As some of you may remember, I had a couple of 操作／手術s earlier this year to 除去する what turned out to be the 最初の／主要な 場所／位置 of my 癌 from the 床に打ち倒す of my mouth. (For those just catching up, I have Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma (ACC), which in my 事例／患者 起こる／始まるd in a salivary （分泌する為の）腺.)
However, the ざっと目を通すs done around the same time 明らかにする／漏らすd that I had a number of 肺 metastases. A metastasis is a 第２位 癌 原因（となる）d when the 最初の／主要な sheds 独房s which implant themselves in other parts of the 団体／死体; this is a characteristic of most malignant 癌s. その上の ざっと目を通すs done in October 確認するd this; I have five in the left 肺 and two in the 権利 so far 明白な. There may 井戸／弁護士席 be more which are too small to show up on the ざっと目を通す.
I’d been hoping to 株 these images with you before now, but the とじ込み／提出するs on the CD-ROM I have are in some strange 医療の 交換 判型 that even imagemagick doesn’t understand (although it （人命などを）奪う，主張するs to). So I had to 解雇する／砲火／射撃 up the proprietary テレビ視聴者 on a Windows machine and take a screenshot.
This is a cross-sectional CT picture of my 肺s, taken at the beginning of October this year (click the image for a larger 見解／翻訳／版). The 肺s are the 黒人／ボイコット areas – they 普通は don’t 含む／封じ込める much that shows up on a CT ざっと目を通す. This cross-section is from 近づく the 最高の，を越す; the bony areas (white) are the 最高の，を越す of my ribcage, my spine and my shoulder blades. My left 肺 is on the 権利 of the picture, and the lump in the 底（に届く） left corner is the largest and most 明確に defined of the seven metastases. It’s about 1cm across.
A 連合させるd PET-CT ざっと目を通す showed no discernible metabolic activity, so they aren’t growing very 急速な／放蕩な. However, one is getting の近くに to a major 血 大型船, so reasonably swift 除去 is recommended. So, I am having two 支援する-to-支援する 操作／手術s – one for each 肺 – probably just after 復活祭 2006. Each one will take about a month, 含むing 回復 time.
How am I feeling? 井戸／弁護士席, I was in the pub on Wednesday night with a bunch of Ruby and Perl geeks. One chap (whose 指名する I forget, and who may not want it publicised anyway!) was talking about how he thought for a while he had testicular 癌, and paid &続けざまに猛撃する;200 to go for a 私的な ざっと目を通す, rather than wait two weeks to get it 解放する／自由な on the 国家の Health Service, because he was so 強調する／ストレスd about the 可能性. In the end, it turned out to be a benign cyst. I then について言及するd that I had 癌 with 肺 metastases, and was probably having two 操作／手術s this year. He said “But they can’t be malignant, 権利? さもなければ you would be worried. And you don’t look worried.” I said “The creator of the universe is looking after me 本人自身で. What possible 推論する／理由 do I have to worry?”
Hey Gerv, Keep figthing, stay 肯定的な, and good luck with the ops. I was 診断するd with Type 1 糖尿病 last year (http://brian.kingsonline.逮捕する/talk/索引.php/古記録s/121), and while it is いつかs a struggle to manage it, I can’t imagine it 存在 nearly as 堅い as what you must me going through.
You are a strong person Gerv, so you seem to be the best person in the world to 取り組む this. I am so young I can’t really imagine what this is like for you, but I wish you luck and happiness in spite of the hard times and 業績／成就s you have before you.

Your CT-ざっと目を通す とじ込み／提出するs should be in DICOM 判型, ImageJ should be able to open them and 輸出（する） them to any 判型.

Jon, without meaning to be rude, did you 現実に read what I wrote? My entire point is that self-belief is not what I have – in the 直面する of death, self-belief will 最終的に fail. My strength comes from 信用 in God, and the 確かな hope of heaven I have.

As for Jon’s comment, I think he meant it as I 解釈する／通訳するd it (in a good way), that you have 約束. Your 信用 in God is, in a way, a 信用 in your belief, hence “self-belief”. I’m not sure about your 宗教, but to me, believing in yourself is a good thing and is one of the things that keeps you strong and healthy.
You may find that the 肩書を与える of the blog is a bit of a give-away :-)
本気で though, Gerv is 説 something 完全に different from mere 肯定的な thinking. I’m not 否定するing that there can be some psychological and even physical 利益 to having a 肯定的な 見通し in this sort of 状況／情勢, but the 重要な thing I think you should notice in what Gerv says is not his 約束, but the God he has 約束 in — the creator of the universe. Now you begin to see the 状況. If God is creator of the universe, he is powerful enough to do anything. So although Gerv’s illness is a very serious 状況／情勢 — a 状況／情勢 I’m sure we’re all very sorry to see him have to 耐える; a 状況／情勢 bigger than I could 扱う if it happened to me; a 状況／情勢 bigger than Gerv could 扱う, with or without 肯定的な thinking or “self-belief” — it is not a 状況／情勢 too big for the creator of the universe.
