Every comrade must be brought to understand that the 最高の 実験（する） of the words and 行為s of a 共産主義者 is whether they 適合する with the highest 利益／興味s and enjoy the support of the 圧倒的な 大多数 of the people.

At no time and in no circumstances should a 共産主義者 place his personal 利益／興味s first; he should subordinate them to the 利益／興味s of the nation and of the 集まりs. Hence, selfishness, slacking, 汚職, 捜し出すing the limelight, and so on, are most contemptible, while selflessness, working with all one's energy, whole-hearted devotion to public 義務, and 静かな hard work will 命令（する） 尊敬（する）・点.

共産主義者s must be ready at all times to stand up for the truth, because truth is in the 利益／興味s of the people; 共産主義者s must be ready at all times to 訂正する their mistakes, because mistakes are against the 利益／興味s of the people.

共産主義者s must always go into the whys and wherefores of anything, use their own 長，率いるs and carefully think over whether or not it corresponds to reality and is really 井戸／弁護士席 設立するd; on no account should they follow blindly and encourage slavishness.

We should encourage comrades to take the 利益／興味s of the whole into account. Every Party member, every 支店 of work, every 声明 and every 活動／戦闘 must proceed from the 利益／興味s of the whole Party;

it is 絶対 許すことの出来ない to 侵害する／違反する this 原則.

共産主義者s should 始める，決める an example in 存在 practical 同様に as far-sighted. For only by 存在 practical can they fulfil the 任命するd 仕事s, and only far-sightedness can 妨げる them from losing their bearings in the march 今後.

共産主義者s should be the most farsighted, the most self-sacrificing, the most resolute, and the least prejudiced in sizing up 状況／情勢s, and should rely on the 大多数 of the 集まりs and 勝利，勝つ their support.

共産主義者s should 始める，決める an example in 熟考する／考慮する; at all times they should be pupils of the 集まりs 同様に as their teachers.

Every 共産主義者 working in the 集まり movements should be a friend of the 集まりs and not a boss over them, an indefatigable teacher and not a bureaucratic 政治家，政治屋.

共産主義者s must never separate themselves from the 大多数 of the people or neglect them by 主要な only a few 進歩／革新的な 次第で変わる／派遣部隊s in an 孤立するd and 無分別な 前進する, but must take care to (1)偽造する／(2)徐々に進む の近くに links between the 進歩／革新的な elements and the 幅の広い 集まりs. This is what is meant by thinking ーに関して／ーの点でs of the 大多数.

We 共産主義者s are like seeds and the people are like the 国／地域. Wherever we go, we must 部隊 with the people, take root and blossom の中で them.

We 共産主義者s must be able to 統合する ourselves with the 集まりs in all things. If our Party members spend their whole lives sitting indoors and never go out to 直面する the world and 勇敢に立ち向かう the 嵐／襲撃する, what good will they be to the Chinese people? 非，不，無 at all, and we do not need such people as Party members. We 共産主義者s せねばならない 直面する the world and 勇敢に立ち向かう the 嵐／襲撃する the 広大な／多数の／重要な world of 集まり struggle and the mighty 嵐／襲撃する of 集まり struggle.

The 模範的な 先導 役割 of the 共産主義者s is of 決定的な importance. 共産主義者s in the Eighth 大勝する and New Fourth Armies should 始める，決める an example in fighting bravely, carrying out orders, 観察するing discipline, doing political work and fostering 内部の まとまり and 団結.

A 共産主義者 must never be opinionated or domineering, thinking that he is good in everything while others are good in nothing; he must never shut himself up in his little room, or brag and 誇る and lord it over others.

共産主義者s must listen attentively to the 見解（をとる）s of people outside the Party and let them have their say. If what they say is 権利, we せねばならない welcome it, and we should learn from their strong points; if it is wrong, we should let them finish what they are 説 and then 根気よく explain things to them.

The 態度 of 共産主義者s に向かって any person who has made mistakes in his work should be one of 説得／派閥 ーするために help him change and start afresh and not one of 除外, unless he is incorrigible.

As for people who are 政治上 backward, 共産主義者s should not slight or despise them, but should befriend them, 部隊 with them, 納得させる them and encourage them to go 今後.
