In his last 嘆願, the （刑事）被告 Ter-Vaganyan fully 収容する／認めるs his 犯罪 before the Soviet 明言する／公表する and the Party.

"I am 鎮圧するd by the 負わせる of all that was 明らかにする／漏らすd here,"says Ter-Vaganyan. "I am 鎮圧するd by the speech of the 明言する／公表する 検察官，検事."

"It is very hard to 耐える when, by the whole course of one's 罪，犯罪, one finds oneself in the position of an enemy, of a 国粋主義者／ファシスト党員 存在 tried by a proletarian 法廷，裁判所. In such a moment it would of course be hypocrisy if I did not say one thing: I would like to have the 適切な時期 of 発揮するing every 成果／努力 to fill the abyss, the chasm, which separates me from my former comrades.

"I 屈服する my 長，率いる in 犯罪 before the 法廷，裁判所 and say: whatever your 決定／判定勝ち（する） may be, however 厳しい your 判決, I 受託する it as deserved."

In the autumn of 1932, on the 指示／教授／教育s of L. Trotsky received by I. N. Smirnov, leader of the Trotskyite 地下組織の organization in the U.S.S.R., a union took place between the Trotskyite and Zinovievite 地下組織の 反対する-革命の groups which formed a "部隊d centre" consisting of Zinoviev, Kamenev, Evdokimov and Bakayev (代表するing the Zinovievites), and of Smirnov, Ter-Vaganyan and Mrachkovsky (代表するing the Trotskyites).

The union of these 反対する-革命の groups was 達成するd on the basis of the use of individual terror against the leaders of the C.P.S.U. and the Soviet 政府.

The Trotskyites and Zinovievites, on the direct 指示／教授／教育s of Trotsky, received by the "部隊d centre" through the （刑事）被告 Smirnov, Holtzman and Dreitzer, in this period (1932-36) concentrated all their 敵意を持った activities against the Soviet 政府 and the C.P.S.U. on the organization of terror against their leaders.

The 法廷，裁判所 has 設立するd that the "部隊d centre," on the direct 指示／教授／教育s of L. Trotsky and Zinoviev, 組織するd and carried out on December 1, 1934, through the medium of the 地下組織の テロリスト Leningrad Zinovievite group of Nikolayev-Kotolynov, the foul 殺人 of the member of the 最高会議幹部会 of the Central (n)役員／(a)執行力のある 委員会 of the U.S.S.R. and member of the Central 委員会 of the C.P.S.U., Comrade Sergei Mironovich Kirov.

Not 限定するing themselves to the 暗殺 of Comrade Kirov, the Trotskyite-Zinovievite centre 用意が出来ている a number of terroristic 行為／法令／行動するs agains Comrades Stalin, Voroshilov, Zhdanov, L. M. Kaganovich, Orjonikidze, Kossior and Postyshev.

The 構成要素s of the 法廷，裁判所 調査 and the 自白s of the （刑事）被告 Zinoviev, Kamenev, Evdokimov, Bakayev, Mrachkovsky and Dreitzer have 設立するd that L. Trotsky, from abroad, and Zinoviev within the country, 促進するd by every means the 準備s for the 殺人 of Comrade S. M. Kirov. For the 目的 of 促進するing the 殺人 of Comrade S. M. Kirov, Kamenev, in June 1934, on the 指示／教授／教育s of the 部隊d Trotskyite-Zinovievite centre went to Leningrad where he 行為／行うd 交渉s with the leader of one of the Leningrad テロリスト groups, Yakovlev, whose 事例／患者 has been 始める，決める aside for a separate 裁判，公判, about the organization of this terroristic 行為／法令／行動する against Comrade Kirov.

The 法廷，裁判所 has also 設立するd that on the 指示／教授／教育s of the "部隊d cetre" the （刑事）被告 Bakayev, in November 1934, also made a special 旅行 to Leningrad to check up on the preparedness of the Leningrad テロリスト group of Nikolayev-Kotolynov for the carrying out of the 暗殺 of Comrade Kirov. At a secret 会合 of the members of this Leningrad テロリスト group, Bakayev heard the 報告（する）／憶測 of Leonid Nikolayev, the 殺害者 of Comrade Kirov, and in the 指名する of the 部隊d Trotskyite-Zinovievite centre, gave him and his 共犯者s a number of practical 指示／教授／教育s 関心ing the organization of the 暗殺 of Comrade S. M. Kirov. It was in 順応／服従 with these 指示／教授／教育s that L. Nikolayev and his 共犯者s committed the foul 殺人 of Comrade S. M. Kirov on December 1, 1934.

The 法廷，裁判所 has also 設立するd that in 1934, the （刑事）被告 Bakayev, Reingold and Dreitzer, in 一致 with the 決定／判定勝ち（する）s of the "部隊d centre," twise tried to make an 試みる／企てる on the life of Comrade Stalin.

In order the more 首尾よく to commit the terroristic 行為／法令／行動するs planned by the "部隊d centre" it 組織するd in 1933 in the city of Moscow, the いわゆる "Moscow テロリスト centre," consisting of the （刑事）被告 Reingold, Pickel and Dreitzer, under the direct 指導／手引 of the （刑事）被告 Bakayev, a member of the "部隊d centre."

The "部隊d centre" 教えるd the （刑事）被告 Bakayev to make practical 準備s for the 暗殺 of Comrades Stalin and Kirov, and it 教えるd Dreitzer, a member of the "Moscow テロリスト centre" to 組織する a terroristic 行為／法令／行動する against Comrade Voroshilov.

Not 限定するing himself to the organization of a number of terroristic 行為／法令／行動するs against the leaders of the Soviet 政府 and the C.P.S.U. under the 即座の direction of the "部隊d centre," L. Trotsky, in the period of 1932-36, was systematically sending a number of テロリストs into the U.S.S.R. from abroad for the same 目的.

In November 1932, L. Trotsky sent to the U.S.S.R. Berman-Yurin and Fritz David; and before leaving, the latter received from L. Trotsky personal 指示／教授／教育s with regard to the organization of the 暗殺 of Comrade Stalin.

In the same year, 1932, L. Trotsky sent to Moscow from Berlin the テロリスト Nathan Lurye. In 合同 with Franz Weitz, スパイ／執行官 of the Gestapo and a person 信用d by Himmler, now 長，指導者 of the Gestapo (Franz Weitz was then living in Moscow under the guise of a foreign specialist), Nathan Lurye made 準備s for 試みる／企てるs on the lives of Comrades Stalin, Voroshilov, Kaganovich and Orjonikidze.

In the winter of 1932-33, after the 出発 of Franz Weitz from Moscow, Nathan Lurye and his テロリスト group continued the 準備 of these terroristic 行為／法令／行動するs 共同で with the （刑事）被告 Moissei Lurye who arrived in Moscow from Berlin in 1933, and who had also received from Trotsky 指示／教授／教育s to 促進する terroristic 行為／法令／行動するs against the leaders of the Soviet 政府 and the C.P.S.U.

In 1934, while at Chelyabstroi, Nathan Lurye tried to make an 試みる／企てる on the lives of Comrades Kaganovich and Orjonikidze. Finally, the said Nathan Lurye, on May 1, 1936, on the 指示／教授／教育 of, and by previous 協定 with, Moissei Lurye, tried to make an 試みる／企てる on the life of Comrade Zhdanov during the First of May demonstration in Leningrad.

In the summer of 1935, L. Trotsky, through his son L. Sedov,sent to the U.S.S.R. from Berlin the テロリスト V. Olberg who used a 誤った パスポート 問題／発行するd in the 指名する of a 支配する of the 共和国 of Honduras. V. Olberg 得るd this パスポート with the 援助（する） of the German secret police, the Gestapo, having first received the 同意 of L. Trotsky, through the latter's son Sedov, to 利用する the 援助 of the German secret police in this 事柄.

On arriving in the U.S.S.R., V. Olberg 設立するd 接触する with the 反対する-革命の Trotskyite テロリスト group in the city of Gorki, and trained a number of テロリストs who were to commit a terroristic 行為／法令／行動する against the leaders of the Soviet 政府 and the C.P.S.U. in the Red Square in Moscow on May 1, 1936.

The 法廷，裁判所 調査 has also 設立するd that 同時に with the 準備 of terroristic 行為／法令／行動するs against Comrades Stalin, Voroshilov, Zhdanov, Kaganovich and Orjonikidze, the Trotskyite-Zinovievite テロリスト centre made 準備s for terroristic 行為／法令／行動するs against Comrades Kossior and Postyshev through the medium of the Ukrainian テロリスト group operating under the direction of the Trotskyite Mukhin, whose 事例／患者 has been 始める，決める aside for separate 裁判，公判.

Thus it is 設立するd that
