About the OpenOffice.org 会議／協議会
The OpenOffice.org Community is now 受託するing 提案s for hosting its 年次の international 会議／協議会 in 2011. Since the first 会議／協議会 in 2003, OOoCon has been held in Germany, Slovenia, フラン, Spain, 中国 and Italy, and will be held in Hungary in the 落ちる of 2010 - could your 地元の OpenOffice.org community rise to the challenge in 2011?
Hosting OOoCon is challenging, rewarding, exhilarating, exhausting, and can 供給する a 抱擁する publicity 上げる for OpenOffice.org in your country. There is no 直す／買収する，八百長をするd date for OOoCon, although we prefer an autumn date.
Submitting a 提案
提案s should be submitted before midnight UTC on Sunday February 21st 2010 and must follow the に引き続いて 指導基準s:

- Team lead
serves as the main 接触する person - Team members
all members should be willing and able to commit at least three hours per day to planning the 会議／協議会 during the last two weeks before OOoCon 2011 - Team members will be 責任がある 合法的な and contractual 手はず／準備 with sponsors and 支持者s. If that should 証明する too difficult, 明確に 明言する／公表する so in the 使用／適用, so that we can 計画（する） ahead.

Section 2 - Your 提案
In 400 words or いっそう少なく, answer this question:
Why should the Community award OOoCon 2011 to your
team?

We encourage any applicant group to consider professional 援助, 同様に as Community 約束／交戦.
Section 3 - 保護するing the 環境 & Hosting an Online 会議／協議会
In an 成果／努力 to support a 維持できる world, the OpenOffice.org 事業／計画（する） not only 供給するs a 維持できる 製品 and とじ込み／提出する 判型 ODF, but wants to be environmentally conscious and 減ずる our 炭素 足跡 whenever possible. Therefore, we ask every team creating a 提案 for the OOoCon Call for 場所s to consider the に引き続いて:
- What 面s of the OOo 会議／協議会 can be 組織するd in keeping with the 願望（する） to be environmentally friendly?
- Are there 選択s like 株d 往復（する） services and public transportation?
- Catering might also be arranged to have いっそう少なく 使い捨てできる コンテナs, e.g., fruit on 木造の sticks, glass 瓶／封じ込めるs for water/drinks (and 申し込む／申し出 straws but no cups)
- Consider arranging for 炭素-相殺する services or 料金s.
We also look into the 可能性 of hosting a 純粋に online 会議／協議会, i.e. taking place using Internet 会議／協議会ing systems. For example, by way of IRC, Skype, GizmoProject or SIP phone or ビデオ 会議／協議会ing, webinars, or whatever 科学（工学）技術s you know of that can help our community connect and 交流 （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） in a real-time 判型.
As usual, the community will consider all 提案s and 投票（する） to decide where the next OOoConference will be, whether or not it is a 直面する to 直面する 会合 or an oline event.
Submitting a 提案
提案s should be sent to ooocon@openoffice.org. The 最終期限 for submissions is midnight UTC on February 21st 2010.
すぐに after that date we will publish the 使用／適用s and start the 選択 過程, during which Community members will be 招待するd to make their preferences known through a community 協議 過程.
