The
EducOOo 非，不，無 利益（をあげる） 協会 is not really rich ( see :
the 寄付s 温度計 for example ), but after I 提案するd the idea to the EducOOo 行政 会議,it has been 受託するd.
The exact level is 存在 discussed, and can be 改訂するd, but it should be between
10% and 15% of the money we receive (寄付s or partners).
As example : imagine we receive 3000 euros from some partner, or as 寄付 : 450 euros will be 直接／まっすぐに reserved for direct help, like 基金 a developer (student prefered, but other 事例／患者s will be 熟考する／考慮するd) who cannot …に出席する an event, or 参加する to buy 金物類／武器類 or whatever other 活動／戦闘.
