After some times debugging, I 設立する what was not working, and now we have a new feature in Impress, in annotations 方式:
- in eraser 方式, or when you change the eraser size, the cursor is an eraser - in pen 方式, the cursor is a pen - when changing the color, the cursor is an arrow
立証するd on Linux and Mac OS X (remains Windows, never like the other ...)
This work is a follow up of the big 事業／計画（する） we have with Ecole Centrale Nantes, more 正確に : 改善する Impress 追加するing a canvas in overlay.
Other changes for 0.9.5 :
- 追加するd Arabic (yet some 行方不明の strings, and needs more attention, 予定 to RTL 行為, and a second 翻訳家 needed) - 追加するd Norwegian (Bokmal) - 追加するd 伝統的な Chinese - 追加するd some important 直す／買収する，八百長をするs from the coming OOO_321
Todo before to 解放（する） 0.9.5 :
- 立証する the cursor is ok on Windows too (check the hotspot e.g.) - cleanup in menus, toolbars (除去するing useless entrie) - cleanup in prefs (除去する tabs) - change 見解／翻訳／版 number for 0.9.5 and create the new .DS_Store on Mac OS X
This is the last step before 1.0beta :)
FRENCH 見解／翻訳／版 : Apres quelques temps passes a debuguer Impress, j'ai trouve ce qui ne marchait pas et maintenant nous avons une nouvelle fonctionnalit? dans Impress, en 方式 annotations :
- en 方式 "gomme", ou lorsqu'on change la taille de la gomme, le curseur devient une gomme - en 方式 stylo, le curseur est un stylo - lorsqu'on change la couleur du stylo, le curseur est une fleche (加える 甚だしい／１２ダース sous Mac OS X)
Fonctionnement verifie sous Linux et Mac OS X (残り／休憩（する） Windows, ou rien n'est comme ailleurs ...)
Ce travail est la 控訴 du grand projet que nous avons avec l' Ecole Centrale Nantes, en particulier, ameliorer Impress avec un canvas en overlay, en 方式 贈呈.
Autres changements 注ぐ la 未来 見解／翻訳／版 0.9.5 :
- ajoute l'Arabe (encore quelques chaines manquantes, 需要・要求する de l'attention, a 原因（となる） de la prise en 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 de droite a gauche de l'ecriture, et du fait qu'il manque un second traducteur) - ajoute le Norvegien (Bokmal) - ajoute le Chinois Traditionnel - ajoute quelques correctifs importants de la 見解／翻訳／版 3.2.1 a venir
A faire avant la 解放（する） 0.9.5 :
- verifier que le curseur est ok sous Windows (verifier le hotspot par exemple) - continuer a nettoyer les menus, et barres d'outils (en otant les entrees inutiles) - nettoyage dans les preferences (supprimer d'autres onglets) - modifier le numero de 見解／翻訳／版 注ぐ 0.9.5 et creer le nouveau .DS_Store sous Mac OS X
C'est la derniere etape avant la 見解／翻訳／版 1.0beta !!

The content is in French but 平易な to understand. Feel 解放する／自由な to 接触する us is you want to translate.
1) Watch them all. They mostly are 位置を示すd in default_images/svx default_images/枠組み, setup_native/source/win32/nsis , default_images/res, and in sysui/source/desktop/icons and some other place I could have 行方不明になるd there.
2) localize them 正確に／まさに, e.g. using The Gimp on Linux, Apercu on Mac , don't remember what 道具 I used on Windows, maybe it was (a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃.
3) 改名する all the one who can 原因（となる） 問題／発行する with what you want to 達成する
4) build OOo. e.g. trunk can be a good choice, if you want to 実験（する） the new localization 計画／陰謀
公式文書，認める: trunk means the 現在の milestone, means the to-be-DEV300_m51
5) 行方不明の icons (i.e. 改名するd icons) will make the build break. This is normal, and every time the build breaks, you'll have to 修正する all the code calling the 行方不明の icons at buildtime (e.g. using ifdef YOUR_VARIABLE or whatever other 切り開く／タクシー／不正アクセス), and to 追加する your icon(s) with their new own icon 指名するs (the one you introduced in the code instead), all at the 初めの place.
6) 立証する both old icons and the new one can live together at builtime, and that you can build both on all OS's
7) continue with all modules until the build ends. Think to take some coffee, this might be a long 過程.
And if you are serious, you'll have something 訂正する at the end :-)
Nothing is perfect and you probably 行方不明になるd some at the begining. So, if you forgot some, repeat the 過程 until you no longer see old 使用／適用 icons.
Be carefull, the image 判型s are different on every 壇・綱領・公約, and all builds are 義務的な
