appleremote03 (part1)

Since everything work with appleremote02, I think the last remaining changes for this cws will be about :
- 除去する the eventlistener (e.g. when の近くにing the 文書)
- 避ける 漏れるs (to be 確認するd)
- 実験（する） on other ports (Windows)

Started working on appleremote03 : 器具／実施する the contextual menus with the remote.

Done :

* catch all the remote event, and turn them into the 権利 MEDIA_COMMAND
* 設立する where in the code, is 扱う／治療するd the contextual menu 入ること／参加（者）s with mouse events or the keyboard

Work in 進歩 : design the new 実施

Todo :

* create the new 事例／患者, means when in fullscreen, and one popup menu is open, specificly for the remote events
* create one callback for any catched remote events
* 令状 separated 実験（する）s for every part
* 令状 the code
* 実験（する）
