EXAMINATION OF THE ACCUSED DREITZER
The first to be 診察するd at the evening 開会/開廷/会期 of August 19 is the (刑事)被告 Dreitzer. Dreitzer was one of the most 目だつ Trotskyites. He had been 長,指導者 of Trotsky's 護衛. Together with Trotsky, he had 組織するd the 反対する-革命の demonstration on November 7, 1927. When Trotsky was in 追放する in Alma-Ata, Dreitzer 組織するd the communications between Trotsky and the Moscow Trotskyite centre.
The (刑事)被告 Dreitzer 明言する/公表するs that the Trotskyite-Zinovievite 地下組織の organization was a stricly centralized and disciplined 反対する-革命の organization. Dreitzer categorically and emphatically 否定するs that there could be any 可能性 of halfheartedness in the 態度 of any one of the members of the Trotskyite-Zinovievite 反対する-革命の 圏 に向かって terroristic activity.
"There could be no 事実上の/代理 on one's own, no orchestra without a conductor の中で us," 明言する/公表するd Dreitzer. "I am surprised at the 主張s of Smirnov, who, によれば his words, both knew and did not know, spoke and did not speak, 行為/法令/行動するd and did not 行為/法令/行動する. This is not true!"
Relating his terroristic activities in 詳細(に述べる) Dreitzer says that the Trotskyite section of the 反対する-革命の 圏 had received 指示/教授/教育s to 訴える手段/行楽地 to テロ行為 against the leaders of the Party and the 政府 from abroad, from L. D. Trotsky, and here from I. N. Smirnov, Trotsky's 副 in the U.S.S.R.
In the autumn of 1931, Dreitzer took advantage of an 公式の/役人 商売/仕事 trip to Berlin to 設立する 接触する with Trotsky at the 指示/教授/教育s from I. N. Smirnov.
Smirnov's 限定された 指示/教授/教育s were to ascertain Trotsky's 態度 on the qestion of a 圏 between the Trotskyites and the Zinovievites in Berlin he twice met Sedov (Trotsky's son), in a cafe in Leipziger Strasse. Sedov then told him that Trotsky's 指示/教授/教育s would be sent on later.
In October 1934 Dreitzer's sister brought him from Warsaw a German cinema magazine which an スパイ/執行官 of Sedov's had given her for Dreitzer. In the magazine Dreitzer had no difficulty in discovering - as this form of communication had been agreed upon with Sedov in Berlin - a message written in invisible 署名/調印する in Trotsky's own handwriting 含む/封じ込めるing 指示/教授/教育s to 準備する and to carry out すぐに terroristic 行為/法令/行動するs against Stalin and Voroshilov. Dreitzer at once passed the letter on to Mrachkovsky who, after reading it, burnt it for 推論する/理由s of sectecy.
As far 支援する as September-October 1931 I. N. Smirnov had spoken to Dreitzer in the U.S.S.R. about the necessity to follow the line of terroristic methods of struggle. In the autumn of 1932, Dreitzer received from I. N. Smirnov, in the latter's apartment, direct 指示/教授/教育s to 組織する terroristic 行為/法令/行動するs against Stalin and Voroshilov. Smirnov, referring to the line taken by Trotsky, there and then 教えるd Dreitzer to 設立する 接触する with Mrachkovsky for the 目的 of making practical 準備s for and carrying out terroristic 行為/法令/行動するs. "My next 会合 with Ivan Nikitich Smirnov," said Dreitzer, "took place in 1932. This was in the autumn. At that 会合 he 知らせるd me that the question of 圏 had been settled, that the 圏 had already been formed, and had been formed on the basis of Trotsky's terroristic line."
In the spring of 1933 Mrachkovsky repeated to Dreitzer the instruktions of the Trotskyite-Zinovievite centre to 促進する the 行為/法令/行動するs of terror against the leaders of the C.P.S.U. and the Soviet 政府. Moreover, on leaving Moscow, Mrachkovsky put at Dreitzer's 処分 a number of テロリストs he had trained. In 新規加入 to Smirnov and Mrachkovsky, Dreitzer was very closely connected with Reingold and Pickel, together with whom he belonged to the Moscow テロリスト centre of the Trotskyite-Zinovievite 圏.
Carrying out the 指示/教授/教育s of L. D. Trotsky and the Trotskyite-Zinovievite テロリスト centre, 伝えるd to him by Smirnov and Mrachkovsky, Dreitzer 組織するd two テロリスト groups: Gayevsky's group, which was 教えるd to commit a terroristic 行為/法令/行動する against Comrade Stalin, and Esterman's group, which was 教えるd to kill Comrade Voroshilov.
In 関係 with Dreitzer's 証拠 the 明言する/公表する Prosecutorquestions Mrachkovsky and I. N. Smirov.
Mrachkovsky fully 確認するs Dreitzer's 証言.
Smirnov 主張するs that he 現実に did receive in his apartment Dreitzer as an active Trotskyite; however, he 恐らく discussed with him, not テロ行為 but "the general 状況/情勢 in the country."
Mrachkovsky and Dreitzer in reply to this 宣言する: "Smirnov is lying!"
Upon the 結論 of Dreitzer's examination Comrade Vyshinsky puts several questions to the (刑事)被告 Zinoviev.
Vyshinsky: (刑事)被告 Zinoviev, in the summer of 1932 had you alredy come to an understanding about the necessity of 組織するing terroristic 行為/法令/行動するs, or was there only talk about these terroristic 行為/法令/行動するs?
Zinoviev: As far as I can picture it, the 状況/情勢 was as follows: With the Trotskyites this was already a 円熟した 決定/判定勝ち(する), based on the 絶対 正確な 指示/教授/教育s of Trotsky given a 公正に/かなり long time before that, and they had taken a number of practical steps.
Vyshinsky: What was the 態度 of the Trotskyite part of your 圏 on the question of テロ行為?
Zinoviev: In our negatiations on the 形式 of a 部隊d centre this question played a 決定的な part. By that time the いわゆる Zinovievite part of the 圏 was fully 熟した for such 決定/判定勝ち(する)s.
Vyshinsky: Did Smirnov 陳列する,発揮する any activity in relation to this, or not?
Zinoviev: Smirnov, in my opinion, 陳列する,発揮するd more activity than any one else, and we regarded him as the undisputed 長,率いる of the Trotskyite part of the 圏, as the man best 知らせるd about Trotsky's 見解(をとる)s, and fully 株ing these 見解(をとる)s.
Vyshinsky: Did you 本人自身で hear a number of 提案s from Smirnov?
Zinoviev: I 本人自身で 行為/行うd 交渉s with him two or three times.
Vyshinsky: Did Smirnov 陳列する,発揮する persistence during these 交渉s, did he 圧力(をかける) for terroristic 行為/法令/行動するs?
Zinoviev: As I have already said, he heatedly and with much 説得/派閥 主張するd on the (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限 of terroristic 行為/法令/行動するs, although there was no need to 説得する us. We were already 納得させるd.
Vyshinsky: I ask the 法廷,裁判所 to 公式文書,認める that the 証言 of Zinoviev, Reingold and Dreitzer 設立するs that after 1932 practical 準備s were made for terroristic 行為/法令/行動するs, and that Dreitzer carried these on on the direct 指示/教授/教育s of Smirnov; and that Smirnov 断固としてやる 勧めるd Zinoviev to pass on to terroristic activities. I ask you to take 公式文書,認める of this as aconclusion to be drawn from the 調査 which we have carried on so far.
EXAMINATION OF THE ACCUSED REINGOLD
I. I. Reingold 確認するs that he was one of the most active members of the Zinovievite 地下組織の 反対する-革命の organization, was all the time in direct 接触する with G. E. Zinoviev and L. B. Kamenev, took part in all the secret 会議/協議会s of the Zinovievites and at one time was 招待するd by Zinoviev and Kamenev to 参加する 製図/抽選 up the 壇・綱領・公約 of the 反対する-革命の organization they were 長,率いるing, was a member of the Moscow Trotskyite-Zinovievite centre, 組織者 of terroristic groups and 本人自身で directed one of the groups which was 準備するing to assassinate Comrade Stalin.
Reingold says: "I was connected organizationally and 本人自身で with a number of members of the Trotskyite-Zinovievite centre: Zinoviev, Kamenev, Sokolnikov and others. With some of these I was connected long before 1926. In particular I have been 熟知させるd with Kamenev since 1923 and with Sokolnikov since 1919. As for the Trotskyite part of this centre, Dreitzer was my personal friend; I was in very の近くに touch with Mrachkovsky at my 公式の/役人 職業, as Mrachkovsky worked under me at the 長,率いる offices of the Central Cotton 委員会. I also knew I. N. Smirnov very 井戸/弁護士席. I was in の近くに 接触する also with Zinoviev." Continuing, Reingold says: "I can 確認する that Zinoviev, Kamenev, Bakayev, Evdokimov, Smirnov, Mrachkovsky, Ter-Vaganyan and Sokolnikov were members of the Trotskyite-Zinovievite centre. 交渉s were carried on about 共同の activity with the '左派の(人)s': Shatskin, Lominadze and Sten, and also with the 代表者/国会議員s of the 権利 deviation: Rykov, Bukharin and Tomsky." "The idea of the Zinovievites 部隊ing with the Trotskyites," says Reingold, "arose as far 支援する as 1931. 会合 Zinoviev in his apartment and in his 郊外住宅 that year, I heard him say that it was a pity that we had fallen out with Trotsky." Continuing his 証言, Reingold 明言する/公表するs that in discussing the general political 状況/情勢, Zinoviev 強調するd that the 経済的な position of the Soviet Union had become stronger and that it was 絶対 no use talking about 崩壊(する). It was necessary to 部隊 all the 軍隊s …に反対するd to the 現在の leadership. That is how the way was 覆うd for a圏 with the Trotskyites. The basis for the union of the Trotskyites with the Zinovievites, 強調するs Reingold, was テロ行為.
Vyshinsky: How did Zinoviev and Kamenev reconcile terroristic activities with Marxism?
Reingold: In 1932, Zinoviev, at Kamenev's apartment, in the presence of a number of members of the 部隊d Trotskyite-Zinovievite centre argued in 好意 of 訴える手段/行楽地ing to terror as follows: although terror is 相いれない with Marxism, at the 現在の moment these considerations must be abandoned. There are no other methods 利用できる of fighting the leaders of the Party and the 政府 at the 現在の time. Stalin 連合させるs in himself all the strength and firmness of the 現在の Party leadership. Therefore Stalin must be put out of the way in the first place. Kamenev 大きくするd on this theory and said that the former methods of fighting, すなわち, 試みる/企てるs to 勝利,勝つ the 集まりs, combinations with the leaders of the 右翼の人s, and banking on 経済的な difficulties, have failed. That is why the only method of strugge 利用できる is terroristic 行為/法令/行動するs against Stalin and his closest comrades-in-武器, Kirov, Voroshilov, Kaganovich, Orjonikidze, Postyshev, Kossior and the others.
"For this 目的," continued Reingold, "it was decided to create an organization of the most carefully chosen and resolute people who could go 権利 through with the 職業. 同時に, 交渉s were carried on with the leaders of the 右翼の人s: Bukharin and Tomsky. After these 交渉s Zinoviev definitely said that he had 設立する ありふれた political ground with Tomsky in appraising the 政策 of our country. These conversations continued in 1932 and were carried on between Kamenev, Tomsky and Rykov. Communication with Bukharin was 持続するd through Karev, an active Zinovievite who was closely connected with the two terroristic groups of Slepkov and Eismont."
Reingold then proceeds to relate his own 反対する-革命の activity which consisted in 組織するing テロリスト groups to assassinate Comrades Stalin and other leaders of the Party and the 政府. He enumerates a number of such groups which were directed by Bakayev.
Continuing, Reingold says: "There was an interruption in our terroristic activities between the autumn of 1932 and the summer of 1933 原因(となる)d by the fact that Zinoviev and Kamenev were 妥協d in 関係 with the Ryutin 事例/患者. In 関係 with that, in the beginning of 1933, at one of the 会議/協議会s held in the apartment of Bogdan, Zinoviev's former 私的な 長官, Evdokimov passed on the 指示/教授/教育 in the 指名する of the 部隊d centre to 一時停止する terroristic work until Zinoviev and Kamenev had returned from 追放する, until they had 宣言するd their repentance, were 復帰させるd in the Party and had 伸び(る)d a 確かな 量 of 信用/信任."
Vyshinsky: Did Evdokimov say that?
Reingold: Evdokimov spoke about that.
Vyshinsky: Did Evdokimov know that Zinoviev and Kamenev were to 宣言する their repentance?
Reingold: He did. He knew that this was in the nature of the Zinovievite organization, which in the past had had no little experience in this sort of repentance.
Reingold goes on to tell 法廷,裁判所 about the duplicity which Zinoviev and Kamenev had elevated to a system. Zinoviev and Kamenev, he says, 主張するd upon every advantage 存在 taken of 合法的な 可能性s for the 目的 of "はうing on the belly into the Party" - this was Zinoviev's favourite 表現 - and of winning the 信用/信任 of the Party, 特に of Stalin. After this 信用/信任 had been 回復するd, 厳密に secret terroristic work was to be carried on 平行の with open work. The combination of these two methods 代表するd the means which, as Zinoviev and Kamenev calcoulated, could bring them to 力/強力にする. In the event of a success of the terroristic 計画(する)s, continues Reingold, Zinoviev and Kamenev, having been 復帰させるd in the Party under Stalin, having been forgiven by him, thought they could return to 力/強力にする in the "natural" way.
Vyshinsky: I understand then from what you say that both Kamenev and Zinoviev proceeded along two lines: on the one 手渡す they did all they かもしれない could to 陳列する,発揮する their 忠義, their devotion to the Party, while on the other 手渡す it was they who were 準備するing テロリスト 行為/法令/行動するs against the leaders of the Party. Is that 権利?
Reingold: Yes.
Vyshinsky: (刑事)被告 Zinoviev, Reingold's 証言 巻き込むs you in a 墓/厳粛/彫る/重大な 罪,犯罪. Do you 収容する/認める your 犯罪?
Zinoviev: Yes.
Vyshinsky: (刑事)被告 Kamenev, I put the same question to, you. Kamenev: I answer in the affirmative.
Comrade Vyshinsky reminds Kamenev that he 認める this only after Reingold had given his 証拠; That at the 予選 調査 he did not 収容する/認める this antil he had been 巻き込むd by others.
Vyshinsky: So you 確認する that you had such a monstrous 計画(する)?
Kamenev: Yes, there was such a monstrous 計画(する).
Vyshinsky: You worked out this monstrous 計画(する) and 確認する this now?
Kamenev: Yes, I do.
As a result of the その上の 尋問 of Reingold it is ascertained that Kamenev and Zinoviev (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限d Reingold to carry out a number of responsible 仕事s, in particular, that of creating abroad a special 基金 for the 目的 of 財政/金融ing the テロリスト organization in the event of Kamenev and Zinoviev 存在 国外追放するd abroad.
Vyshinsky: (刑事)被告 Kamenev, was there any such talk?
Kamenev: This was in 1929 when I and Zinoviev 推定するd that we might be 国外追放するd abroad like Trotsky and therefore we thought it necessary to create abroad some 基金 for the 目的 of 持続するing and continuing the work which we had been carrying on here.
Vyshinsky: From what 資源s did you think you could 始める,決める up this 基金?
Kamenev: We had 確かな 資源s in 見解(をとる)
Vyshinsky: Did you 控訴,上告 to Reingold for 援助?
Kamenev: Not for 援助. We 簡単に 教えるd Reingold and Arkus to create this 基金. Reingold and Arkus were 財政上の 公式の/役人s under Sokolnikov.
Vyshinsky: Did you 提案する to 組織する this 基金 at the expense of the 明言する/公表する?
Kamenev: At any 率 not out of Reingold's personal 基金s. Vyshinsky: To put it more 正確に/まさに, you ーするつもりであるd to 略奪する the 明言する/公表する.
Asked by Comrade Vyshinsky how the Trotskyite-Zinovievite centre had ーするつもりであるd to cover up the traces of terroristic 罪,犯罪s, the (刑事)被告 Reingold 明言する/公表するs that in the event of their coming to 力/強力にする, the Trotskyite-Zinovievite centre ーするつもりであるd to kill off all the 公式の/役人s of the G.P.U. who as they supposed might have in their 手渡すs threads of the "terroristic 共謀 against the 明言する/公表する," and that all their own adherents who were 直接/まっすぐに and すぐに 伴う/関わるd in テロ行為 were likewise to be killed off.
Reingold 明言する/公表するs: "Zinoviev and Kamenev were both of the opinion, and they told me about this, that on the morrow of the クーデター d`'etat, after the seizure of 力/強力にする, Bakayev should be put at the 長,率いる of the G.P.U. in the capacity of chairman of the G.P.U. By the use of the G.P.U. 機械/機構, he was to 補助装置 in covering up the traces, in doing away with, in 殺人,大当り, not only the 従業員s of the People's Commissariat for 内部の 事件/事情/状勢s - the G.P.U., who might be in 所有/入手 of any threads of the 共謀, but also all the direct 悪党/犯人s of terroristic 行為/法令/行動するs against Stalin and his 即座の assistants. By the 手渡す of Bakayev the Trotskyite-Zinovievite organization was to destroy its own 行動主義者s, its own テロリスト gunmen, who were 伴う/関わるd in this 事柄."
It was also 提案するd, Reingold continues to 証言する, that after the seizure of 力/強力にする, Trotsky was to be 解任するd from abroad and with his support all those who were most 充てるd to Stalin were to be 除去するd from Party and Soviet 地位,任命するs. Thus it was 提案するd to 掴む all 力/強力にする in the country.
Reingold's 声明s, and also the replies to questions put to Bakayev and Zinoviev by Comrade Vyshinsky, 明らかにする/漏らす Bakayev in the 役割 of 組織者 of テロリスト groups for which paticularly "reliable" persons had been 新採用するd.
の中で those "reliable" persons who were 指名するd were Bogdan, Zinoviev's former 長官, Radin and Faivilovich, active Zinovievites, and Rumyantsev and Kotolynov, the テロリストs, who were 遂行する/発効させるd in 関係 with the 殺人 of Kirov.
Vyshinsky (to Bakayev): Did Bogdan receive any 指示/教授/教育s?
Bakayev: Yes.
Vyshinsky: From whom?
Bakayev: From Zinoviev. On Zinoviev's 指示/教授/教育s Bogdan was to shoot Stalin in the (国際的組織の)事務局 of the Central 委員会.
Vyshinsky: (刑事)被告 Zinoviev, have you heard Bakayev's 証言?
Zinoviev: It is true that I advised Bakayev to enlist Bogdan for テロリスト 試みる/企てるs, and that one of those to be assassinated by him was Stalin.
In this 関係 Bakayev 証言するs: "The day after I had been 教えるd to 組織する the 暗殺 Zinoviev asked me to come and see him. In his apartment I met Reingold and Bogdan. After 迎える/歓迎するing me Zinoviev said: 'Here is a 銃器携帯者/殺しや for your group; then Reingold recommends also Faivilovich whom I too know as 存在 all 権利.' "
Vyshinsky: What does it mean "存在 all 権利."
Bakayev: An 絶対 reliable person.
Vyshinsky: For committing terroristic 行為/法令/行動するs?
Bakayev: Yes.
EXAMINATION OF THE ACCUSED BAKAYEV
に引き続いて Reingold, 証拠 is given by Bakayev. In reply to questions put to him by Comrade Vyshinsky he 証言するs before the 法廷,裁判所 how the 準備s for these terroristic 行為/法令/行動するs were carried on. 特に 激しい terroristic activity was carried on in August 1932 and in the autumn of 1934. Bakayev について言及するs the 指名するs of those who took part in the 準備 of terroristic 行為/法令/行動するs. These were Reingold, Pickel, Faivilovich, Radin, and others.
Bakayev 証言するs before the 法廷,裁判所 how the テロリストs of the Trotskyite-Zinovievite centre tried to destroy all 手がかり(を与える)s and 保存する secrecy. In the autumn of 1932 Zinoviev and Kamenev Were expelled from the Party. The question then arose: What to do next? Then Bakayev met Zinoviev, Evdokimov, Kuklin, Sharov, Dreitzer and others and it was 解決するd to 一時停止する terroristic activities for a time. In the autumn of 1934 they were 再開するd.
Bakayev 証言するs that in October 1934 an 試みる/企てる on the life of Stalin was 組織するd in Moscow under the direction of Kamenev,Evdokimov and himself, in which he, Bakayev, took a direct part. The 試みる/企てる failed. When the 試みる/企てる failed Bakayev went to Kamenev and told him about it.
Continuing his 証言, Bakayev says: "Kamenev said: 'A pity, let's hope that next time we'll be more successful.' Then turning to Evdokimov he asked how things were in Leningrad. Evdokimov replied that it would he advisable to check up on the siuation in Leningrad and that Bakayev should be sent to Leningrad. Kamanev agreed - yes, he said, Bakayev 絶対 must go. I agreed to go. Before my 出発 I asked Evdokimov whom I was to 報告(する)/憶測 to there and with whom I was to talk. Evdokimov replied that I was to 報告(する)/憶測 to Levin. I said that I did not know Levin's 演説(する)/住所 as I had not seen him for many years. Evdokimov 約束d to arrange for Levin or Mandelstamm to 会合,会う me at the 駅/配置する. I went and was 現実に met at the 駅/配置する by Levin who said: 'So Gregory Evseyevich (Zinoviev) doesn't 信用 either Gerik, Kuklin or even Evdokimov, but sends people here to check up on our mood and our work. 井戸/弁護士席, we're not a proud lot' . . . I asked him to call the boys together. すぐに after, in 新規加入 to Levin and Mandelstamm, Sossitsky, Vladimir Rumyantsev, Kotolynov and Myasnikov gathered together in Levin's apartment. Kotolynov said that he had 設立するd a 正規の/正選手 watch over Kirov and that Kirov was so 井戸/弁護士席 covered that there would be no difficulty in 殺人,大当り him. I asked to be introduced to one of those who had been 割り当てるd to commit terroristic 行為/法令/行動するs..Levin asked Kotolynov to 招待する Leonid Nikolayev. I knew that Leonid Nikolayev was a member of the Leningrad organization. Levin said that Nikolayev was an old member of the Young 共産主義者 League whom Evdokimov had known for many years and whom he had given the best 推薦 as an 絶対 reliable person. Nikolayev gave me the impression of 存在 a 決定するd and 納得させるd テロリスト. He told me that he had 後継するd in finding out the exact time when Kirov travelled from his apartment to the Smolny, that he could kill Kirov either 近づく the Smolny or in the Smolny itself and that he had tried to get an 任命 with Kirov so as to shoot him but had faile d to get an 任命. Nikolayev その上の 報告(する)/憶測d that he, together with two other テロリストs, were keeping a watch on Kirov."
In his 証言 Bakayev says that of all the activities of the テロリスト centre he was only aware of the 決定/判定勝ち(する) to assassinate Stalin and Kirov, and that he only learned of 準備s having been made for other terroristic 行為/法令/行動するs when he read the 起訴,告発.
Vyshinsky: Bakayev, is it 訂正する that you were a member of the テロリスト centre?
Bakayev: Yes, it is.
Vyshinsky: In 1932 you received 指示/教授/教育s to 組織する the 暗殺 of Comrade Stalin. Was that so?
Bakayev: Yes.
Vyshinsky: Did you take a number of practical 対策 to carry out these 指示/教授/教育s, すなわち, to 組織する several 試みる/企てるs on the life of Comrade Stalin, which failed through no fault of yours?
Bakayev: That is so.
Vyshinsky: Besides, did you 参加する the 暗殺 of Comrade Kirov?
Bakayev: Yes.
Vyshinsky: Besides, did you go to Leningrad on the 指示/教授/教育s of the テロリスト centre, to check up on the 準備s that were 存在 made for this 暗殺?
Bakayev: Yes.
Vyshinsky: On your return from Leningrad, you 報告(する)/憶測d that everything was in order, that the 準備s for the 殺人 were 訴訟/進行 首尾よく. While you were in Leningrad did you 会合,会う Kotolynov, Rumyantsev and others?
Bakayev: Yes.
Vyshinsky: In 新規加入, did you 会合,会う Nikolayev, give him 指示/教授/教育s about the 暗殺 and 納得させる yourself that Nikolayev was a man of 決意 and could carry out the 指示/教授/教育s given?
Bakayev: yes.
Questioned その上の, however, Bakayev tried to 最小限に減らす the part he had played considering that he was 単に a "co-組織者" of the 準備s for the foul 殺人 of Comrade S. M. Kirov.
Vyshinsky: You gave the signals, you checked up on the time, you checked up on all that was 存在 done at your signal, you (罪などを)犯すd a 行為 - doesn't that mean 存在 the 組織者 of the 罪,犯罪?
Bakayev: Yes, that means 存在 the 組織者 of the 罪,犯罪.
Vyshinsky: So we are 訂正する in 説 that you were the 組織者 of the 暗殺 of Kirov?
Bakayev: 井戸/弁護士席, yes, but I was not the only one.
Vyshinsky: You were not the only one, Evdokimov was with you. (刑事)被告 Zinoviev, you too were an 組織者 of the 暗殺 of Comrade Kirov, weren't you?
Zinoviev: I think Bakayev is 権利 when he says that the real and 主要な/長/主犯 犯人s of the foul 殺人 of Kirov were myself, Trotsky and Kamenev who 組織するd the 部隊d テロリスト centre. Bakayev played an important, but not the 決定的な part in it.
Vyshinsky: The 決定的な part was played by you, Trotsky and Kamenev. (刑事)被告 Kamenev, do you associate yourself with Zinoviev's 声明 that the 主要な/長/主犯 組織者s were you, Trotsky and Zinoviev, and that Bakayev, played the part of a practical 組織者?
Kamenev: Yes.
EXAMINATION OF THE ACCUSED PICKEL
The 最高裁判所 then proceeds to 診察する the (刑事)被告 Pickel. Pickel was one of Zinoviev's most 信用d men and for many years was in 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金 of his (国際的組織の)事務局. He 収容する/認めるs that as an active member of the Moscow テロリスト centre he was aware of all the 主要な/長/主犯 決定/判定勝ち(する)s and terroristic 対策 of the 部隊d centre. In the autumn of 1932 Pickel joined the fighting テロリスト organization of which Bakayev was the leader, and agreed to 参加する the 試みる/企てる on the life of Comrade Stalin. Pickel 確認するs the 証言 given by Reingold and Bakayev that Zinoviev 直接/まっすぐに guided the 準備s for this 試みる/企てる. He gives a striking characterization of the 主要な/長/主犯 leaders of this terroristic activity, 含むing Zinoviev, who were masters in the art of playing upon the ambitions, on the particularities of each of their 共犯者s. To rouse passion, to rouse 憎悪, to rouse their 支持者s to the boiling point, this, によれば Pickel, was the only art of which the 長,率いるs of the 反対する-革命の, Trotskyite-Zinovievite テロリスト圏, were masters.
Pickel, 補足(する)ing Bakayev's 証言, 明言する/公表するs that in the autumn of 1933 Bogdan made another 試みる/企てる on the life of Comrade Stalin. In this 関係 Pickel 描写するs the atmosphere that 勝つ/広く一帯に広がるd in the テロリスト centre, the members of which did not besitate to 訴える手段/行楽地 to the most sordid methods to wipe out the traces of their 犯罪の activities.
Pickel 収容する/認めるs that Bogdan's 自殺 was in fact 殺人 by 決定/判定勝ち(する) of the テロリスト centre. In this 罪,犯罪 a 特に active part was played by Bakayev. Bakayev spent the whole night with Bogdan before the latter committed 自殺 and 説得するd him either to make an 試みる/企てる on Stalin's life or to commit 自殺. Bogdan took his own life and, as he had been 教えるd, left a 公式文書,認める making it appear that he was the 犠牲者 of the Party 洗浄するing.
