The 共産主義者 Party of 中国, having made a （疑いを）晴らす-長，率いるd 評価 of the international and 国内の 状況／情勢 on the basis of the science of Marxism-Leninism, 認めるd that all attacks by the reactionaries at home and abroad had to be 敗北・負かすd and could be 敗北・負かすd. When dark clouds appeared in the sky, we pointed out that they were only 一時的な, that the 不明瞭 would soon pass and the sun break through.

歴史的に, all reactionary 軍隊s on the 瀬戸際 of 絶滅 invariably 行為／行う a last desperate struggle against the 革命の 軍隊s, and some 革命のs are apt to be deluded for a time by this 現象 of outward strength but inner 証拠不十分 failing to しっかり掴む the 必須の fact that the enemy is 近づくing 絶滅 while they themselves are approaching victory.

If they [the Kuomintang] fight, we will wipe them out 完全に. This is the way things are: if they attack and we wipe them out, they will havc that satisfaction; wipe out some, some satisfaction; wipe out more, more satisfaction; wipe out the whole lot, 完全にする satisfaction. 中国's problems are 複雑にするd, and our brains must also be a little 複雑にするd. If they start fighting, we fight 支援する, fight to 勝利，勝つ peace.

If anyone attacks us and if the 条件s are favourable for 戦う／戦い, we will certainly 行為／法令／行動する in self-defence to wipe him out resolutely, 完全に, wholly and 完全に (we do not strike rashly, but when we do strike, we must 勝利，勝つ). We must never be cowed by the bluster of reactionaries.

As far as our own 願望（する） is 関心d, we don't want to fight even for a 選び出す／独身 day. But if circumstances 軍隊 us to fight, we can fight to the finish.

We are for peace. But so long as U.S. 帝国主義 辞退するs to give up its arrogant and 不当な 需要・要求するs and its 計画／陰謀 to 延長する 侵略, the only course for the Chinese people is to remain 決定するd to go on fighting 味方する by 味方する with the Korean people. Not that we are warlike. We are willing to stop the war at once and leave the remaining questions for later 解決／入植地. But U.S. 帝国主義 is not willing to do so. All 権利 then, let the fighting go on. However many years U.S. 帝国主義 wants to fight, we are ready to fight 権利 up to the moment when it is willing to stop, 権利 up to the moment of 完全にする victory for the Chinese and Korean peoples.

We shouid rid our 階級s of all impotent thinking. All 見解（をとる）s that 過大評価する the strength of the enemy and underestimate the strength of the people are wrong.

The 抑圧するd peoples and nations must not pin their hopes for 解放 on the "sensibleness" of 帝国主義 and its lackeys. They will only 勝利 by 強化するing their まとまり and persevering in their struggle.

No 事柄 when this country-wide civil war breaks out, we must be 井戸／弁護士席 用意が出来ている. If it comes 早期に, say, tomorrow morning, we should also be 用意が出来ている. That is point one. In the 現在の international and 国内の 状況／情勢 it is possible that for a time the civil war may be kept 制限するd in 規模 and localized. That is point two. Point one is what we should 準備する for, point two is what has 存在するd for a long time. In short, we must be 用意が出来ている. 存在 用意が出来ている, we shall be able to 取引，協定 適切に with all 肉親，親類d of 複雑にするd 状況／情勢s.
