New". Click "FForm". Change the 指名する the new fform from "Form" to "SubSubFForm". (Put two f's in the 指名する, to help you remember it is a "fform", not an ("ordinary") form.
Making sure that SubSubFForm is selected, 追加する another TableControl to the "sheet of paper" in the Form Design window.
In the Form 航海士, you should now see....

"（米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制する 1" appears twice. The form would still work, but just to make things easier, 改名する the first one "FirstNames" and the second "CitDet" (For "Citation 詳細（に述べる）s", i.e. the "Nature" (of citation) field from the Citations （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する.)
Just re-doing that, just now, 6/16, was hard work! (I was checking the page for readability, and making little tweaks to 反映する minor changes in how OOBase 指名するs things since I first published this tutorial.

The first hard thing is getting to 支配するs with what a fform is, and why it 事柄s.

In the form we have been building, we are using nested fforms. The indenting in the Form 航海士 diagram tells you what is 含む／封じ込めるd in what. It is a bit like folders within folders on your hard 運動.
The fform SubSubFForm, and the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制する it 持つ／拘留するs, "CitDet", are 含む／封じ込めるd within the fform SubFForm. SubFForm also 含む／封じ込めるs the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制する "FirstNames".
And this "含む／封じ込めるd in" 商売／仕事 continues up another level. SubFForm (and all it 含む／封じ込めるs) is 含む／封じ込めるd within MainFForm. Also in MainFForm, at the same level as SubFForm, is the ListBox and the NavigationBar.
Look again at the diagram in the Form 航海士. The 階層制度 of what's 含む／封じ込めるd in what should be （疑いを）晴らす.
You shouldn't need to 配列し直す things in the Form 航海士 at this point, but if, in a different 事業／計画（する）, something has somehow got in the wrong place (in the 階層制度, is at the wrong "level"), you can, 支配する to consequences, drag things around to change their place in the 階層制度.
The important thing is how far an item is indented. You can't (I don't think) do anything about the order of items. The indents are everything.
All of this 階層制度 商売／仕事 is important to your fforms, but that should 現れる later.
It will do no 害（を与える） to "run" your form at this point!... but it won't do much yet.
You "run" a form by 一時的に switching the design 方式 off. There's a button on both the Form Design and Form 支配（する）／統制するs toolbar for this. (Second from left, "pencil/ 支配者/ draftsman's triangle".)
This is the second hard thing, but sadly we must を取り引きする it before we can move on the to the easier things.
The （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制するs, which we come to in a moment, are pretty simple. They look like （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs, can 持つ／拘留する data from （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs, and if edited, the data in the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs ends up edited 同様に.
The 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box is a whole lot more 複雑にするd. I'm not even sure I "適切に" understand it, so take the に引き続いて with a pinch of salt... but I think it is 概略で 権利. I can at least Do Things with a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box, even if perhaps I misunderstand the 機械装置!
A 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box can be used to change what is in a field in a 記録，記録的な／記録する. (They have other uses, too.)
Two things have to be 始める，決める up to make a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box change a 記録，記録的な／記録する.
First, of course, you have to say what field, in what （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する, should get values as a result of activity in the ListBox.
This is one of the places fforms come into the picture. The 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box doesn't, 直接／まっすぐに, connect to a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する... but the fform it is in does!
Every fform is connected to a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. (Or to something we don't have to worry about yet that looks like a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する.) Anything 含む／封じ込めるd within the fform (like our 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box!) is also connected to the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. That's part of how fforms work.
名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box 1 is in MainFForm. In the Form 航海士 window, 権利-click on MainFForm, and click "所有物／資産／財産s" from the menu. (If "所有物／資産／財産s" isn't 利用できる in the menu, then the window 陳列する，発揮するing MainFForm's 所有物／資産／財産s is already open somewhere.)
Once the form's 所有物／資産／財産s dialog is open, click on the Data tab, if you weren't already looking at that tab's fields.
I'm sorry to have to tell you that I don't fully understand everything that is going on here, and so you are a little bit on your own. 陳謝s.
We need to get our form connected to the underlying （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs. I thought that would be "(a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃", but 攻撃する，衝突する a few bumps in the road.
The first time I made the form, as far as I can 解任する, everything was (a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃... I didn't at that time even realize there were 問題／発行するs!
However, when I went 支援する to this, worked through it as I imagine that you, Gentle Reader, are, I 遭遇（する）d A Problem.
I downloaded the database from my own website, by the same link 利用できる to you on this page. I had created a folder to put the .odb とじ込み／提出する into, and then I opened it up, and proceeded to create, from scratch, as part of the recently "任命する／導入するd" (by download of the .odb) database "fdb3casc".
When I say "proceeded to create", I mean that I was just working my way through the 指示／教授／教育s here.
If, at some point, you create your own database, from scratch, using some of what I've 論証するd here, I think you will find that it "just 作品". Because when you started your database, the "登録" 問題／発行する may have been taken care of. I 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う that The Problem arising for us trying to 追加する a form to a downloaded database may be "登録" 関係のある. I think you would find that the "Data source" field was already filled for you.
But! Here's what you do...
A moment ago, we opened the form's Form 所有物／資産／財産s dialog, and moved to the Data tab.
We need to Do Something with the empty field to the 権利 of the label "Data source". If you click on the 負かす／撃墜する- pointing- triangle to the 権利 of the edit box, you may or may not get a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of databases... depending on previous OOBase work... and even if you do, I 疑問 that the one you need will be in the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） at this point.
I'm going to tell you what I did in July 16. It may not be an answer, in which 事例／患者 I will do something その上の until I HAVE an answer! It may not be the best answer. It may not be the only way to 達成する what we need. But it is what I did, my best guess. And I 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う that it is at worst 害のない!
We are going to "登録（する）" the database. Don't worry. This isn't anything to do with telling Big Brother what you are up to. And I don't think it will slow your system 負かす／撃墜する. I 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う it is a Good Idea... but must 自白する that I often don't bother to 登録（する） simple things. I think it is about letting the main Open Office "central 命令（する）" on computer you are using know where to find the database you are working on, so that other apps can 接近 data from it.
(Leave the Form 所有物／資産／財産s dialog open... we will return to it in a moment.)
Go to the ooBase main 事業／計画（する） 経営者／支配人 window.
From the menu, choose "道具s/ 選択s" and open the "OpenOffice Base" tree. Click on "Databases".
Click the "New" button... not to create a new database, but to 追加する a new 登録 link to a database on the system. (I AM somewhat making things up as I go along. If you KNOW this is wrong, please get in touch??)
Use the Browse button to "演習 負かす／撃墜する" to the database we're working on, and click the "Open" button. (We're not "開始 the database", just "開始" 接近 to it... I think! (I know we aren't 開始 the database.))
At this point, a 用心深い person would save all of his/ her work, 支援する out of the system, and 再開する it from scratch.
I re-saved the database (for the 100th time), and then 圧力（をかける）d ahead, just to give OpenOffice a chance to impress me!
Went 支援する to the Form 所有物／資産／財産s dialog, and clicked the 負かす／撃墜する- pointing- triangle to the 権利 of the Data source edit box, and looked for the 指名する I'd given the database for the 目的s of the 登録 system. I may have overlooked it, or it may not have been there.
Undaunted, I の近くにd the Form 所有物／資産／財産s dialog... and すぐに re-opened it, tried again. And, lo!, the 指名する was 現在の! Clicked on it.
NOW my new form is "connected" to the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs I want to 接近 with it! Hurrah!!!
STILL working in the Form 所有物／資産／財産s dialog, you should find that the second 所有物／資産／財産, "Content type" is already filled with "（米）棚上げする／（英）提議する"
The third 所有物／資産／財産, "Content" (not "Content type") needs to be 始める，決める to "模造の", which you should be able to do easily with the 負かす／撃墜する- pointing- triangle to the 権利 of the "Content" edit box. When you click the arrow, you should get a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs which are part if the database. If you don't, re-try the "登録（する）ing" stuff above, and please don't be shy about getting in touch if you have an problems... so the next person can be spared hassles!
Assuming you do get the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs, what you do at this point is: Click on "模造の", to make the "模造の" （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する the data "behind" this form.
Now that you have 始める，決める the fform's data content to the 模造の （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する, everything in SubFForm is 取引，協定ing with that （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する.
While we're still in the 所有物／資産／財産s window for MainFForm, also on the Data tab, make the に引き続いて 所有物／資産／財産s "No":
許す 新規加入s 許す deletions
We made "模造の" a one-記録，記録的な／記録する （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する, by 手渡す, once and for all during the database 始める，決める-up. We don't want that to change. By the way, we 港／避難所't made it impossible to 追加する 記録，記録的な／記録するs to the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する... just impossible for anything 含む／封じ込めるd within MainFForm to 追加する a 記録，記録的な／記録する.
Leave the Form 所有物／資産／財産s window open.
In the Form 航海士 window, click on 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box 1.
Now in the Form 所有物／資産／財産s window, we see the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box 1's 所有物／資産／財産s. (this isn't illogical... 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box 1 is a part of our form.)
On the Data tab, use the arrow to the 権利 of the "Data field" edit box to expose the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of fields 利用できる. Choose "SNam_Holding".
You have now 始める，決める up the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box to send data to the SNam_Holding field of the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する called "模造の". That's pretty 冷静な／正味の! I'm not sure I understand やめる all that 暗示するs... but I think I understand the basic idea. I do at least know I need to do it to make what I want to work to work!
What is going on?? is the forlorn cry I hear from someone hiding at the 支援する of the room.
Good! Someone is thinking. You won't get far with computers if you are happy with simple "just 圧力（をかける） this" "explanations". I hope I can't make it a little いっそう少なく 不明瞭な in the coming paragraphs.
We're going to put, say, "Brown" in that field of that （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する when we want the first 指名するs of any Browns to appear in the first （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制する, (data sheet), the one we 指名するd "FirstName". How can ooBase do this for us if we don't put the surname we're 利益／興味d in somewhere?
Moving on....
Now we'll を取り引きする the other part of setting up a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box. We've 始める，決める up what field of what （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する is going to be filled... now we need to 決定する what values can go in the field. We'll start with something very trivial, and get fancy in a moment.
In the Form 航海士 window, click on 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box 1. On the 所有物／資産／財産s window, go to the General tab. About half way 負かす／撃墜する, you will see "名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） 入ること／参加（者）s". Whatever is here will be the things you can choose between when using the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box. Type an "A" in the box, without the 引用する 示すs, and don't 圧力（をかける） the enter 重要な yet. 圧力（をかける） SHIFT-Enter, and then 圧力（をかける） "B". 転換-Enter again, and 圧力（をかける） "C", and now, at last, 圧力（をかける） the enter 重要な in the normal way.
While you were doing that, you should have got....
A B C
.. but as soon as you 圧力（をかける）d the final "enter", it turned into...
"A";"B";"C"
Don't worry... all is 井戸／弁護士席.
Hmmm... we need to digress. I see I 港／避難所't at any time given advice on WHERE to put the さまざまな 支配（する）／統制するs on our form. Or how high and wide they should be. The に引き続いて shows them 概略で the 権利 sizes, 形態／調整s, arranged, 概略で in the order we created them...
Going 支援する to here we were before the digression...
Run the form, i.e. switch out of the design 方式. (The second button on either the Form 支配（する）／統制するs or Form Design toolbars, if they are as they are in the illustrations above) will 遂行する this.
You should have a form with a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box 申し込む／申し出ing A, B or C.
Click on one of them, and click on the "Save 記録，記録的な／記録する" button on the 航海 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業. (The 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 is the 支配（する）／統制する under the "A/ B/ C" "box" in the illustration above.
Congratulations! You will have saved the letter you chose to 模造の.SNam_Holding... but you can't see that you've done it, yet. (You could, if you had a form to 見解（をとる） the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する's contents open in a separate window, so you could see if things were working 適切に. If you go that 大勝する, you must click the "refresh" button of that window before you will see the 影響 of selecting a letter.)
But! We didn't want to put "A", "B" or "C" in 模造の.SNam_Holding. We were just making a start.
Onward. You can leave "A";"B";"C" where it is in the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box's 所有物／資産／財産s. Even though those values will be ignored when we make the に引き続いて changes:
Go 支援する into the design 方式. On the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box's 所有物／資産／財産s Data tab, change "Type of 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Contents" to "SQL {native}". And in the next 所有物／資産／財産, "名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Content", put....
SELECT "Surname" FROM "People"
.. and try running the form. (That's just a normal little query, by the way. You'll soon learn to 令状 them.)
It "sort of" 作品. (If you are now seeing....
... in place of the old "A / B/ C".
If all is 井戸／弁護士席, you are now getting a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of 指名するs on the 審査する, not A", "B", "C".
You should be seeing, one 指名する to a line: a blank line, then Bloggs, Rochet, Bloggs, Brown, Brown.
But we don't want Brown and Bloggs appearing twice each in the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）!
Easily 直す／買収する，八百長をするd. Just 追加する the word "際立った" to our previous query, thus:
SELECT DISTINCT "Surname" FROM "People"
Ta! Da!... the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box 作品! (Remember that we need to click the "Save 記録，記録的な／記録する" button each time, until such time as we have the 大型の doing that for us.) We now have a way to put the surname we are 利益／興味d into the 単独の 記録，記録的な／記録する in the 模造の database. In a moment, we'll use it!
One quick aside: And even better query would be....
SELECT DISTINCT "Surname" FROM "People" ORDER BY "Surname" ASC
Make the change, if you wish. Not "necessary".
In the Form 航海士, click on SubFForm. With the 所有物／資産／財産 window, as before, make...
... 1- Data source: (Whatever you 指名するd it in the "登録" 過程) (Same thing you had before.)
... 2- Content type: （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する
... 3- The （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する that SubForm is connected to: "People".
Now comes a bit that may be tricky to understand. Be sure that the forms wizard is not on. (You 支配（する）／統制する that with the last button on the Form 支配（する）／統制するs toolbar.
On SubFForm's Data tab, there are two 所有物／資産／財産s which we need to 始める，決める as follows. The button {...} to the 権利 of the 所有物／資産／財産s' fields tries to make it 平易な. Either one of them should bring up the に引き続いて without the "Surname" and "SNam_Holding" 入ること／参加（者）s, which you "fill in" using the downward pointing triangles at the 権利 of the two edit boxes.
When that's been done, and you click "Okay", you should see the に引き続いて 入ること／参加（者）s on the data tab of SubFForm's 所有物／資産／財産s...
Link master fields..... "SNam_Holding" Link slave fields........ "Surname"
分析: Because SubFForm is 含む／封じ込めるd within MainFForm, the "master" is the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する tied to MainFForm. The "slave" is the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する tied to SubFForm.
The SNam_Holding field will 持つ／拘留する a surname. When we 始める，決める fforms and subfforms up like this, we are creating an 適切な時期 for filtering. With the "master" / "slave" link, we can create something very like a query. From "People", within SubFForm, we are only going to be 取引，協定ing with those 記録，記録的な／記録するs which, in their "Surname" field, match whatever is in the "SNam_Holding" field of the 現在／一般に 記録，記録的な／記録する in 模造の. ("The 現在／一般に selected 記録，記録的な／記録する", in 模造の, will always be the one 記録，記録的な／記録する. But in just a moment we'll see a 事例／患者 where there are 多重の 記録，記録的な／記録するs in the master （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する.
A slight 転換: When you clicked on the {...} to the left of "Link master..." or "Link slave..." a little dialog （機の）カム up. I find a choice made by the ooBase writers 混乱させるing. To me, it would be more intuitive if they put the "chose a field from the master （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する" item on the left.
Whatever. In the example we have just worked with, the field 指名するs make it impossible to go wrong. (A good 推論する／理由 to choose field 指名するs carefully!) Another time things might not be so （疑いを）晴らす. Just remember: The master （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する is the one linked to the fform "above" (in the Form 航海士 階層制度) the slave （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する's fform.
Don't struggle with that too much on a first pass. We are about to do something which may shed light on the 問題／発行するs.
But before we can do that, we need to get some FirstNames appearing. We have a nice （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制する in SubFForm for that... but we 港／避難所't finished it yet.
In the 禁止（する）d across the 最高の，を越す of the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制する, where you would 推定する／予想する column headings, 権利 click. And click on "挿入する column" when that appears.
挿入する a Text Box.
Next, get the column's 所有物／資産／財産s 陳列する，発揮するd in the window we've been using to 始める，決める all those other 所有物／資産／財産s. Just clicking on the "Text Box 1" label which has appeared should be 十分な. Or 権利-click on it, choose "Column".)
On the General tab, change "Label... Text Box 1" to "Label.... First 指名するs". (While we're at it, change the 指名する to laFNam.)
On the Data tab, select "FirstName" as the field data is to be fetched from. Remember: The （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する we are 取引，協定ing with was been 始める，決める when we 割り当てるd "People" to SubFForm, the fform 含む／封じ込めるing the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制する we are 現在／一般に editing, "FirstNames".
Before you can see what we've done working, you may need to adjust the width of 航海 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 1. You need the "Save 記録，記録的な／記録する" and "Refresh" buttons 明白な.
AT LAST!!! If you run the form (leave design 方式), and click on a surname in the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Box, and remember to click on both the "Save 記録，記録的な／記録する" and "Refresh" buttons of the 航海 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 (I 強調する／ストレス "妨げる／法廷，弁護士業", as we have been doing so much with the Form 航海士.).... if you do all that, then you will see a sensible 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of first 指名するs in the FirstNames （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制する. You'll see the Browns in the database after clicking on "Brown", and the SaveRecord and Refresh buttons. And the Bloggses, if you... etc.
Hurrah!!! At last! Something 非，不，無-trivial WORKING!! (I hope! Let me know if you find gaps in the 指示／教授／教育s for getting here.)
You may find that you want to adjust the width of the column. That is 平易な to do- just go 支援する into design 方式, and drag the vertical line which 示すs the 権利 手渡す end of the area where the column 長，率いるing is 陳列する，発揮するd.
(There's more on 関係s and joins in a short(er) page I've done talking about these important 概念s in general 条件. They are not the same thing, but the differences 絶えず blur in my mind, and I hope to help you fight that problem. (You've just been making a join.)
Moving 速く (for once) onward...
Now tie the Citations （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する to SubSubFForm. This is just a repeat of what you did above... with the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する's Data Content 存在 "citations". The link fields are...
Citations. PersID People. ID
Putting that another way, when you've done that, you will be able to 始める，決める the links for SubSubFForm as follows:
Link master fields..... "ID" Link slave fields........ "PersID"
That deserves some 分析. We are 説 that we want to see 記録，記録的な／記録するs from the Citations （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する which have, in Citations.PersID (which is not that （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する's 最初の／主要な 重要な, nor the field with the citation's ID. It is the field in a Citations 記録，記録的な／記録する which tells us, in "coded" form, what person was 特記する／引用するd over whatever the 記録，記録的な／記録する 記録，記録的な／記録するs.
I said that with the link fields we are 説 which 記録，記録的な／記録するs we want to see from the Citations （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. The choice will be made as follows: A 選び出す／独身 記録，記録的な／記録する from the People とじ込み／提出する will be selected in the Master （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する... the one in SubFForm. We are only 陳列する，発揮するing what's in the FirstName field of that 記録，記録的な／記録する, but the computer still "knows" what is in every field of that 記録，記録的な／記録する. For the 目的 of selecting Citations 記録，記録的な／記録するs to 陳列する，発揮する, the computer has been told to filter out any Citations 記録，記録的な／記録するs which do not have, in PersID the same number as was in the ID field for the People 記録，記録的な／記録する 現在／一般に selected in the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制する on the form as part of SubFForm.
So! That's the 分析. 始める，決める the fields as above, and all that's left is to create a column in the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 支配（する）／統制する "CitDet". 始める，決める it to 陳列する，発揮する Citations.Nature. On the General tab of CitDet, 始める，決める the Label 所有物／資産／財産 to "特記する／引用するd for...", and the column's 指名する to laCit.
That, at last, is what it takes to get the form fully working... as far as it can be got working without an itsy bitsy 大型の.
By the way... don't be alarmed if you ask the database for George Brown's citations, and the "特記する／引用するd for" （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する is empty... he has no citations in the database, as 分配するd.
(許す a little self-indulgence? I'm leaving in the に引き続いて, which was true at one 行う／開催する／段階 in this tutorial's genesis: "It is 2:10 am. My 注目する，もくろむs are crossing. I'll 延長する this later." End of self-indulgence.)
A few words about 大型のs in general....
Until a few ooBase 3.1 （機の）カム along, using 大型のs with ooBase was a little tedious. Not impossible, just not as elegant as it became at 見解／翻訳／版 3.1 of ooBase.
Not everyone like 大型のs.... I'm one of those who shirks them. But they do have a place in ooBase work. You don't need them in every place where some people are happy to use them... but you do need them in some places.
July 16: After many hours (which I didn't have) over several days, this tutorial was nearly much better than it was!
権利 at the final 盗品故買者, I almost "fell".
I'd got "everything" working, OO 4.1.1, and the text polished...
But the "do it with a 大型の" part was not working. I could have sworn it worked 以前.
The "secret": The problem lay with the 安全 settings of my OOBase 取り付け・設備. (That's an area you need to be careful with, by the way.) From the main ooBase main 事業／計画（する） 経営者／支配人 window, select 道具s/ 選択s/ OpenOffice/ 安全.
始める，決める the 安全 on 大型のs to "medium", "確定／確認 要求するd before...".
And then の近くに everything "Open Office", and re-open it, and the database.
While most settings can be made "on the 飛行機で行く", most will 施行される すぐに, changing the 安全 setting on 大型の 死刑執行 only 準備するs the way for how things will behave the next time that Open Office has a fresh start.
Whew. It would have been an enormous blow to get this far, and not be able to 配達する the "grand finale"!

No one needs to 熟考する／考慮する any of what's there, but depending on your approach and 存在するing 技術s, you may want to spend time there. Everything you need to 完全にする the 楽園 Police Citation Lookup form is below... but some parts are done "quickly", without giving you click- by- click 指導／手引.
I will now show you how to create a form which is very like the one we just 完全にするd... but one without the 航海 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業, one in which the Firstnames and Citations data sheets fill as soon as you click on a surname.
Remember that your Open Office 環境 needs to be willing to 遂行する／発効させる 大型のs. I would 示唆する the "medium" 安全 setting. In 批判的な 環境s, you need to 決定するing whether answering "enable 大型のs" at the beginning of a 開会／開廷／会期 enables them for all 文書s in a 現在の 開会／開廷／会期.. dangerous... or whether you get asked again, if you open a second 文書.
の近くに everything except the ooBase main 事業／計画（する） 経営者／支配人 window. Go to the Forms section of that, if you are not already there. 権利-click on the PeopleByLookupNoMacro form 供給（する）d when you downloaded the database. Click "copy". Still in the pane with the 指名するs of your forms, but not over any of the 指名するs, 権利-click again. Click "paste". For the ".. 指名する of 反対する to be created" enter "PeopleByLookupWithMacroMine".
二塁打 click on the 指名する of that form, to run it, and make sure that, so far, it 作品 the same way as your own "NoMacro" 見解／翻訳／版, just created from the 指示／教授／教育s above.
の近くに the window with the running form. Re-open the form, but this time use 権利-click, and choose (open for) "edit".
Re-open the form 航海士 if it disappeared along the way.
Those of you who downloaded the database will already have the 大型の you need, and you will already have the 大型の library that the 残り／休憩（する） of you will have to create.
But how to "see" it??
Here's what you do...
From the ooBase main 事業／計画（する） 経営者／支配人 window's "道具s" menu item, choose...
大型のs... 組織する 大型のs... OpenOffice Basic
That should take you to a dialog showing you what 大型のs are 利用できる. You should find, if you click the little "+" in 前線 of the database's 指名する ("fdb3casc.odb") a コンテナ called "基準", which should 持つ／拘留する a コンテナ called "TKB" (my 初期のs).
That "基準", and its contents, is 蓄える／店d in the 文書. Anything those 大型のs do will only do it to that 文書. You aren't changing how your Open Office behaves across all of the 文書s opened with it. And you are 確実にするing that the 大型の(s) you 追加する will be 利用できる to the 文書, even if you move the 文書 to a different computer.
Click on "TKB", and you should see a 大型の called "Reload" in the "存在するing 大型のs.." pane. (I'll explain that in more 詳細（に述べる） in a moment.) The 大型の is nothing more than....

(By the way, it really せねばならない have been called "SaveAndReload", or even "SaveDataAndReloadForms")
If you are comfortable that you can create or 接近 the Reload 大型の, you can skip over the next few paragraphs, 負かす／撃墜する to "Caught your rabbit..."
For those who were NOT comfortable, here's a recap and more 詳細（に述べる）s...
From the main menu of any of the ooBasic windows, invoke "道具s | 大型のs | 組織する 大型のs | OpenOffice.org Basic...."
Create or 接近 the 大型の as part of the database. If you've used the 指名する I 教えるd, in the "大型の from" pane you will see "fdb3casc.odb". 二塁打-click on that. If you downloaded the database, it already has a module called "基準". 二塁打-click on that, and you'll find a module called "TKB" (my 初期のs). If you 港／避難所't downloaded the database, or you want to be sure you can make your own 大型の, then (with fdb3case selected), click "組織者"... a bit 混乱させるing... you are going into the 組織者 when you are already in it... but Just Do It.... Click "New". Give your module a 指名する. Click "Edit"..... and you should be at....
... a window with "REM ***** BASIC *****" at the 最高の，を越す. You fill the 大型の given above into this window. (Get rid of the "Sub Main...End Sub" that was there if you were not working from an 存在するing 大型の module).
So! You've "caught your rabbit"... I mean 大型の.
Now we'll use it. I will again 明言する／公表する telegraphically what you need to do, and give experienced 使用者s a way to skip over the "click- by- click" help.
You need to 割り当てる the "Reload" 大型の to the "Item status changed" event of the ListBox.
That doesn't sound so bad, does it? If you can do that with help, you can skip over the next few paragraphs.
If what you are doing is a 完全にする mystery, you really せねばならない 熟考する／考慮する my "using 大型のs with ooBase" tutorials. But if you just want to know what button to 圧力（をかける）....
Use the Form 航海士 to 接近 the 所有物／資産／財産s window for ListBox in the usual way. Go to the Events tab. You 港／避難所't been there with me before, at least not in this tutorial.
Click the {...} button to the 権利 of the box to the 権利 of "Item status changed" (third line).
That will open the "割り当てる 活動／戦闘" window, 十分な of lots of Good Things, but not the one you need. Click the "大型の..." button in the window's upper 権利.
演習 負かす／撃墜する into the fdb3casc library until "Reload" appears in the "大型の 指名する" pane. Click "Okay", which takes you 支援する to the 割り当てる 活動／戦闘 window. Click "Okay" again, and you should be 支援する to the 所有物／資産／財産s- of- ListBox window, with a 広大な／多数の／重要な long 複雑にするd "thing" to the 権利 of "Item status changed"... something with "Reload" buried in it.
Now that you have created the 大型の, and arranged for it to be 誘発する／引き起こすd whenever you click on an 入ること／参加（者） in your listbox 十分な of surnames, try your form again.
(You can 削除する the 航海 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 from your form now.... it no longer has any 役割 to play.)
An annoying little "rough 辛勝する／優位" remains. いつかs when you go to の近くに the form you are told "The content of your 現在の form has been 修正するd. Do you want to save your changes?". Don't worry... it is just talking about some data in the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する "模造の" (I think). You can say "yes" or "no" to the question... no 害（を与える） (or good) will be done either way. That problem shouldn't arise... I leave 直す／買収する，八百長をするing it as an 演習 for the student! (It may 伴う／関わる a new 大型の to save the "模造の" 記録，記録的な／記録する as soon as the 使用者 clicks in ListBox. It may be as simple as changing which ListBox event our 存在するing 大型の is 割り当てるd to.)
A 公式文書，認める on doing this "適切に"... starting with a review of what was wrong with how it was done here, and why it was done that way.
There was nothing wrong with the forms created in this tutorial. (Bold （人命などを）奪う，主張する!) What was "wrong" was 本気で wrong because it was in the design of the underlying （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs. Unless the 事業／計画（する） is started from scratch, with a different schema, it is forever doomed. "A house built on sand...." and all that.
The big 欠陥 is 推定する／予想するing humans to 取引，協定 適切に with "ID codes". In the schema we have, when, say, Fred Bloggs 選ぶs up a citation, the data 入ること／参加（者） person has to put "0" into the 記録，記録的な／記録する along with the description of the 出来事/事件. It is MUCH too 平易な for the data 入ること／参加（者） person to accidentally put, say, "4", which would link the citation to George Brown.
But that isn't really a problem with the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs, it just 最高潮の場面s a fault with the 供給するd data 入ること／参加（者） forms.
いっそう少なく easily 打ち勝つ is the fact that in our schema we do not have a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する for the 出来事/事件s giving rise to citations. Only as long as no more than one person is 伴う／関わるd in any 明確な／細部 citation-生成するing 出来事/事件, we can get away with this. But a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する of 出来事/事件s, or their analogue, is going to be a necessary part of any real world database along the lines of the one in the teaching 演習.
Once that （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する 存在するs, each 出来事/事件 will be 割り当てるd an ID. And that ID will be an extra field in the Citations （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. Then all sorts of things become 平易な.
So how could the form and other things be done better for our 限られた／立憲的な "citations 跡をつけるing" 客観的な? I'm speaking of during the time while our system still 要求するs the data 入ること／参加（者） person to look up the ID codes for people.
Hmmm... I wrote something Brilliant below here.... and then realized it too was fatally 欠陥d. (I had some circular logic which was going to create self 実行するing prophesies.) I've adapted what I'd written... but the result is 緊張するd. Just be aware that I am aware of its shortcomings. I leave it in not as a serious 提案 of a "good 解答", but as more "grist" for your "learn ooBase mill."
One bit of good news first: The 指名する in brackets which we were 含むing at the start of each Citations.Nature 入ること／参加（者） would be 除去するd. So, some 見本 Citations data would go from.....

Bit of bad news: We're going to 追加する a field to the Citations （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. We'll call it "PersonsInitials". (Or "InitialsOfPerson", if you want to 避ける failing to use the possessive apostrophe.) It will 持つ／拘留する two letters: the first letter of the 特記する／引用するd person's surname 加える the first letter of the surname. Not fool-proof, but a tripwire that will help いつかs. For instance, if George Brown, 訂正する ID 4, were erroneously put in the citation （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する under ID 2, Lucy Bloggs's ID, then the mismatch in the citation between the ID (2) and the "gb" might be caught at some 行う／開催する／段階. It would be possible, of course, to build in (a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃 checking between these field values.
Now... we still need a check to help us be 確信して that the data 入ること／参加（者） person entered the 権利 codes, but here's how we could do it....
First we build a query with a 記録，記録的な／記録する for each 入ること／参加（者） in the Citations （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. However, the query pulls together into one （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する the に引き続いて....
Citations.PersID
Citations.Nature
Citations.PersonInitials
People.Surname (Using the 記録，記録的な／記録する from People where

Once we have the results of that query 利用できる, we 修正する the form that this tutorial was about. In the final data sheet, instead of just 陳列する，発揮するing Citations.Nature, we 陳列する，発揮する, from the query result, the 記録，記録的な／記録するs (selecting for 陳列する，発揮する, as discussed long before here, just those 記録，記録的な／記録するs in the query where the PersID is 権利 for the person 指定するd by the ListBox 加える the その上の 狭くするing of the 選択 達成するd from the selected line in the Firstnames data sheet.) We 陳列する，発揮する not only the nature, but the Citation.PersonsInitials. It might even be possible to 始める，決める up some programmatic checking that the PersonsInitials are not in 衝突 with the Surname and Firstname. (There would be no 推論する／理由 to fetch them from People into the query result, さもなければ. I've 人物／姿／数字d out the fetching... you 人物／姿／数字 out the checking? :-) And the 報告（する）／憶測ing of 発見s of 無効の data!)
Another part of the 権利 Answer, of course, is a data 入ること／参加（者） form 類似の to our "名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） Citations" form. 使用者s would click on a surname, click on a firstname, and then enter a new 記録，記録的な／記録する in the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する, as …に反対するd to 単に 見解（をとる）ing previous citations 記録，記録的な／記録するd against that person. The computer, behind the scenes, inside the form, would take care of turning the surname+firstname into an ID number, fetched from the People （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. 令状 in and tell me how you did it when you 完全にする this 演習!
井戸／弁護士席. That has been a bit of a マラソン. Thank you for reading through the tutorial. 残り／休憩（する） 保証するd that most tutorials in the 場所／位置 are MUCH shorter, much better 組織するd.
However hard reading it may have been, I can 保証する you that 研究ing and 令状ing it have been "利益／興味ing" experiences....
(As was the multi-day 成果／努力 in July 2016 just going through it to check all was 井戸／弁護士席 with it in OO 4.1.1, polishing, 拡大するing, 直す／買収する，八百長をするing little things to match 4.1.1's defaults, etc, etc....)
