In the final 分析, the question of training 後継者s for the 革命の 原因（となる） of the proletariat is one of whether or not there will be people who can carry on the Marxist-Leninist 革命の 原因（となる） started by the older 世代 of proletarian 革命のs, whether or not the leadership of our Party and 明言する／公表する will remain in the 手渡すs of proletarian 革命のs, whether or not our 子孫s will continue to march along the 訂正する road laid 負かす／撃墜する by Marxism-Leninism, or, in other words, whether or not we can 首尾よく 妨げる the 出現 of Khrushchov's 修正主義 in 中国. In short, it is an 極端に important question, a 事柄 of life and death for our Party and our country. It is a question of 根底となる importance to the proletarian 革命の 原因（となる） for a hundred, a thousand, nay ten thousand years. Basing themselves on the changes in the Soviet Union, the 帝国主義の prophets are pinning their hopes of "平和的な 進化" on the third or fourth 世代 of the Chinese Party. We must 粉々にする these 帝国主義の prophecies. From our highest organizations 負かす／撃墜する to the grass-roots, we must everywhere give constant attention to the training and しつけ of 後継者s to the 革命の 原因（となる）.

What are the 必要物／必要条件s for worthy 後継者s to the 革命の 原因（となる） of the proletariat?

They must be 本物の Marxist-Leninists and not revisionists like Khrushchov wearing the cloak of Marxism-Leninism.

They must be 革命のs who wholeheartedly serve the 圧倒的な 大多数 of the people of 中国 and the whole world, and must not be like Khrushchov who serves both the 利益／興味s of the handful of members of the 特権d bourgeois stratum in his own country and those of foreign 帝国主義 and reaction.

They must be proletarian statesmen 有能な of 部隊ing and working together with the 圧倒的な 大多数. Not only must they 部隊 with those who agree with them, they must also be good at 部隊ing with those who 同意しない and even with those who 以前は …に反対するd them and have since been 証明するd wrong in practice. But they must 特に watch out for careerists and conspirators like Khrushchov and 妨げる such bad elements from usurping the leadership of the Party and the 明言する／公表する at any level.

They must be models in 適用するing the Party's democratic centralism, must master the method of leadership based on the 原則 of "from the 集まりs, to the 集まりs", and must cultivate a democratic style and be good at listening to the 集まりs. They must not be despotic like Khrushchov and 侵害する／違反する the Party's democratic centralism, make surprise attacks on comrades or 行為／法令／行動する arbitrarily and dictatorially.

They must be modest and 慎重な and guard against arrogance and impetuosity; they must be imbued with the spirit of selfcriticism and have the courage to 訂正する mistakes and shortcomings in their work. They must never cover up their errors like Khrushchov, and （人命などを）奪う，主張する all the credit for themselves and 転換 all the 非難する on others.

後継者s to the 革命の 原因（となる） of the proletariat come 今後 in 集まり struggles and are tempered in the 広大な／多数の／重要な 嵐／襲撃するs of 革命. It is 必須の to 実験（する） and 裁判官 cadres and choose and train 後継者s in the long course of 集まり struggle.

Our Party organizations must be 延長するd all over the country and we must purposefully train tens of thousands of cadres and hundreds of first-率 集まり leaders. They must be cadres and leaders 詩（を作る）d in Marxism-Leninism, 政治上 far-sighted, competent in work, 十分な of the spirit of selfsacrifice, 有能な of 取り組むing problems on their own, 確固たる in the 中央 of difficulties and loyal and 充てるd in serving the nation, the class and the Party. It is on these cadres and leaders that the Party relies for its links with the 会員の地位 and the 集まりs, and it is by relying on their 会社／堅い leadership of the 集まりs that the Party can 後継する in 敗北・負かすing the enemy. Such cadres and leaders must be 解放する／自由な from selfishness, from individualistic heroism, ostentation, sloth, passivity, and arrogant sectarianism, and they must be selfless 国家の and class heroes; such are the 質s and the style of work 需要・要求するd of the members, cadres and leaders of our Party.

Cadres are a 決定的な factor, once the political line is 決定するd. Therefore, it is our hghting 仕事 to train large numbers of new cadres in a planned way.

The criterion the 共産主義者 Party should 適用する in its cadres 政策 is whether or not a cadre is resolute in carrying out the Party line, keeps to Party discipline, has の近くに 関係 with the 集まりs, has the ability to hnd his bearings 独立して, and is active, hardworking and unselfish. This is what "任命するing people on their 長所" means.

It is necessary to 持続する the system of cadre 参加 in 集団の／共同の 生産力のある 労働. The cadrcs of our Party and 明言する／公表する are ordinary 労働者s and not overlords sitting on the 支援するs of the people. By taking part in 集団の／共同の 生産力のある 労働, the cadres 持続する 広範囲にわたる, constant and の近くに 関係 with the working people. This is a major 手段 of 根底となる importance for a 社会主義者 system; it helps to 打ち勝つ 官僚主義 and to 妨げる 修正主義 and dogmatism.

We must know how to 裁判官 cadres. We must not 限定する our 裁判／判断 to a short period or a 選び出す／独身 出来事/事件 in a cadre's life, but should consider his life and work as a whole. This is the 主要な／長／主犯 method of 裁判官ing cadres.

We must, know how to use cadres 井戸／弁護士席. In the final 分析, leadership 伴う／関わるs two main 責任／義務s: to work out ideas, and to use cadres 井戸／弁護士席. Such things as 製図／抽選 up 計画（する）s, making 決定／判定勝ち（する）s, and giving orders and 指示的なs, are all in the 部類 of "working out ideas". To put the ideas into practice, we must weld the cadres together and encourage them to go into 活動／戦闘; this comes into the 部類 of "using the cadres 井戸／弁護士席".

We must know how to take good care of cadres. There are several ways of doing so.

First, give them 指導／手引. This means 許すing them a 解放する／自由な 手渡す in their work so that they have the courage to assume 責任／義務 and, at the same time, giving them timely 指示／教授／教育s so that, guided by the Party's political line, they are able to make 十分な use of their 率先.

Second, raise their level. This means educating them by giving them the 適切な時期 to 熟考する／考慮する so that they can 高める their theoretical understanding and their working ability.

Third, check up on their work, and help them sum up their experience, carry 今後 their 業績／成就s and 訂正する their mistakes. To 割り当てる work without checking up and to take notice only when serious mistakes are made - that is not the way to take care of cadres.

Fourth, in general, use the method of 説得／派閥 with cadres who have made mistakes, and help them 訂正する their mistakes. The method of struggle should be 限定するd to those who make serious mistakes and にもかかわらず 辞退する to 受託する 指導／手引. Here patience is 必須の. It is wrong lightly to label people "opportunists" or lightly to begin "行うing struggles" against them.

Fifth, help them with their difficulties. When cadres are in difficulty as a result of illness, straitened means or 国内の or other troubles, we must be sure to give them as much care as possible.

A 主要な group that is genuinely 部隊d and is linked with the 集まりs can 徐々に be formed only in the 過程 of 集まり struggle, and not in 孤立／分離 from it. In the 過程 of a 広大な／多数の／重要な struggle, the composition of the 主要な group in most 事例／患者s should not and cannot remain 完全に 不変の throughout the 初期の, middle and final 行う／開催する／段階s; the 行動主義者s who come 今後 in the course of the struggle must 絶えず be 促進するd to 取って代わる those 初めの members of the 主要な group who are inferior by comparison or who have degenerated.

If our Party does not have a 広大な／多数の／重要な many new cadres working in まとまり and 協調 with the old cadres, our 原因（となる） will come to a stop. All old cadres, therefore, should welcome the new ones with the 最大の enthusiasm and show them the warmest solicitude. True, new cadres have their shortcomings. They have not been long in the 革命 and 欠如（する） experience, and unavoidably some have brought with them 痕跡s of the unwholesome ideology of the old society, 残余s of the ideology of petty-bourgeois individualism. But such shortcomings can be 徐々に 除去するd through education and tempering in the 革命. The strong point of the new cadres, as Stalin has said, is that they are acutely 極度の慎重さを要する to what is new and are therefore enthusiastic and active to a high degree - the very 質s which some of the old cadres 欠如（する）. Cadres, new and old, should 尊敬（する）・点 each other, learn from each other and 打ち勝つ their own shortcomings by learning from each other's strong points, so as to 部隊 as one in the ありふれた 原因（となる） and guard against sectarian 傾向s.

Our 関心 should 延長する to 非，不，無-Party cadres 同様に as to Party cadres. There are many 有能な people outside the Party whom we must not ignore. The 義務 of every 共産主義者 is to rid himself of aloofness and arrogance and to work 井戸／弁護士席 with 非，不，無-Party cadres, give them sincere help, have a warm, comradely 態度 に向かって them and enlist their 率先 in the 広大な／多数の／重要な 原因（となる） of resisting Japan and 再建するing the nation.
