You may find that the database which is part of Libre Office/ OpenOffice delights you as much as it has me. This page tries to help you use it.

Suppose you have a database.
And you want to 追加する その上の 記録，記録的な／記録するs to it... in a （製品，工事材料の）一回分. Perhaps you've downloaded a bunch of 記録，記録的な／記録するs from online your credit card 声明.
The obvious elements of your 存在するing database, with some 記録，記録的な／記録するs already entered, might look like...

In 新規加入 to that, you need some way to create a 最初の／主要な 重要な. The values in the 最初の／主要な 重要な, remember, must be unique across the whole database.
For the 目的s of this 演習, I'm going to use a really 天然のまま answer: A number. So my database becomes...
Unique ID number/ Date / 量/ ToOrFrom whom 0001, 1/1/2019, -500.00, Daycare 0002, 1/1/2019, -10.00, Flowers 0027, 5/1/2019, 510.00, Repaid- check 2341
普通は the Unique ID numbers would be 生成するd 1, 2, 3... However, that isn't necessary, and won't always happen. Also, いつかs 記録，記録的な／記録するs are 削除するd, leaving "gaps" in the sequence. I made the ID for the third 記録，記録的な／記録する "0027" to 強調する／ストレス that the numbers can be "anything"... as long as they are unique.
If I didn't want to 追加する 記録，記録的な／記録するs in （製品，工事材料の）一回分s, I could just use "自動車-increment", and "the system" would を取り引きする 生成するing the value for the 最初の／主要な 重要な field. I think I can still use that, up to a point.

I built an Open Office database (ver 4.1.6) to 持つ／拘留する the data given. I am not aware of anything in what follows which doesn't 適用する 平等に to the same 仕事 under Libre Office.
Create new. 登録（する） it. Open for Editing. Called it FDB048.odb ("解放する／自由な DataBase"). Created a folder first, also called FDB048, to 持つ／拘留する everything 関係のある to this database.

Filled in the data I 約束d as the starting point.
最初, the IDs were 0,1,2. They were not 陳列する，発揮するd with 主要な 無s, but I'm sure that could be arranged.

Now... one of the "secrets" is:
Put the 記録，記録的な／記録するs to be appended in an Open Office ("Calc") spreadsheet to start the 過程. For columns 持つ／拘留するing dates, 判型 the column accordingly before filling it. (I rarely use dates 蓄える／店d, as far as the computer know, as dates in my personal work. They are a 苦痛 in so many ways. But have used dates, as dates, in this 演習.)
The 詳細（に述べる）s of that will 変化させる from 状況／情勢 to 状況／情勢, of course, but it should not be difficult to arrange... and arrange for the computer to do it. I'm not 示唆するd you transcribe the data to the spreadsheet by 手渡す!
This, by the way, would be a good time to tweak things. You might want to change, say "Henry Higgins" (the description of that 支出 as 供給（する）d by the credit card company) to, say, "elocution lessons".
The spreadsheet I used is 利用できる as FDB48-data to append.ods
LOOK AT the data in the spreadsheet CAREFULLY
Spreadsheets aren't fussy about what you put where. Databases are. Suppose, 予定 to a 汚職, you have a date like "112/3/2019"? The database may 井戸／弁護士席 choke on that when you try to send that 記録，記録的な／記録する to it.
Suppose you weren't very generous when you 始める，決める up the field for the description of the 処理／取引; suppose you only 始める，決める aside 10 characters? And その上の suppose that, once you've been using the database for a while, you want to 述べる a 処理／取引 as "Cow from Metcalfe-Gibson"? That needs more than 10 characters. How will the database 反応する to your 試みる／企てる? (This is a 事柄 to be 人物／姿／数字d out, dealt with, one day. For now: Just be sure your data DOES 会合，会う the 必要物／必要条件s of the database specification before you proceed to...!)
In the spreadsheet, 最高潮の場面 just the 独房s 含む／封じ込めるing the new 記録，記録的な／記録するs. Yes, I know: There's nothing to 供給（する） the database's "IDNum" field.
Open the database, if it isn't already open. You want the database's main 事業／計画（する） 経営者／支配人 window, but it doesn't 事柄 if the 処理／取引s （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する happens to be open already.
After making sure you're looking at your database's （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs ("（米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs" selected in left 手渡す column), 権利-click on "Trans", the only （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する this database has at the moment, and select "Paste" from the resulting menu.
Get it looking like...
公式文書，認める, 特に, that you want to append data, and you do NOT want to "Use first line as column 指名するs".
Click "Next", and make the changes to give the に引き続いて result...

I soon traced the "wrong data type" problem to something esoteric, which I will explain in a moment.
But notice! Even thought the results aren't perfect, they aren't crazy, AND the system 警告するd me that I needed to check the results carefully.
After the little tweak, all went 井戸／弁護士席, resulting in...
The "問題／発行するs" of the formatting, etc, are trivial 事柄s, easily tidied to your heart's 願望（する）. ("$-10.00" 陳列する，発揮するd as "10" even though, at least, the last 記録，記録的な／記録する is 陳列する，発揮するd as "-25.57", for instance.) You should be looking at what is in the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する with a form or 報告（する）／憶測, anyway. (During the formatting "tidy up" you can make many 改良s. For instance, you could arrange for "money in" to 陳列する，発揮する in 黒人／ボイコット and "money out" to 陳列する，発揮する in red.)
So... what went wrong, how did I 直す／買収する，八百長をする it?
I told you dates are a 苦痛!
I was working on a PC 始める，決める up for use in the UK... where 1/2/2019 means (論理（学）上!) the 1st of February, not (illogically, USA cousins) the 2nd of January.
I'd carefully 始める，決める the fields thus in both the spreadsheet and the database... but that didn't 満足させる the "append data" system. I was using "custom 判型s", not, I would guess, 株d between the two 使用／適用s. As soon as I redefined both fields to one of the "基準" "date" 判型s, the 過程 went without a hiccup. (I didn't even have to re-enter any of the data... even though the spreadsheet had to "be clever" and realize that the old 23/01/2019 needed to be "変えるd" to 01/23/2019. AND the database also 変えるd the already-現在の data without a murmur. (^_^) !!
Duly impressed, and the day's work scheduling "破産した／（警察が）手入れする" anyway, I thought- "井戸／弁護士席... it did so 井戸／弁護士席 with that, what else can I throw at it?
Trying to be difficult, working in the database, I left the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する open, but went to the database's main 事業／計画（する） 経営者／支配人 window, 権利 clicked on the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する's 指名する, selected "Edit".
Now... before this, remember, I had a description 入ること／参加（者） of "AmazonSeller GetItCheapAmazonSeller GetItCheap" in one 記録，記録的な／記録する.
What would happen if I changed the 所有物／資産／財産s of the field that is in to say it can only 蓄える／店 15 characters?
"The system" 対処するs without （民事の）告訴! It just 削減するs the data in fields that had too many characters at the time you re-明示するd the field. (To be very fussy, I would say that I would prefer it if the system weren't やめる so "can do". It would be nice if it said "Data will be truncated. Proceed?")

A quick 実験（する） gave rise to....
BUT! Instead of 追加するing what data it could, as happened before, when the source field and 目的地 field 判型s didn't match, this time, the system just "passed over" the troublesome 記録，記録的な／記録する. At least it 生成するd a 警告! But if you were appending many 記録，記録的な／記録するs, I don't know how you would know which 記録，記録的な／記録するs had been skipped over.
公式文書，認める, however, that something like this will be a problem for any database system. Maybe others will を取り引きする the problem more elegantly, but it will NEED 取引，協定ing with. This isn't "a fault" in the Open Office / Libre Office database!
Two 大勝するs 今後 occur to me. If someone more 専門家 than me can help, it would be very welcome.
If "the system" has a スピードを出す／記録につける somewhere, 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）ing the 記録，記録的な／記録するs that could not be appended, that would be 広大な／多数の／重要な.
Alternatively, is there an 平易な way to do a "裁判，公判" update? I.e. to "現在の" the 記録，記録的な／記録するs, as if they were to be appended, but without 現実に appending them... yet. The "try to append" could be done a few times, with edits to the data to be appended, until the 試みる／企てる didn't show up any problem 記録，記録的な／記録するs.
Sorry.. this isn't "finished"... but I am 速く running out of time for it. At 13:05 I have finished the first pass, 逮捕（する）d screenshots, roughed out the story.
変えるing that to a finished webpage took until 14:35... hence my "失敗" to cover "everything".
I dislike 'fancy' websites with more 関心 for a flashy 外見 than for good content. For a pretty picture, I can go to an art gallery. Of course, an attractive 場所／位置 WITH content deserves 賞賛する... as long as that pretty 直面する doesn't cost download time. In any 事例／患者....
