ビザ 使用／適用 Form
ビザ 使用／適用 form is 利用できる at the office of Indian 大使館 in the country where the NRI/PIO resides. ビザ form for 国家のs of Pakistan and Bangladesh are 一般に different. All NRIs/PIOs, 含むing children (who don't 所有する OCI or PIO card) need to 適用する for ビザ in separate ビザ forms.
手続き for 得るing ビザ
ビザs can be 適用するd for in person or by 地位，任命する at the High （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 of India based in the country from where the 候補者 ーするつもりであるs to 出発／死 for India. 明確な／細部 ビザs are 認めるd for a variety of 目的s that are aforementioned.
必要物／必要条件s for ビザ
一般に the に引き続いて 文書s are 要求するd for 得るing Indian ビザ. However, the 必要物／必要条件 may 変化させる from country to country.

ビザ for NRIs and PIOs
Persons of Indian Origins and 非，不，無-居住（者） Indians who 所有する either OCI (Overseas Indian 市民権) or PIO card don't need Indian ビザ. OCI and PIO give them the freedom to visit India without ビザ. OCI and PIO cards are multi-目的 life long ビザ for visiting India.

Hotel Rooms will be 利用できる in 3-星／主役にする and above 基準 hotels with 賃貸しのs starting from 60 Euro per night for a 選び出す／独身 room and 120 Euro for a 二塁打 room. The 組織者s will take care of the hotel bookings at 割引d 率s for the convenience of the attendees. Lunch will be 供給するd 解放する／自由な during the 会議／協議会 days. On the first day, the 組織者s would like to 招待する all attendees to a welcome dinner.

Why should the Community award OOoCon 2009/2010 to your team?
Assam Electronics 開発 会社／団体 Ltd (AMTRON) is 代表するing the Guwahati OpenOffice.org community and is pleased to 提案する Guwahati, Assam (INDIA) as the second OpenOffice.org 会議／協議会 outside of Europe in this year 2009.
AMTRON is a big promoter of OpenOffice.org and hopes to 与える／捧げる for its 原因（となる）. The 政府 of Assam has continuously shown its patronage に向かって OpenOffice.org since the year 2006 and with this 率先, the IT Department through its nodal 機関 ? AMTRON has been 有能な of taking up major 事業／計画（する）s in open source and 促進するing OpenOffice.org in offices, schools, colleges and universities within and outside Assam. We are 定期的に 持つ／拘留するing セミナーs and workshops on ODF/ OpenOffice.org and LINUX. We are also 熱心に 焦点（を合わせる）d on developing and 供給するing 地元の language support on LINUX to the 地元の communities. In India we are one of the most committed lot on the OpenOffice.org and LINUX.
