As for education for cadres whether at work or in schools for cadres, a 政策 should be 設立するd of 焦点（を合わせる）ing such education on the 熟考する／考慮する of the practical problems of the Chinese 革命 and using the basic 原則s of Marxism-Leninism as the guide, and the method of 熟考する／考慮するing Marxism-Leninism statically and in 孤立／分離 should be discarded.

For a 軍の school, the most important question is the 選択 of a director and 指導者s and the 採択 of an 教育の 政策.

A school of a hundred people certainly cannot be run 井戸／弁護士席 if it does not have a 主要な group of several people, or a dozen or more, which is formed in 一致 with the actual circumstances (and not thrown together artihcially) and is composed of the most active, upright and 警報 of the teachers, the other staff and the students.

All officers and 闘士，戦闘機s of our army must 改善する their 軍の art, march 今後 courageously に向かって 確かな victory in the war and resolutely, 完全に, wholly and 完全に wipe out all enemies.

Equal importance should be 大（公）使館員d to the 軍の and political 面s of the one-year consolidation and training programme which has just begun, and the two 面s should be 統合するd. At the start, 強調する／ストレス should be placed on the political 面, on 改善するing relations between officers and men, 高めるing 内部の まとまり and 誘発するing a high level of enthusiasm の中で the 集まりs of cadres and 闘士，戦闘機s. Only thus will the 軍の consolidation and training proceed 滑らかに and 達成する better results.

As for the method of training, we should 広げる the 集まり training movement in which officers teach 兵士s, 兵士s teach officers and the 兵士s teach each other.

Our スローガン in training 軍隊／機動隊s is, "Officers teach 兵士s, 兵士s teach officers and 兵士s teach each other". The 闘士，戦闘機s have a lot of practical 戦闘 experience. The officers should learn from the hghters, and when they have made other people's experience their own, they will become more 有能な.

As for the training courses, the main 客観的な should still be to raise the level of technique in marksmanship, bayoneting 手りゅう弾-throwing and the like and the 第２位 客観的な should be to raise the level of 策略, while special 強調 should be laid on night 操作／手術s.
