The world is yours, 同様に as ours, but in the last 分析, it is yours. You young people, 十分な of vigour and vitality, are in the bloom of life, like the sun at eight or nine in the morning. Our hope is placed on you.

We must help all our young people to understand that ours is still a very poor country, that we cannot change this 状況/情勢 radically in a short time, and that only through the 部隊d 成果/努力s of our younger 世代 and all our people, working with their own 手渡すs, can 中国 be made strong and 繁栄する within a period of several 10年間s. The 設立 of our 社会主義者 system has opened the road 主要な to the ideal society of the 未来, but to translate this ideal into reality needs hard work.

Because of their 欠如(する) of political and social experience, やめる a number of young people are unable to see the contrast between the old 中国 and the new, and it is not 平易な for them 完全に to comprehend the hardships our people went through in the struggle to 解放する/自由な themselves from the 圧迫 of the 帝国主義のs and Kuomintang reactionaries, or the long period of arduous work needed before a happy 社会主義者 society can be 設立するd. That is why we must 絶えず carry on lively and 効果的な political education の中で the 集まりs and should always tell them the truth about the difficulties that 刈る up and discuss with them how to surmount these difficulties.

The young people are the most active and 決定的な 軍隊 in society. They are the most eager to learn and the least 保守的な in their thinking. This is 特に so in the 時代 of 社会主義. We hope that the 地元の Party organizations in さまざまな places will help and work with the 青年 League organizations and go into the question of bringing into 十分な play the energy of our 青年 in particular. The Party organizations should not 扱う/治療する them in the same way as everybody else and ignore their special 特徴. Of course, the young people should learn from the old and other adults, and should 努力する/競う as much as possible to engage in all sorts of useful activities with their 協定.

How should we 裁判官 whether a 青年 is a 革命の? How can we tell? There can only be one criterion, すなわち, whether or not he is willing to 統合する himself with the 幅の広い 集まりs of 労働者s and 小作農民s and does so in practice. If he is willing to do so and 現実に does so, he is a 革命の; さもなければ he is a nonrevolutionary or a 反対する-革命の. If today he 統合するs himself with the 集まりs of 労働者s and 小作農民s, then today he is a 革命の; if tomorrow he 中止するs to do so or turns 一連の会議、交渉/完成する to 抑圧する the ありふれた people, then he becomes a nonrevolutionary or a 反対する-革命の.

The 知識人s often tend to be subjective and individualistic, impractical in their thinking and irresolute in 活動/戦闘 until they have thrown themselves heart and soul into 集まり 革命の struggles, or made up their minds to serve the 利益/興味s of the 集まりs and become one with them. Hence although the 集まり of 革命の 知識人s in 中国 can play a 先導 役割 or serve as a link with the 集まりs, not all of them will remain 革命のs to the end. Some will 減少(する) out of the 革命の 階級s at 批判的な moments and become passive, while a few may even become enemies of the 革命. The 知識人s can 打ち勝つ their shortcomings only in 集まり struggles over a long period.

Apart from continuing to 行為/法令/行動する in co-聖職拝命(式) with the Party in its central 仕事, the 青年 League should do its own work to 控訴 the special 特徴 of 青年. New 中国 must care for her 青年 and show 関心 for the growth of the younger 世代. Young people have to 熟考する/考慮する and work, but they are at the age of physical growth. Therefore, 十分な attention must be paid both to their work and 熟考する/考慮する and to their recreation, sport and 残り/休憩(する).
