before to consider any 仕事 is started, at least 2 people must be identified as working on it. No problem if one is a very good developer, and the second a poor one: work together, and 株 the knowledge.

文書 the 仕事: ask questions, 公式文書，認める carefully the progression in the ideas, questions and answers how helped, and
文書 the design ( no need to 文書 the code when the design is given ... )
公式文書，認める: 現在の specs need some rework. We are not working for the 航空宇宙局 ;-)

they are no dumb questions, and often simple questions help to solve important 問題／発行するs
Work this way will

create synergy between people, and valorize everybody
