Thought about 改善するing Mac OS X porting 事業／計画（する）.... what about to start working 異なって ?
提案:
- before to consider any 仕事 is started, at least 2 people must be identified as working on it. No problem if one is a very good developer, and the second a poor one: work together, and 株 the knowledge.
- 文書 the 仕事: ask questions, 公式文書，認める carefully the progression in the ideas, questions and answers how helped, and 文書 the design ( no need to 文書 the code when the design is given ... )
公式文書，認める: 現在の specs need some rework. We are not working for the 航空宇宙局 ;-)
- they are no dumb questions, and often simple questions help to solve important 問題／発行するs
Work this way will
- 避ける Bus Factor 影響
- create synergy between people, and valorize everybody
- 改善する the efficiency of the work
- 解放する／自由な the code: documentation always helps. And we are working for a 解放する／自由な ソフトウェア, aren't we ?
Doing that (please 提案する if you have better ideas), I bet new devs will join the OpenOffice.org 事業／計画（する） .. and maybe the Mac porting 事業／計画（する） ;-)
