Danish 議会 (Folketinget) decides on Open 基準s

The Danish 議会 (Folketinget) has recently decided: 議会 課すs on the 政府 a 義務 to 確実にする that the public 部門's use of IT, 含むing use of ソフトウェア, is based on open 基準s.

The 政府 should 可決する・採択する and 持続する a 始める，決める of open 基準s at the 最新の by 1 January 2008, or as soon as technically possible, which can serve as an inspiration for the 残り／休憩（する） of the public 部門. Open 基準s should thereafter be part of the basis for the public 部門's 開発 and 調達 of IT ソフトウェア with the 反対する of 促進するing 競争.

The 政府 should 確実にする that all 数字表示式の （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） and data that the public 部門 交流s with 国民s, companies and 会・原則s, is 利用できる in open 基準s-based 判型s.
