This army is powerful because all its members have a conscious discipline; they have come together and they fight not for the 私的な 利益／興味s of a few individuals or a 狭くする clique, but for the 利益／興味s of the 幅の広い 集まりs and of the whole nation. The 単独の 目的 of this army is to stand 堅固に with the Chinese people and to serve them whole-heartedly.

The Chinese Red Army is an 武装した 団体／死体 for carrying out the political 仕事s of the 革命. 特に at 現在の, the Red Army should certainly not 限定する itself to fighting; besides fighting to destroy the enemy's 軍の strength, it should shoulder such important 仕事s as doing 宣伝 の中で the 集まりs, 組織するing the 集まりs, arming them, helping them to 設立する 革命の political 力／強力にする and setting up Party organizations. The Red Army fights not 単に for the sake of fighting but ーするために 行為／行う 宣伝 の中で the 集まりs, 組織する them, arm them, and help them to 設立する 革命の political 力／強力にする. Without these 客観的なs, fighting loses its meaning and the Red Army loses the 推論する／理由 for its 存在.

The People's 解放 Army is always a fighting 軍隊. Even after country-wide victory, our army will remain a fighting 軍隊 during the historical period in which classes have not been 廃止するd in our country and the 帝国主義の system still 存在するs in the world. On this point there should be no 誤解 or wavering.

We have an army for fighting 同様に as an army for 労働. For fighting we have the Eighth 大勝する and New Fourth Armies but even they do a 二重の 職業, 戦争 and 生産／産物. With these two 肉親，親類d of armies, and with a fighting army 技術d in these two 仕事s and in 集まり work, we can 打ち勝つ our difficulties and 敗北・負かす Japanese 帝国主義.

Our 国家の defence will be 強固にする／合併する／制圧するd and no 帝国主義の will be 許すd to 侵略する our 領土 again. Our people's 武装した 軍隊s must be 持続するd and developed with the 勇敢に立ち向かう and steeled People's 解放 Army as their 創立／基礎. We will have not only a powerful army but also a powerful 空気／公表する 軍隊 and a powerful 海軍.

Our 原則 is that the Party 命令（する）s the gun, and the gun must never be 許すd to 命令（する） the Party.
