Introduction

On 7 December 2007, Sun Microsystems Inc. 発表するd a new million-dollar program to foster 革新 in six of the open-source 事業／計画（する）s it sponsors and 与える／捧げるs to. We are pleased to 報告（する）／憶測 that OpenOffice.org was 含むd.

The “$1 Million Open Source Community 革新 Awards Program,” is generous in many ways. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ENTRANTS: ENTRANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE CORRESPONDING TIME ZONE WHERE THEY RESIDE.

How to 服従させる／提出する an 入ること／参加（者）

入ること／参加（者）s must 明確に identify, in a 贈呈 or text 文書 not longer than 2000 words:

Dates. All 入ること／参加（者）s must be received between 30 January 2008 0800 UTC and 23 June 2008 23:59 UTC (“Program Period”). The Sponsor’s clock is the 公式の／役人 time clock of the Program. Proof of submission does not 構成する proof of 領収書.

裁判官ing

This Community 革新 Program 委員会 (the “Program 委員会”) will 裁判官 入ること／参加（者）s on the に引き続いて 平等に 負わせるd 基準 to decide, in its 単独の discretion if the 入ること／参加（者） should be selected for one of the Four Award Levels 輪郭（を描く）d in the “Prizes” Section:

Prizes

Other expenses and costs. All other expenses not 明示するd herein are the 責任／義務 of the 勝利者. All costs associated with 通貨 交流 are the 単独の 責任／義務 of the 勝利者. ALL TAXES AND ANY APPLICABLE WITHHOLDING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CASH WINNER.

条件s of 参加

Submission of an 入ること／参加（者） into this Program 構成するs Entrant’s 協定 to be bound by the 条件 of these 公式の／役人 支配するs and by the 決定／判定勝ち（する）s of the Program 委員会 and Sponsor, which are final and binding on all 事柄s 付随するing to this Program. Return of any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and 選択 of an 補欠／交替の／交替する 勝利者. 受託 of the prize 構成するs 許可 for, and 勝利者’s 同意 to, Sponsor and Sun and its 機関s to use the 勝利者’s 指名する, likeness and/or 入ること／参加（者） for advertising and 宣伝の 目的s without 付加 補償（金）, unless 禁じるd by 法律. Data privacy

Warranty and 賠償金

Internet

Sponsor

The Sponsor of this Program is the OpenOffice.org Community, at www.openoffice.org.
