ビザs
We recommend that you 確実にする you remain 合法的な while 居住（者） in Spain and do not try to enter the country without the 要求するd paperwork. There is a large 全住民 of 違法な 移民，移住（する）s and this is a 政治上 極度の慎重さを要する 問題／発行する so there are 成果／努力s 存在 made to 妨げる 入ること／参加（者） and to find and 国外追放する people living 不法に in the country.
国民s of the European Union are not 要求するd to get a ビザ for Spain since they already have the 権利 to residency.
非，不，無-EU 国民s visiting Spain need a ビザ (visado) ーするために enter and visit Spain, unless there 存在するs a special 協定 between Spain and your home country; these countries are those of North & South America in 新規加入 to:
Andorra, Australia, Brunei, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech 共和国, Estonia, Gibraltar, Grenada, Hungary, アイスランド, イスラエル, Japan, South Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia and Switzerland.
If you are one of these 国籍s, you can enter Spain without a ビザ and stay for up to 90 days in any 6-month period.
ビザs are managed by the Spanish Ministerio de Asuntos Extranjeros (省 of Foreign 事件／事情／状勢s) through its 領事館s and 大使館s around the world.
You 適用する for and 得る a ビザ through the Spanish 領事館 nearest to your 住居 before you travel. 名誉として与えられる 領事s 一般に cannot 問題／発行する ビザs but may 供給する 使用／適用 forms.
Since ビザs are never 問題／発行するd in Spain, you must 適用する for them before you leave your country of residency. Do not 試みる／企てる to enter Spain without a ビザ if you need one. There is no 緊急 手続き, you can't 賄賂 the police, your 大使館 in Spain can't help and you will probably be 辞退するd 入ること／参加（者）.
一般に, you should 適用する for your ビザ about 8-12 weeks before the date of your arrival in Spain. You must first have a valid パスポート with at least three months until expiry ーするために 適用する, so be sure to 許す 適する time to 得る or 新たにする both the パスポート and get the ビザ 使用／適用 過程d. Don?t leave this to the last minute or you put your travel 計画（する）s at 危険.
