You may find that the database 存在 shipped with OpenOffice (ver.2 and higher) delights you as much as it has me. This page tries to help you use it.

Stop 圧力（をかける）! Don't be alarmed! I started with MapChart in November 2008. Played with it, bought the 十分な 見解／翻訳／版, liked it... but didn't have much 推論する／理由 to use it. Nothing wrong with it... just not something I needed. Just now, July 2009, in a fit of tidiness, I tried to update my 取り付け・設備. And failed... at first. But the Euro Office website has a good FAQ on the 問題／発行する. I was impressed by their honesty in 説 "unfortunately the old 見解／翻訳／版 cannot even be uninstalled easily". I wouldn't, by the way, recommend the simple destructive 解答. I used the "手動式の" 選択.
A new 使用者 of 地図／計画する Chart would have a much happier experience... He/ she wouldn't be 昇格ing, would they, after all? The good people at Multiracio were very helpful, and 答える／応じるd to my enquiry about this very quickly. の中で other things, they 供給するd a very reasonable explanation for why things are the way they are... circumstances beyond their 支配（する）／統制する. Hey! They tell us how to get things working! That "does it" for me.
This page isn't typical of the pages on my 場所／位置, but the 製品 I want to bring to your attention is, I think, way too 冷静な／正味の!! to wait until I can 令状 a "proper" page for you.
Now... don't get too excited.... there are some caveats I have to 令状 up, but the above was produced in under 5 minutes by a 完全にする novice with the EuroOffice 地図／計画する Chart プロの／賛成の 拡張 for Open Office. Don't worry about the "EuroOffice" bit... I'm using an ordinary Open Office (ver 3) 取り付け・設備 on a Windows XP (SP3) machine.
And yes, that is 生産（高） from ooCalc. Sorry. Will explain another time.
All I did, after 任命する／導入するing the 地図／計画する Chart プロの／賛成の 拡張, was to start ooCalc, type the country 指名するs, and the 人物／姿／数字s to their 権利. (Made up 年次の 普通の／平均（する） summer 気温s). I then clicked "挿入する 地図／計画する Chart", went through a few dialogs, making choices, and... Presto! Chart drawn for me!
Costs Euro 9.90, about $10... and it is 平易な to 支払う／賃金 with PayPal, etc, 関わりなく what 通貨 your account is in, so there goes that excuse.
Get it by going into OpenOffice 拡張s 経営者／支配人, "Get more 拡張s...", filter by "ooBase 拡張s", and there you are!
There's a 解放する／自由な デモ you can try... but it will only 陰謀（を企てる） on a 地図／計画する of the whole world. Come on, people.... Euro 9.90 (about $10) is not a lot to 支払う／賃金!!
By the way... I have no 関係 with 地図／計画する Chart. I just （機の）カム across it, thought it fun, 可能性のある useful, and decided to tell you a bit about it.
First you 始める，決める up a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する with geographic data. It can be arranged either way... one 列／漕ぐ／騒動 per country/ 地域, or one column per country/ 地域.
For each country (or 地域... assume this 今後... I'll explain in a minute), give at least one number, as in the example above.
Select the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する of data. The 平易な way is to just drag across the 関連した area.
Click "挿入する | EuroOffice 地図／計画する Chart". A dialog window will pop up. I won't give you all of the 選択s, just some of the 最高潮の場面s...
Select the database you want to use. In the 解放する／自由な 見解／翻訳／版, the only database is "the world". With the paid 見解／翻訳／版, you can select world, Europe, USA or Hungary.... but keep an open mind.... there's more to しっかり掴む, as you'll see in a moment.
A moment ago, I said "for each country..." With 地図／計画する Chart, you are not 制限するd to working with countries. Other geographic areas... US 明言する／公表するs, continents, or different ways of chopping up the earth's surface can be used... within the 限界s of what 地図／計画する Chart has 器具／実施するd.
You also select what the data 範囲 含む／封じ込めるs. This brings to light one of the 制限s of the 一括. If you select Europe as the database to use, then you can select cities, countries or さまざまな NUTS 地域s (More on them in a moment!). But 公式文書，認める! In one 地図／計画する, you can have only have one of these, e.g. you can have countries, but not cities, or cities but not countries. If you choose the USA database, you can only 地図／計画する by 明言する／公表するs. If you choose the world database, you can 地図／計画する countries or continents... but not a mixture. Get the idea?
The glass is much more than half 十分な.... but don't imagine that the 拡張 can do everything you can imagine you might want it to!
NUTS: The European Union has 始める，決める up a system of 指名するing geographic 地域s, based on 伝統的な 行政の 分割s of countries, e.g. 郡s. In French: "Nomenclature d'部隊s 領土のs Statistiques". You can learn more at the Wikipedia article on the 支配する. The point here is that 地図／計画する Chart can 陰謀（を企てる） things to NUTS 地域s. The 地図／計画する Chart help （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） will tell you the NUTS codes. Examples: under NUTS2, UKK4 gives you Devon, UKK2 gives you Dorset and Somerset. Under NUTS3, UKI11 gives you Western Inner London, UKI12 gives you Eastern Inner London. The NUTS system may not be familiar, but it will be very helpful to you if you want to 陰謀（を企てる） data on 地図／計画するs... and 地図／計画する Chart is NUTS 有能な.
So. Where were we?
We've got a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する of geographic data. We've started 明示するing a chart.
Next we choose the 地域 we want the 地図／計画する to cover. One 選択 is "encompassing area". This is the "natural" choice... all of the 地域s called for by your data get 陳列する，発揮するd. The 地図／計画する is drawn just big enough to 含む them.
The other choice lets you choose continents, countries, NUTS 地域s, etc... the choices 利用できる change when you change the database in use.
Again, let me say the glass is half 十分な. But if you think you can select ANY 地域 as the whole area on the chart, e.g. by zooming and panning, as with 地図／計画するs.google.com, then you are making a 欠陥d 仮定／引き受けること!
The remaining major feature of 地図／計画する Chart has not been hinted at yet.
In the 見本 at the 最高の，を越す of the page, the chart is 描写するing 選び出す／独身 values for each of the countries. (I had in mind the 普通の／平均（する） summer 気温, in Fahrenheit, but the numbers are made up.) Suppose you 手配中の，お尋ね者 to show not only 気温s, but, say, the value of the country's tourist 貿易（する）? 井戸／弁護士席, the 気温s would be shown the same way, but you would 伸び（る） a little graphic overlaid on each country.... a big 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 for countries with big tourist 貿易（する）s, and small ones for the others, each 比例する to the number in the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する the chart is drawn for.
If you want to use a more 利益／興味ing icon than a mere 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業, that's possible. (事実上 any icon you choose to 供給（する）.)
By the way... the chart is editable and dynamic... more on this in a moment.
But first what about the に引き続いて.....

... how could that data be 陳列する，発揮するd? Again, I've made up data. The first column is again the 気温. The next two are the パーセントs of people in the main two 政党s, and the last is the パーセント of people in the other parties. (Again: the numbers are made up.)
EuroOffice 地図／計画する Chart can 扱う this 仕事! It can either draw three 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業s, 味方する by 味方する, on 最高の，を越す of each country, or it can do a pie chart of the 配当 of the 全住民 across the parties. It is 平易な to change the 規模 of the overlaid 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 chart, pie chart, or 規模d icon.
As you now know almost all of the basics, 公式文書，認める two 詳細（に述べる）s in the example above. The legend has been 組み立てる／集結するd from the 列／漕ぐ／騒動 of labels across the 最高の，を越す of the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. That didn't take any work, or any "cleverness".
Also 公式文書，認める the 列／漕ぐ／騒動s "max" and "min". There are no countries with those 指名するs, so nothing was drawn as a result of those 列／漕ぐ／騒動s.... but 公式文書，認める that the Tture 規模 runs from 60 to 100... the values 供給するd in "min" and "max".
There are still two major bits of good news to cover.
The chart is "fluid"... it can be dragged to where you want it. You can drag a corner to make it larger or smaller. If the data changes, say you change Spain's 気温 人物／姿／数字 to 95. The chart will just re-draw itself. You can even change "Spain" to "Portugal", and get a good result!
A little dose of reality, as it fits 井戸／弁護士席 here. You could not change "Spain" to "Madrid". This chart is of data for countries. You can do charts with data for cities... but any one chart has to be all of one or another type of geographic 地域. This is only reasonable, but it is an example of the sort of 極端に 楽観的な thinking which might get you in trouble.
その上に, if you want to make bigger changes, they are 許すd too. If you 権利-click on the chart, you can select "Edit EuroOffice 地図／計画する Chart". That 減少（する）s you 支援する into the chart specification dialogs. As an 演習, I 修正するd the chart you see above to 報告（する）／憶測 cities. After I had changed フラン, Spain, UK to Paris, Madrid and London in the data （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する, I got a new, almost sensible chart.
The only "欠陥" was that the cities were 描写するd by small icons, in the 権利 colors for their 気温s... but hidden beneath the pie charts. If you think about it, this is no big 取引，協定... you just wouldn't 始める，決める up a chart 正確に／まさに as the one I 述べる. You might 井戸／弁護士席 have uses for a 類似の chart.
There are some more 冷静な／正味の things you can do, 選択s 利用できる to you... but I'm not 令状ing more just now!
The 拡張 isn't "perfect". What is in this world? A few things "went weird" on me.... but nothing 特に untoward happened. It was just that some things I did "broke" the chart I was trying to create. Others gave unsatisfactory results... but the worst thing I had to do was 削除する some stuff that had been put on my spreadsheet. It never 衝突，墜落d.
Remember what it costs before you get too 需要・要求するing.
The examples above were done 完全に with ooCalc.
In the first place, it is 平易な to 輸出（する） queries from ooBase into ooCalc （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するs.
Secondly, if you use (as you should!) the excellent 報告（する）／憶測 建設業者 from Sun in your ooBase 取り付け・設備, then you can 自動化する the 創造 of charts like the above as part of ooBase 報告（する）／憶測s. Admittedly, the 初期の 始める，決める-up of the 報告（する）／憶測 does look a little tedious, but you only need to do it once, and there's lots of （疑いを）晴らす help for you. Once 始める，決める up, you can run it again and again. A sales 経営者／支配人 could, for instance, get a 月毎の graphic 報告（する）／憶測ing 地域の sales "at the click of a button". There's an excellent tutorial explaining how at the 地図／計画する Chart website. It is 井戸／弁護士席 価値（がある） 調査するing... there's an excellent FAQ answers page, for instance.
Finally- a little word about this "EuroOffice" thing that keeps coming up. Don't worry about it! If you want to, you can buy a tweaked OpenOffice from the same people who made 地図／計画する Chart. But if you don't want to, you can just use the 地図／計画する Chart 拡張 within a "normal" OpenOffice.
In its basic form, 地図／計画する Chart wants you to use "Connecticut", "Ohio", etc, for the 明言する／公表するs of the USA. If you want to use the 基準 US 郵便の abbreviations for the 明言する／公表するs of the USA, you can. You just 始める，決める up a （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する of 偽名，通称s. Not hard. Has other uses, too.
If you looked at this 製品 以前, you may have been put off by comments about 衝突／不一致s in the 取り付け・設備 過程 stemming from Python 衝突s. These were 予定 to problems in 早期に OpenOffice things. OpenOffice 見解／翻訳／版 3.x and 地図／計画する Chart play nicely together, and in any 事例／患者 the 地図／計画する Chart people gave you good 指示／教授／教育s for 取引，協定ing with the 任命する／導入するing nuisances, while they still 存在するd.
When you 任命する／導入する 地図／計画する Chart, the OpenOffice help とじ込み／提出する gets 修正するd. If you click on the "Help" button of a 地図／計画する Chart dialog, excellent （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） appears. The minor bad news is that the OpenOffice help とじ込み／提出する's 索引 isn't, at 現在の, 居住させるd with 関連した 条件.
Unless you 始める，決める up an 偽名，通称, "England" isn't known. Use "UK".
I 遭遇（する）d some problems with some of the 輪郭（を描く） 製図／抽選 機能（する）／行事s... so I just stopped using them! They aren't 必須の. And by the time you read this, they may have been アイロンをかけるd out, anyway.
If the 形態／調整s of things, e.g. countries, 明言する／公表するs, etc, seem wrong or approximate, check what you've 始める，決める the 地図／計画する 詳細（に述べる） to. 始める，決める 100% for the best 地図／計画するs... which take the longest to draw.
For the "Thematic" plotting of the second column of numbers, I had to 明示する the 場所 of the icon's とじ込み／提出する by 手渡す, the "..." button didn't bring up a 航海士. I also 設立する that the program got 混乱させるd what the image was if I changed a value in the grid controlling the 地図／計画する Chart. But going into, then out of, the Edit 地図／計画する Chart dialog sorted things out. Again... I've no 疑問 this will be sorted out in 予定 course. It isn't a "取引，協定 breaker", nor does anything dreadful happen to your data or your system if this little "feature" surfaces.
I dislike 'fancy' websites with more 関心 for a flashy 外見 than for good content. For a pretty picture, I can go to an art gallery. Of course, an attractive 場所／位置 WITH content deserves 賞賛する... as long as that pretty 直面する doesn't cost download time. In any 事例／患者....
